"My Little Dream cottage was an excellent location being next door to the pool, pickle ball court, playground, and basketball court. The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 grandchildren. The bunk room and playroom with adjoining bathroom was especially perfect for the kiddos. Mitch was very clear with instructions and available for any questions. Beautiful place and stay."

"We all enjoyed our stay here. We made some awesome memories with our kids and grandkids. The house is beautiful and was the perfect size for our family which consists of 6 adults and 3 children. The house is conveniently located next to one of the three pools and also right next to the basketball court and pickleball court. The beach is not too far away and you can easily walk or golf cart to it. We would definitely come back again."

"Pretty little one story in a beautifully kept gated community. Right next to pool, pickleball courts, etc. and close walk to very nice beach. Charged 42.50 for each car, max of three which was a bit trying for us as this was a family reunion type trip."

"The house was perfect for our family - Absolutely Loved this home, it is one level and was well stocked, comfortable, and quiet.
The layout was perfect for 3 couples and the kids.
Carillon Beach is such a great location, and being right next to the heated pools and playground was just next level awesome.
The beach was just a block away, and we just about had it to ourselves, its amazing how less crowded the beaches are here versus half a mile away at Seacrest/Rosemary.

"The home was awesome. We loved how convenient it was being right next to the pool and the pickleball courts. The kitchen was stocked for everything we needed. It was so nice to have 3 king sized beds for our family and the kids loved the bunk room. The beds were very comfortable and the who house was so well decorated and clean. We loved the front porch and the swing and started our day out there every day. The home is a short walk to the beach and they have lots of beach toys available for us to use. The bonus was the gas powered fire pit in the backyard that is such a nice way to end the day. We will definitely rent this home again they next time we are coming to the beach. Our entire family loved it!"

"What an incredible home! We had several families we knew from home going to Carillon for the week of fall break so we decided somewhat last minute to join. There weren’t a ton of home options at the time we were looking so we had to take what we could. Boy, did we hit the gold mine! This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 7! Every morning I had my coffee on the side screened in porch. In the afternoons, I laid on the front porch swing and had read my book. The kitchen layout was perfect and we never felt crammed! We loved the location of this house. At night, our kids and the other families would show up at the basketball courts to play. Our 2 year old played nearby at the little playground! It was so wonderful being so close! We definitely will be back to this beautiful home!"

"If you’re on the fence about this one - book it! The home is spotless, comfortable, and the location was fantastic especially if you have littles traveling with you. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are fantastic. Those tubs are the best! Everything you need to do some grilling or meal prep is there. This was our first trip to the Emerald Coast since our younger Spring Break years and we were not disappointed. Halfway between the touristy area of PCB and the shopping and dining of busy 30A, this property was everything we were looking for on this trip. A quick walk to the pristine, private beach and one of the community pools is just on the other side of the driveway. Noise was never, ever a problem. The community is so peaceful. It’s very walkable and so pretty in the evenings for a stroll after dinner. Coffee on the porch swing is not to be missed. We very much enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next visit!"
