"The home was clean, bright, comfortable, and well-maintained. We selected it because the main house could accommodate my father, who uses a wheelchair, and we were grateful for that.
It may be helpful to know, for those who may have older adults in the group, that the primary suite has its own private bathroom, leaving the other two bedrooms to share one bathroom and no additional guest bath in the main house for those gathering there from the apartment and upstairs suites. The upstairs suites also require climbing multiple exterior flights of stairs, which could be challenging for some elderly guests.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the excellent communication and responsiveness from the host. Our texts and questions were answered promptly upon making the reservation and throughout our visit!"

"We had the best time! We had a group of 13- my husband and I and our 3 kids, my cousin, her husband and kids, my mother in law and my aunt- the house and guest house for all of us perfectly! The pool was so perfect, nice and big, tons of lounge chairs, tables and chairs for outside, a big gazebo with a fire pit, everything was absolutely perfect! We had questions throughout our stay and the hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout the entire week we stayed! The house, guest house, game room, pool and hot tub were so nice and clean, we felt right at home!
We will definitely be staying here again, and we look forward to checking out their other properties!

"The house was perfect for our group! Traveled with girls for a spring break trip! The house had great amenities and was just a few minute walk to the beach! The communication before, during and after was very quick responses. Directions to get to the house and in the house was great! The guide electronically they provided to us was awesome! "We had a blast! - We decided to travel to the beach this year for Thanksgiving. We have a large family, so it was important to find a house that was in our price range and could accommodate 16+ people. This property did both. The house was very clean and spacious. It was 22 of us and we had plenty of space to relax. The beach is across the street, and it is a short drive to stores and restaurants. If you are looking for a clean and spacious house, with a great location, this is the property. I would choose it again if I'm ever in the area."

"Amazing Property! Amazing Stay! - Our stay was amazing!! We have now stayed here two years in a row and plan to come back again next year! If you don't want to go to the beach, no problem! The pool is very large and perfect for everyone to swim. The play room with games for the kids was a lot of fun for those days and evenings at the house. The property is very private but still just only minutes away from everything and a very short walk to the beach. We have a big family and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax and enjoy themselves. My family loves this beach rental and we look forward to coming back next year!"

"Beautiful Backyard We loved our stay. The backyard, pool, covered patio, and cabana were great!! We had a large extended family group and the area is large enough you can all hang out and still have space. We also loved all the windows in the back of the house. The adults could easily watch the kids in the pool as we prepared food. Enjoyed the short walk to Sunnyside Grill for a good breakfast. The walk to the beach is not bad at all and you have access to two different beach access points. We had a small issue and management took care of it immediately, so it was not an issue at all."
