"Very nice, 30A quality home in Sunnyside area of PCB. - Custom crafted and very high end finishes. We got the 30A quality we wanted combined with the ease of the Sunnyside area of PCB West End. Beaches are easy to access and never crowded, no high rises, about 5 minute drive to Rosemary Beach. About 7 minute drive to Pier Park.
Cant beat the quality or location.

"Mitch’s place was amazing for a girls trip! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the beach was just a 5 min walk away. We actually thought the pictures didn’t do the place justice- it’s so spacious and well decorated with a large living space perfect for big group trips.
I would stay at Mitch’s place again!"

"Perfect vacation getaway - Everything from check in to check out was easy. We had one minor issue that was communicated with perfectly from maintenance. Our stay was fantastic. The walking distance to the beach was less than 5 minutes and it was not crowded which was a plus. Will definitely be booking with you in the future."

"We really liked staying at this house, it was new and the interior was really nice. The pool was really clean, and the house was pretty close to the beach. Also the grill outside really came in hand and was really useful. And there was a grocery and liquor store 4 minutes away from the house, which really came in use."

There were lots of extras that made our stay easier, including a wagon and very nice beach chairs! There were also very comfortable beds for a great night of sleep! Would recommend!!!!"

"Absolutely loved our stay! The home is gorgeous—newly built, beautifully decorated, and spotless. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was fully stocked for cooking meals. The layout was spacious and perfect for relaxing as a family.
The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach with a grocery and liquor store nearby. It was also a quick 15-minute drive to 30A.
We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, the attention to detail in the home, and how comfortable everything felt. The hosts were responsive and professional, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
Highly recommend this stay for families or groups. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"I recommend this location to anyone staying in Panama City. It was a 5 min walk to the beach and a grocery market/liquor store was on the way. The house itself was so comfortable, clean and nice to stay at. It looks exactly like the photos. Everyone in our group was extremely satisfied with the house - location, cleanliness, comfortability. I will certainly be saving this location for future stays!
Property managers are very responsive and professional.

"Highly recommend! The Airbnb is brand new - and so beautiful (inside and outside). You literally walk past 2 stop signs and you are at the beach. Of the corner of that beach is a great liquor store and grocery store for all your needs. There is several other great activities and places with a short less than 10 minute drive. At the time we went, the beach was also never overcrowded. The water and sand is beautiful too! The pool was very warm and the deck is so big that it was lovely to eat out there and play out there. There is not a bad room in the house. All are spacious and several have great closets but if you don’t have a closet (1 room), you still have plenty of space. The bathrooms are also spacious and everything was so clean. The kitchen and main floor is all open and another great and easy area to eat and lounge around all together. The house could have room up to 8 cars if needed. I love all that came with the house too! Just bring your own pillows. Hope to stay again!"
