"This place was beautiful and perfect for our Family trip! Walkable distance to the beach, had a stocked kitchen and was clean and free of clutter. Elevator was super helpful for our luggage and groceries. Some sheets did not smell fresh but after reporting this to the airbnb hosts, they recieved the feedback gracefully which was appreciated. We would come back!"

"The house was beautiful and roomy enough for 4 couples to have privacy. It was just a short walk to the beach and close to a convenient store that had just about anything you could possibly need without driving to a store. The hot tub/pool was nice but had some trouble with keeping it heated. Other than that it was a perfect place."

"Everything was perfect!! - Had a mini-reunion with some old Blue Angel buddies. All 4 couples had a Master bedroom and their own bathroom! Plenty of room for everyone to have plenty of privacy. Beach access was just across the street. Highly recommend this place!! Quiet end of the beach but close to Pier Park and McGuires!"

"Amazing location with easy access to the beach. Just past the last set of condos so the beach was not crowded. House is beautiful and just as described. Pool and hot tub was nice for the kids after a long day at the beach. Good communication from the time of booking until check out. My niece left a pair of diamond earrings on the bathroom counter when we were checking out. I called later that day and the house manager was able to locate the earrings and they are going to mail them to my home. Amazing customer service from beginning to end. Would not hesitate to book and stay again in the future!!"

"Aloha Beaches was a wonderful home! This rental was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and updated. Its in a perfect location with ocean views. We were worried about the walk across the street to the beach because we normally stay on the beach... but its so close it was actually easier than staying on the beach in a condo. We were there during the 4th and we could see all the fireworks up and down the beach from our balcony. It was a pleasant surprise! I would definitely recommend staying at this property."

Great location for the beach, great house layout for both getting the family together for meals and also private enough (3 floors) for the families to have their space and time when needed. "Great family beach vacation house & location! - Great beach house! This area of Florida has a lot of options to be close to the beach, but this house was the perfect spot and really nice home for our family (our kids+spouses and grandchildren). With three levels there is plenty of privacy for everyone, but top floor was wonderful for us to gather together and have views of the beach at the same time! We enjoyed the beach for half the day, and then spent time in the pool in the afternoons/evenings. The short walk to the beach made it easy and with fewer people in this area of the beach, we had lots of sand all to ourselves! I would certainly recommend this property and the Warren Beach team :)"

"Multi-gen Christmas Getaway in a perfect setting - We decided to get away for Christmas with our adult children and two grandchildren and be in a warmer climate than our northern Minnesota region and the accommodations were perfect for our one week stay. The location on the edge of the hustle and bustle of the action of Panama City and great views and sounds of the ocean made for the ideal spot. Sunsets over the water, a very short walk (about 1 minute) to the sand beach, balconies overlooking both the ocean and the pool area and only two minutes to fine dining and pier park. The layout worked out great for us as the bedrooms with their own baths on all three levels gave us some privacy when we needed it. The kitchen and living area on the third level, where we spent most of our indoor time, gave us great views from the large windows and spacious balcony. The property was very clean, had comfortable beds and furnishings, newer appliances and the hot tub and pool were perfect for relaxing after our busy days. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for plenty of space, a great location and ease and distance to the ocean. Loved our vacation!

In searching, we discovered there was only 1% availability in the PCB area for our days needed. I talked to Mitch with Warren Beach Rentals and he was able to accommodate us. He went above and beyond during this busy time.
The house was very nice and exactly as described. Directly across the street from beach access. On our last full day, the home was hit by bad weather and significant damage was done. We were contacted immediately and moved to a new location for the remainder of our stay. We were sure we would just have to head home, but again, WBR accommodated us.
Any questions were answered promptly by way of texts. Check in and out was so convenient with the codes. We will definitely plan to stay in this home again and definitely use Warren Beach Rentals."

"Great spring break home! - We stayed here with 3 couples and 5 kids ages 4-10. Everything was great! There are a lot of stairs, but we appreciated the exercise. The elevator was super convenient, but we didn't use it much. We really only had to use it when the couple staying in the first floor bedroom went to bed. To get to the first floor by stairs, you have to go through the bedroom on the first floor. I texted maintenance on the first day because the pool heater remote battery was almost dead. They were there within the hour. I was really impressed with the prompt response. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept in on a vacation. We were delighted to see beach chairs, sand toys and even a life jacket for my little one. The pool and hot tub heated up in no time. The beach access is right across the street, and we had no trouble crossing the street (I was afraid it would be a really busy crossing, but it was no issue.) There was even a wagon for us to haul all the beach toys. My kids couldn't stop commenting on how soft the sand was. It was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this house and Warren Beach Rentals. I'm already browsing their other properties for our next trip."

"Family Getaway - The house is very large. Glad for elevator. Lots of stairs. Clean and easy access to beach. Great hot tub and pool. Big bedrooms with 3 rooms having own bathrooms. Only downside no handrails in any bathroom. No grab bars anywhere for people with disabilities. step up and step down alot of places in house, again no rails or grab bars for elderly or disabled people who need that assistance. living room furniture is not very comfortable. Otherwise house is very lovely and big. Beds very comfortable. we had great time. Very close to beach and plenty of shopping and dining choices. They were very quick to respond when we had questions."

"The Aloha is a wonderful home and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. It was very spacious, with room to move around without bumping into anyone. Each room has a king bed, which is a plus and I can’t forget the heated pool and hot tub that we utilized every evening. It was perfect on the cool nights! Lastly, the house had everything we needed. Due to COVID we didn’t go out, but cooked each night in the home. The Aloha had every we needed to cook; such as utensils, pots and pans, including cutting boards and a Ninja for those who love to have a smoothie in the morning. We did have one issue while we were there and had to contact maintenance and they arrived within an hour. Maintenance heard me speaking to my brother about needing a can opener and immediately I was told (by maintenance) that one would be delivered at the home. He got on the phone and an electric can opener was delivered to the house within about 45 mins. Lastly, they have an elevator which was much needed due there being 3 floors and it is certainly not fun when you have bring in groceries, so that was a very nice amenity to have! Do not hesitate to rent the Aloha. I’m sure you will enjoy yourselves as much as we did."
