"Mitch was a fantastic host! He always answered and communicated quickly and clearly. The space was extremely clean, which is always important! I have stayed in many condos and I was very impressed by this one! We had specific and direct check-in/out instructions and getting access to things like the door code and wifi were simple. It looked just like the photos and was clean and tidy. Mitch reminded me if we needed anything or had any questions to always reach out, this made our stay feel very welcoming! We enjoyed having a beautiful place to stay and create memories in as a family! I would ABSOLUTELY stay in, and recommend, one of Mitch’s, Warren Beach Rentals, condominiums again! My family loved it!"

"Although PCB is loud with a spring break atmosphere 365 days a year, this condo was a reprieve from the loud music being played on the beach or by the pool. From the 16th floor, you can hardly hear the constant parties going on below. I could sit on this balcony for days and days enjoying the view. It was clean and cool throughout our stay. The kitchen is large enough for preparing food and the cookware/dishes provided were great. The covered parking garages always had empty spaces and the location couldn’t be better for getting in and out. When I thought I needed to extend my stay, I had a call back and a price within 30 minutes. Thank you Mitch for a pleasant stay and for being an extremely responsive host!"

"This place was amazing. I loved the view from the balcony and that we had access to it from the bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean for a few days. Pots, pans, keurig (k pods), seasonings, and much more. Parking was easy every day. And we were here during spring break. We were able to use the pool and hot tub which gets really hot. Having direct access to the beach was a plus. Will stay here again."

"What a lovely condo! I spent majority of my time relaxing on the balcony, which is by far one of the most spacious balconies I’ve had the pleasure of watching a sunset from in PCB. Completely worth the price for the balcony alone. Everything was exactly as you see in the photos, many of the basics plus a little more in the kitchen for cooking there was also enough complimentary toiletries to get me through the week, I definitely appreciated that. Communication was top notch especially after booking. Mitch, the host, was very responsive when it came to any issues, which were little to none. If you’ve come across this listing and you’re reading this review AND your dates are available, book it! You’ll be so happy you did!"

"Great condo with a great view! Clean rooms and clear instructions. Access to the pools / beach were easy, they had a wash off sand stations. This location is near a Walmart which is nice for getting food and extra supplies for the stay. Other guests donate their beach supplies on the ground floor when they leave so that made the stay better. The price is worth it for this space! Only issue is the elevators (not the hosts fault) they took forever and got stuck."

"Breaker Box Hot - After 2-3 days being in the condo, the breaker to the bedrooms kept tripping. This caused the ceiling fans and TVs to not work. It did get hot in there during the sleeping hours. I send a message to the property manager. He said that he would have it looked at, but nobody came while we were there. The breaker got very hot to the touch. We were afraid that it might catch fire. We ended up running an extension cord from the kitchen to the bedroom to try to keep the breaker from tripping. This worked. It just seemed odd that nobody seemed to be concerned with this except for us. Other than that, the condo was great!!!"

"Wonderful Condo - Great Views - Centrally located - We were looking for a place for a last minute vacation over spring break and this unit fit perfectly. From the moment I inquired about the condo, I received quick and professional responses and the booking process was easy. The condo was beautifully decorated and had wonderful views of the beach. "Our Stay at 1603 - A well-appointed 2 bedroom & 2 bath with absolutely spectacular view of the ocean and beach. The unit was clean and everything functioned as it should. The showers were a little dated--but that gave counter space. The balcony would great in that it was semicircular shaped and allowed quite a bit of room. Parking and elevators were no issue (although we were staying during an apparent low-occupancy time). Convenient restaurants and amenities close-by. Traffic was very reasonable. The main pool was heated and the hot tub could accommodate up to eight people. We highly recommend this place and had no issues during our stay."

"Vacation Extension - We needed additional time so we booked an additional 5 days through Warren Beach Rentals. They were one of the easiest agencies I’ve ever dealt with! When we had to move because of balcony maintenance they found me an even better unit! I talked to another tenant where I originally was staying and he couldn’t even use his balcony! He said the agency he worked with wouldn’t do anything for him! They finally sent him a gift basket which he said was probably made up from items people left behind! Warren Beach helped me when my code didn’t work. After trying my code several times they immediately texted me a new code that worked! In less than a minute we were able to enter our immaculate condo! This unit was one of the cleanest nicest we’ve ever rented! Bed slept great! Furniture very comfortable! It even has a power recliner! It had a combo regular & Keurig coffee maker & a 4 slice toaster! Very well furnished! Book your next vacay thru Warren and you won’t be disappointed! Try to stay at Ocean Villa if possible!"
