"Great ground floor location right by pool, gym and beach. We walked (about 10 min) to local restaurants and shopping. Very accessible. They keep the condo clean...some Airbnb's keep prior guests spices, laundry soap, etc...this one is cleaned out so make sure to bring plenty of necessities. Overall its great and we would go again!"

"Enjoyed the high ceilings and spacious master suite. Easy to access pool and beach. It was actually bigger than it seemed in the pictures, but the bunk room is very small and you hear all the street noise. Rarely heard noise from the pool, though. Pull out couch not very comfortable. Close to restaurants and shops. The beach chairs and umbrella service were an added bonus. Nice relaxing time on the beach."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is beautiful. The location is perfect! Communication was very good with the host and their team. There were a couple of minor issues during our say that they were quick to respond to. Do keep in mind that printing your parking pass before you go so you can have it on your dash when you park will save you a little trouble. That was my fault, I didn’t pay attention to the instructions.. Overall, the experience was excellent! Thank you to Warren Beach rentals for a great day! We will see you again."

"Great stay! - We have loved the Aqua for years, but this was the first time we have stayed in this unit + on the first floor. Now having a 3 year old, we loved not having to use the elevator to go to the beach/to the car. We just walked right across the street & parked our car on the ground level. Even packing up to leave was made easier! The condo was clean & had everything we needed. Our daughter loved the bunk room. The road noise is a little louder on the first floor, but if you have a sound machine it should be no problem! Overall, very satisfied!"

"Summer vacation - We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for our family. We walked to dinner twice. The beach atmosphere was amazing no crowd. The view was amazing. The only thing was the shower in master didn't have any water pressure but the front shower did so it was okay and definitely not a dealbreaker. . The front shower leaked water on the floor but honestly wasn't a big deal. Just mentioning so you have a towel ready for clean up. The condo looked just like the pictures The kids loved having their area and the gift shop being so close was perfect for a quick lunch and ice-cream. We plan to stay here again."

"Lovely Condo Aqua 110 was a comfortable unit. It was clean and nice, as we expected. It looks exactly as pictured. Though it was on the first floor, right by the pool, it was quiet. It was perfect for my husband and me. We heard very little street noise from the Master Bedroom and Living Room. I would caution families with small children; the kid's room is right inside the front door. If the children need quiet to sleep, this wouldn't be the place for you. On Saturday night, the traffic was very loud, with horns honking, engines revving, and wheels squealing. Again, not a problem at the back of the unit. Another nice thing about this unit is that it's right next to the gym. The Warren's communicated with us throughout the process. Check-in and check-out were contactless and seamless. We will definitely rent from them again."

"Lovely Propery - This was a lovely property. The description was accurate. It was super easy to check in and out. The pool and beach were easy to access. The property was clean and secure. No sign of college students on spring break, though the street out front was quite noisy on Saturday night. We weren't bothered by it because we didn't need the front bedroom. However, if you have little children, be aware, the second bedroom is right inside the front door and close to the street. It could be very noisy for children trying to sleep. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

Loved being on the first floor. We enjoyed passing the elevator line because we didn’t have to use the elevators. We enjoyed being close to Pier Park and all of the shopping and restaurants. It was just a short walk across the street to have some fantastic oysters at Shuckum’s. The unit itself is gorgeous, decorated nicely. The kids loved watching cartoons on the TV. The beds were comfortable. I actually slept better here than at home! The cleaning was spotless. Mitch from Warren Beach was great. He made sure everything was taken care of. We will be back!"

"Great Rental Aqua 110 - We had never traveled as a family to PCB. Leave your worries behind, Mitch & his team will take care of you. They responded to any questions I had. Aqua 110 is nice & has a very good beach view from the first floor. The property is very nice, you get two beach recliners to use as you wish. My son likes to workout & did so in the fitness room next door. I never was awakened from anyone working out early. If you want to walk to Pier Park it’s less than a 1/2 mile walk. Walmart, Target & the Fresh Market close by for any supplies. We did not cook but you can if you choose. Also, two new built in gas grills out by the pool. The airport is probably 20 minutes out. If you are out and about on Panama City Parkway take Hills Rd exit to come back to the condo. Just come down Hills RD turn right at the light on Front Beach and you will take an easy right into the parking garage. If you come down Front Beach Road & need to make a left into the parking garage it is very busy at times. Just let Warren Beach Rentals take care of your choice of multiple rental properties they have available & you can check off worrying about your accommodations for your stay. You can’t go wrong with Aqua 110. I would recommend it."

"Great stay! - This was a quick getaway for us and it was seamless! Check-in/out was a piece of cake. Quick response when needed and the condo was just as pictured. We were thrilled with the ground floor and not having to wait for elevators. Aqua is a beautiful building and the grounds were spotless. The beach chairs included were a HUGE plus!! The area is within easy access to shopping, eating, and Pier Park. I can’t really express how nice the condo was with the high ceilings and nice fixtures! I didn’t care for the curtains, just because for me they were hard to get all the way open but the hubs like them and thought they were easy. I love the beach….not the sand too much….so I would have preferred some throw rugs, but I realize what a pain that would be to keep clean. There again, the grounds are blown clean frequently and so there isn’t a lot of sand to bring in off the sidewalk. Great stay!! Can’t wait to return!!"

"Beautiful Property and Stunning Location! - We had the best stay at this condo! The convenience of being on the first floor can’t be beat…especially if you’re in a group of 55 year olds. We loved having our coffee on the balcony which overlooked the pool. The beach and the water are incredibly beautiful. Words cannot describe it. Just a perfect location. There were a few minor issues when we arrived that were addressed immediately by management…nothing that negatively affected our vacation. Everyone we dealt with at Aqua and the rental management company were attentive and courteous. The one thing that could be improved is the help from the beach attendants (two young men while we were there). We struggled getting our beach gear to our chairs once we descended the stairs to the beach. On the last day they ran over and helped us, so we generously tipped them. Sure wish they would’ve helped all the other days!! I understand if they are busy but all the other days they were just sitting there watching us…so we assumed it was something that they don’t do. Next time we will ask for help! Just be sure to tip them well if they help you, it’s a lot of work. 🙂 Again, it was a wonderful property and a wonderful vacation! Thank you!"

"Awesome condo in the beloved aqua condominium! - We go once sometimes twice a year to PCB as a family and always stay in Aqua. Normally we stay in a 3 bedroom unit on the 5th floor but this year we went in September and only part of the family came so we wanted something smaller. While very nervous to book a different condo because the one we always stay at is amazing, this one did not disappoint. We will now add this one to our list to use in aqua if we only need a one bedroom. The condo is clean, very spacious, and unfortunately one of our guests broke her ankle a few days before our trip and had to use the pull out couch and said it was extremely comfortable even for a pull out. The staff of who rents this condo is also amazing. We realized around 8 o’clock at night that there were no linens for the pull out mattress. They answered right away and had us linens in no time. Unfortunately they went missing from someone before us but they made it right, right away."

"Beautiful property. Awesome convenience. - This was our second time staying at the Aqua Resort. Both experiences were great. The resort is perfectly located within walking distance of popular local food and shopping, including Pier Park. The first floor entrance of this unit was private and perfect for those pop up showers that have everyone scrambling for elevators. The condo was beautifully decorated and the layout was perfect for a smaller family or group. We were a little apprehensive of the first floor balcony, but it proved to be relatively private with a good view. There was easy access to the pools and the beach, and this unit came with beach chair service included. We will definitely be staying with you guys again on the future. "Clean, bright, and comfy - Our family of 4 loved this condo. The kids ages 6 and 3 were so pumped about the bunk room that they asked to take naps, and in the evening they asked to go to bed. They loved having a kid space just for them. The place smelled so clean when we arrived! It felt fresh and not like we were going into someone else’s space. Whoever you have cleaning for you does a wonderful job. We left them a tip. We couldn’t figure out how to get into the condo when we arrived - but security showed us where our door was. It’s not through the lobby, but on the exterior of the building. The patio was perfect for evening drinks after the kids were in bed. So quiet and private. Loved having the washer and dryer and dishwasher. It makes traveling with 2 small kids so much easier!! The appliances worked perfectly. I have back problems and appreciated the fact that the bed was comfortable. I had no sleep issues whatsoever. Only one small suggestion - It would have been nice if there was a cordless vacuum to sweep up sand that inevitably comes in on kids. The broom was fine but a small vacuum would have made it even easier. Also, we brought a small fan to drown out noise for the kids since the bunk room has no door, and we are glad we did because you can hear traffic in the kids room. Sometimes loud motorcycles go by. It was a perfectly relaxing time - exactly what we needed. Thank you so very much!"

"We enjoyed our stay! - We really enjoyed our visit and the room was very clean and beautifully updated. The bed was comfortable and the TV's were a nice size in both the den and master bedroom. I was impressed by the quick response from maintenance. I emailed maintenance because the TV in the master did not have a picture. He was there in minutes and fixed the problem. The check in was easy and the print out gave us all the information we needed as far as the codes, arm bands and check out. I did not realize from the pictures that there is a cabana on the right side of the balcony that partially blocks the view of the sun set but other than that the view was beautiful. You have a great view of the ocean and the pool which isn't always the case if you prefer the ground floor. I would recommend replacing the frying pans in the unit. I give this room a 5 star because it is a beautiful room and the Aqua is a really nice place to stay. We enjoyed the exercise room too. You had a beautiful view of the ocean while you work out. We also liked being able to just walk across the street to eat at Shuckums. We will definitely come back again."

"Hurricane Splendor - This was my first VRBO experience and I was not disappointed. We needed a short getaway. The condo was clean, beautiful, comfortable and perfectly situated. The property mgmt company is professional and replied quickly, I am quite impressed. We survived a category 2 hurricane and we cannot imagine a better place to do it in! We will be back for sure and also interested in other properties due to the cleanliness and good experience we had with this one."

The view of the ocean is wonderful and the access is great! Being on the first floor, we were able to avoid the elevator. We would park on the first floor of the garage and easily walk across the street to get to our vehicle. The unit was quiet. While it is next to the pool, we never heard any noise. Upon arrival, it was super clean. Warren Beach Rentals made arrival and exit easy! We would highly recommend this unit and would love to book it again sometime."

"Our Vacation at the Aqua - The place was really nice. We did more eating in than usual on previously vacations, but the unit was supplied with all we needed to make our own gourmet meals lol. The condo as it looked on the website was just as it was when we arrived. Hope to make it back down in the future . The staff was sooo friendly, from the beach service guys , pool and snack bar girl all the way down to the man that clean the property floors. All made it their business to make sure our stay was a great one !!!! You can be proud in knowing that your unit and all your work staff made it a great memory for us. "Terrific for a family - We came down with our family, we have two kids (ages 10 & 7). Our until was terrific. It’s perfect as you don’t have to spend time on elevators.
We contacted the owner a couple times. Once about a door lock and it turned out to be user error on our end.
Once about the AC not working and they had it fixed immediately.
We were there during the Covod-19, and while the county had an issue with the water.
The only downside to this room was the proximity to street and the noise that comes with that. It’s shocking how loud some people need their vehicles to be. It also seemed like they didn’t need to start weed whipping at 7:42am.
We’d definitely stay in that unit again. We loved everything about it, and the kids loved it too.
The pools were great, and the beach location are great. I’m our opinion it’s the best unit in the Aqua Resort."
