"What an amazing place! We loved it! The resort was very clean, affordable, and has the best oceanic views. You’re also surrounded by several places to eat so you always have plenty of options to choose from! Warren Beach Vacation Rentals were wonderful. "Great place! Clean, nicely decorated. Great view of the ocean. My one concern was if there would be a wait for the elevator considering the unit is on the 17th floor. But, the elevators are fast! We never waited very long at all. The pool area is very nice. There is also a well equipped workout room. All instructions and communication was very clear and easy to follow. Our trip couldn’t have been better!"

"My family (2 adults and 2 toddlers) stayed at Mitch’s place for four nights and it wasn’t long enough! The condo was minimalist decor, which is perfect for our littles and super clean. The view and shower pressure were worth every penny and more! Food and shops are literally just across the street! My husband and daughter had a blast on a paddleboard rental through the condo. The beds were great and the kitchen had all the cooking utensils necessary. We had some great food within walking distance. If you come with a family I would be very careful. The Pier Point area may look family friendly but seems to turn very rough at night If you enjoy walking you want to scout out your route. There aren’t many sidewalks on the street side."

"Great stay at Aqua We stayed for a week in Aqua 1710 and loved it. The unit was spic and span clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and tastefully decorated. The reclining lounge chairs on the balcony were really nice and great for napping. Most important to us -- the bed was comfortable. The resort amenities (we utilized the gym and hot tub) and the beach chair service were also good. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The instructions for accessing the parking lot and the unit were detailed and led to a stress free check-in after a late arrival. We just rolled into the parking lot, unloaded, and were in our temporary home in a matter of minutes. This was our first time at Aqua (although not our first time with Warren Beach Rentals). This resort and unit has now become our first choice for PCB accommodations. Another great experience with Warren Beach Rentals!"

"Aqua 1710 - We loved this condo. It was beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed for our stay at PCB. The views from the kitchen/ living room and master bedroom were beautiful. The furniture was newer and had a beachy vibe.
The bunk room was small but a perfect size for our two 17 year old sons. It has a large drawer under the lower bed where they were able to put their clothes.
The master closet was spacious and the kitchen has a decent size pantry for food.

"Exceeded expectations First of all, I was shocked this a unit this nice was available to book on such short notice. And maybe that's because our trip was end of October and it's just not as busy.
The unit is clean and well kept, and looks exactly as shown in pictures. The price was much better when booking directly through Warren Rentals. I had to call to clarify some information before we arrived and also toward the end of our 5 night stay. They were very quick to respond.
The view is amazing, the entire Aqua facility is the cleanest and most well kept out of the 4 different places we've stayed in PCB. It's an easy walk to restaurants and Pier Park area. We rented a car and barely used it. The only thing we didn't care for, not a complaint that reflects on Aqua or Warren Rentals, is that the resort is very close to the street and you're nearly on the public sidewalk when entering or exiting the elevators. We will most definitely stay here and again!"

The resort was everything we could've asked for, the location was perfect for our family, the pools were amazing, beach wasn't ever too crowded, elevators were quick, literally have no complaints about this property or the host. Our host ALWAYS responded within in few mins, from the time I booked until the day of checkout. The condo was exactly as pictured, clean with plenty of towels, linens, start up supplies and you can tell the host invest in their property. No lack of quality throughout. If I could give 10 stars I would. We will only be booking through Warren Beach Rentals from here on out. Thank you for making this our best trip yet."

"Family week vacation - This was our first time in a high rise condo! It was me and my husband and our 19 month old and 4 year old! We normally stay at a smaller condo or even hotel room! And I loved every minute of it. The view was spectacular, the elevators were fast, the beach chair service was a plus as well! The details put into the condo was amazing & the furniture was so gorgeous! Everything down to the broom and spatulas in the kitchen were heavy duty. We have definitely marked this condo as “ours” when we come back, hopefully it’s available! We visit the beach once a year and we love the location of Aqua as well! I’m walking distance of a lot & close to the PCB parkway! The only thing my husband and I wished Aqua had was a heated pool. The pool was so cold! Our 4 year old didn’t seem to mind but it was chilly!

"Aqua 1710 in an excellent condo. It seemed to be newly remodeled . Everything was fresh and sparkling clean. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. The beds are comfortable. Giant tv’s with lots of channels. The amenities were great. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely love to spend another vacation here."

"Great stay! - We enjoyed our trip. The location of the building was good and the pool was very nice! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The management company was very responsive when I had a question. Be aware that the bunk nook does not have a door or curtain so it is open to noise and light from the hall and kitchen. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Overall, great. Condo was sparkling clean. Kitchen was really well equipped with nice pots, pans, and appliances. Plenty of storage space for our groceries. Living room furniture was comfortable. Nice, large TVs. Beautiful view of the ocean. Close to shops. The downsides: - Master bed. I wish I’d brought my own pillows. Fitted sheet doesn’t stay on bed. Blankets were heavily perfumed. - Too many codes to remember for the pool, gym, beach access, etc. - No door on second bedroom."

"This is a great place to stay! The beds are comfortable, everything was clean and very nicely decorated. Location is close to pier park (10 min walk), small grocery store and lots of places to eat. The beach is beautiful! There are umbrellas and lounge chairs at the beach for rental and the condo has four chairs as well. Everything was wonderful for our trip—thank you!"

"We loved our stay at 1710! Location was perfect! There was several restaurants and little stores within walking distance. This came in very handy especially during busy season when traffic is heavier. The condo was clean and beautiful. The beach was amazing and very easily accessible! Would definitely stay here again for future PCB vacations!"

"Lovely updated condo with great views - This condo was very updated and accommodated my family of four nicely. The bunkroom was perfect for my 13 and 9 year old boys. The master had amazing views and we loved the sliders out to the balcony and to be able to wake up with a view of the ocean. I will say they seemed to be stingy with the bath towels. Each bathroom only had one large bath towel and two hand towels. The check-in process was a bit confusing because we arrived after the main lobby had closed. However, we called the number on the window, and they were able to get us to the people we needed asap. There was confusion on our part related to who sent the original check-in email. It was not from VRBO, so it was missed! Warren Beach Rentals was very helpful on the phone as well as resending the email info we needed. We had a beach view, and when we went out the front door, the main street in PCB is right below. There are shops and restaurants very close and all over. Pier Park is very close as well. Overall, great stay."

"WOW! This beach condo is absolutely beautiful! The furnishings look like an interior designer decorated this condo and its magazine perfect! The beds are very comfortable and luxurious sheets and bedding. The amenities are Awesome loved the pool, hot tub, fitness center, grilling area and snack bar. Location is great, toes in the sand. right on the Beach and you can hear the waves. We will stay here again next time we Vacation in PCB!"
