"This place is incredible you got the beach downstairs you got the stores restaurants and walmart real close the owner responded fast always the property was real clean we enjoy our vacations here everything was awesome except from the girl who take care of the pool it’s very rude few people say the same thing i think the owners from aqua should do something about it but that’s out of the owner and this property like i said the place was really beautiful"

"We really enjoyed this condo. We loved the floors. The big white marble made it feel extra clean compared to other units we have stayed at. It felt very spacious and it was a great location right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The good: The condo is very spacious. The balcony is huge and the view is incredible. Parking is easy and convenient. The pools are great and we were grateful for a covered indoor pool since some days were rainy and cool. Location is great, easy to get around, close to shopping, activities, and grocery. The condo could use some updates such as the balcony furniture. Also, pigeons had taken up residence on the balcony so there was always bird poop on the balcony making it hard to enjoy. Mitch however was very responsive to this and send the cleaners to get it fixed up for us. Over all it was a nice stay!"

"Great time - We were very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and updated. We used the kitchen most nights and had most of what we needed supplied. Pools were well maintained and the grills worked great for our cookout. We only had to deal with the property managers before the stay and they were very pleasant. Would definitely recommend using Warren rentals and staying in this room at the aqua!"

"Loved it! This location is exactly as described. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Walkable and right on the beach. A few things to note/tips: 1. Because the resort condos are privately owned, they will not hold luggage. There are local recommendations from Warren Beach Rentals that will hold luggage for a cost. 2. There are beach supplies in the closet next to the front door. We did not discover them until later. 3. If you let them, pigeons will take up residence on the patio and while they are harmless, they go to the bathroom everywhere. 4. A list is provided of things to get for your stay and these are true. One additional item I would recommend is tissues if you are a person who uses them often. 5. Cannot not use the toaster and coffee maker at the same time, you’ll have to reset the outlet. Did not negatively affect anything, just good to know! Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Awesome view and great location! - Walking distance to pier Park with breathtaking view of the ocean. We had a great stay. The room was as described, clean and renovated. The patio was huge! The only downfall was the elevators were out of order multiple days of our say, but that is out of the control of the condo owner. It wasn’t a problem, just slightly annoying. Overall, a great experience and will book again!"

"Excellent Condo - The condo was perfect! The master with sliding glass door to the balcony was my favorite. I fell asleep to waves crashing each night. (I cracked the door) The bed was very comfy too. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for our 2 young sons to share. The trundle was even comfortable. Overall, 10 out of 10, highly recommend."

The washing machine was not in working order. A quick text to maintenance and they were there within the hour. The machine was older, so they opted to replace it instead of fixing it. We had the new machine the next day. I would definitely recommend this condo. Aqua is also very close to our favorite restaurant and Pier Park."
