"Really loved this unit. It's been recently refurbished and is beautiful. It's also a rare 4 bedroom unit. The 4th bedroom is tiny but perfect for a couple of kids, has a daybed and trundle. Much better than having them sleep on a fold-out couch. Brand new washer & dryer. Being on the 2nd floor was really nice. There is an 'extra' elevator that only goes between floors 1-3, so we really never had to wait long for an elevator, plus not too hard to use the stairs if not carrying luggage. Property was nice, in the past we've stayed at the Calypso but we liked Aqua more."

"Amazing Stay and Location - Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Even though we were on the second floor, we had no issues with noise at all. we loved being on the second floor because it we had basically had our own private elevator. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. It matched the listing exactly as described. Checkout was just as simple as we only had to send a quick text to Warren Beach Rentals to let them know we were leaving. The required “checkout list” was pretty minimal also (start load of dishes and put towels on bathroom floor). We really appreciated how the team communicated through the portal and by text, frequently checking in and making sure everything was going well during our stay. From booking to pricing to the overall experience, there were zero issues. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend both this condo at Aqua and the Warren Beach Rentals team. We will definitely book with them again and at Aqua (most likely this exact unit)."

"What a great spot! - Very spacious condo unit that slept our 9 travelers. Level 2 unit was tremendously helpful with having its own elevators that only service floors 1-3Instructions, guidebooks, code access and expectations were clearly given and easily understood. We always were able to find a spot in the garage, a cart by the bridge way. In its overall location, we loved how close it was to pier park and several stores near by. Shuckums right across the road was a family favorite of ours and its karaoke provided entertainment.I had a question about something shortly after check in, the property management team texted me back almost instantly and provided clarification. The rooms were super comfy, spacious and there were plenty of extra blankets to access to suit everyone we were traveling with. We enjoyed the well stocked condo kitchen along with the well working washer and dryer. With 9 people, we did laundry daily. We have previously stayed in condos similar and always struggled with timing or getting things dry, not here. It was smooth and seamless getting several loads done a day, including bath towels and beach towels. Beach service was great, access points to beach were very accessible, both pools were big hits with our kiddos, and we appreciated the timely rounds security made in order to verify wristbands. We really enjoyed the live entertainer by the pool a couple of nights during the week as well. Overall, 5/5 , we would recommend and we plan on staying here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Gerard (the host) and were given a tour of the whole place! Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. In fact, the pictures don’t do the house justice. We truly admired all the thoughtful details throughout the space.One of the highlights was the peaceful and spacious outdoor area—and don’t even get me started on the immaculate master bathroom. It was absolutely breathtaking.Gerard was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful, making check-in and communication seamless. As an extra treat, he even surprised us with freshly brewed coffee and homemade blueberry muffins upon arrival—such a thoughtful gesture! We wouldn’t hesitate to return. "Great Spring Break Stay - We really enjoyed our week in April for spring break at Aqua! 2nd floor location was perfect as there was a dedicated elevator for us to use to go to garage and pool area. Pools were very nice and the beach chair service that was included was nicer like the condo although there is no space for groceries as the pantry was filled with dishes and bowels. Little more organization would help. The sheets on King Bed were wrong size but we adapted. Beach was great and right across the street from lots of attractions"

"Perfect location! - This was a great location. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The pool was great and loved how close the beach is. Check in was easy and they allowed us to check in an hour earlier! The unit was clean and had plenty of blankets! I only have two negatives. The master shower kept backing up anytime the tub was draining.they said they were going to send someone. Which I think they did as I saw the dirty boot prints left on the bathroom floor. But the drain continued to back up. And that could possibly be a bigger issue they needed to get to once our stay was over. The other thing I wish they would supply is beach towels! It does not say they supply them, which I didn’t even pay attention to until we got there. So that is my fault. But would be nice to not have to travel with bulky towels or have to purchase them when you’re there! Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay."

Location was great, close to Pier Park and our favorite restaurants. There was construction going on but we barely noticed. Being on the second floor the dedicated elevator was wonderful and we never had to wait. We noticed there wasn’t an extra set of sheets for the pullout couch, however we had brought a blanket from home and were able to make it work (we didn’t feel the need to reach out). I think we tried everything at the Aqua including the workout facility, steam room, hot tub, pools and especially the beach chairs that were included with the room rental (thank you). The distance to Pier Park was an easy walk and with a large group it’s nice that we could go shopping and/or eat out without needing a car to get around. We also walked around the corner to Swampy Jack’s and rode go-karts, swings and the swamp ape ride. The condo was great. It lives up to our every expectation and is in a great location. We had a wonderful time and will stay here again."

The unit is fantastic and just as pictured in the ad.
Each week for 40 weeks a year, guests moved luggage in and out of the unit and during high occupancy times May scuff an entry wall.
With only 5 hours between guests, we cannot stop and paint the unit each week as many guests do not like the smell of new paint upon arrival.
This unit is clean, modern, updated, comfortable, and was just painted in February of this year.

"Location Location Location - Great location. Only 3 mins from Pier Park. If you like to walk its just a short 8-10 min walk to Pier Park. Parking was a ease in the 5 level parking deck. "2022 Seabreeze Jazz Festival - The location of the condo was "fabulous"! It was close to the venue, and it was easy to get in and out of the parking garage. The one thing I would like to mention is the windows throughout the condo need to be cleaned which allow residents to see the beach clearer. We enjoyed our stay!"

"AQUA 203 IS PERFECT!!! - Check-in and check-out was super-easy. Warren Beach Rentals provided an email with everything we needed to know. The staff was friendly and ALWAYS available with any questions. The unit was INCREDIBLE. Modern appliances, clean, comfortable king beds, and nicely decorated with new furniture. This is the only unit we have stayed in that had two bedrooms facing the gulf. The view from the large balcony was AMAZING. We would often eat at the table and enjoy the view. The private internet was super-fast for any streaming or work. The kids enjoyed watching Netflix on the smart TVs. Really liked the 2nd floor and semi-private elevator. We NEVER had to wait for an elevator, since there was an elevator dedicated to floors 1-3 only. We could also use the stairs and walk over to Shuckums or Diego’s for food. Aqua is a first-class resort. Thanks Mitch and Warren Beach Rentals for an awesome vacation. We will be back!"

"AQUA 203 IS PERFECT!!! Check-in and check-out was super-easy. Warren Beach Rentals provided an email with everything we needed to know. The staff was friendly and ALWAYS available with any questions. The unit was INCREDIBLE. Modern appliances, clean, comfortable king beds, and nicely decorated with new furniture. This is the only unit we have stayed in that had two bedrooms facing the gulf. The view from the large balcony was AMAZING. We would often eat at the table and enjoy the view. The private internet was super-fast for any streaming or work. The kids enjoyed watching Netflix on the smart TVs. Really liked the 2nd floor and semi-private elevator. We NEVER had to wait for an elevator, since there was an elevator dedicated to floors 1-3 only. We could also use the stairs and walk over to Shuckums or Diego's for food. Aqua is a first-class resort. Thanks Mitch and Warren Beach Rentals for an awesome vacation. We will be back!"
