Mitch was very responsive prior to my trip, during and after. 100% would book this unit again. "The room was very clean upon check-in. Aqua is one of our favorite places to stay in PCB. Nice washer and dryer! The master bedroom mattress could use some help- maybe a mattress pad. There are multiple pillows available so it is easy to find one you prefer. But those things are highly personal. The master bathroom is nice and a shower head with more pressure would make it perfect. Communication with the host is seamless and we would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a fantastic experience at Aqua 2102. The apartment was perfect for two moms and two teenage girls. Two primary suites gave us both privacy and the girls shared a twin bedroom. Plenty of room for us and could easily accommodate 4 more. The view is outstanding. We enjoyed our time eating breakfast on the balcony and taking it all in. The apartment was spotless upon arrival. Communication with the property manager was so easy, they reached out immediately and gave us all the information we needed. We all agreed we would definitely stay at that unit again. You can easily walk to the pier and nearby restaurants. There is a Walmart and a Target approximately one mile away for anything you may need. This is a wonderful unit for families."

"AQUA 2102 REVIEW We have rented Aqua 2102 four times.
Website reflects unit.
The three bedroom, three bath layout works well for four adults and two teenagers.
Unit is very clean.
Kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils we have ever needed.
Appliances are modern.
Washer and dryer are full size.
All appliances, electrical equipment (TV's) and internet work with no issues.
Easy for 82 year old to master TV remote operation.
Extra blankets are available and there are plenty of towels.
Balcony furniture is sturdy and comfortable.
Convenient location, walking distance to Pier Park.
Communication with Warren Beach Rentals is fast and efficient for booking, with any questions and check out.
Warren Beach Rentals provides you with the parking and room codes the week before you arrive. You can park and go directly to condo.
Parking is in addition to condo fee and for 2025 parking was $ 50 per car with a limit of two cars. We have never had a problem finding a parking space.
It can take a while for hot water to reach the plumbing fixtures."

This is the first high rise condo that we have stayed in that we didn't have to wait 20-30 minutes on an elevator!! Our condo was just as pictured on the website, large and nice! "Amazing stay! - This is such a beautifully decorated condo. It’s very spacious and we never felt stacked on top of each other. We had 4 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. It does in fact have a fully stocked kitchen. We cooked a good bit of our meals at the condo and didn’t have an issue. It does have a Keurig. We brought ours after reading the drip coffee comment but we didn’t need it. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for all 7 of us. The condo is in a great location and we were able to walk to a lot of places. We definitely got lots of use on the balcony and the firework show on the 4th was amazing! Would definitely stay here again!"

"A wonderful beach condo - We loved our week at Aqua-2102. It is a beautiful condo and perfectly located. It’s close enough to walk to great restaurants and wonderful shopping but far enough away from the craziness of Spring Break. We absolutely loved being on the 21st floor. While sitting out on the balcony we had a perfect view of the fighter jets flying by while training and on the last day we saw a BALD EAGLE fly by about 20 ft in front of the balcony. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it!!"

"Calm and Cold - This was our first Christmas away from home. Thinking we were going to warmer waters in Panama City Beach we were mistaken. The arctic blast of 22 hit there as well and most of the week was cold however sunny. Our stay did have a hiccup as we had to change resorts a week or so before leaving. Luckily the property manager at Warren Beach Rentals was quick to assist and setup before our stay. Condo was setup perfectly for our family of 5 with plenty of room and beautiful ocean front view. Our stay at the Splash Resort was very nice the entire week. Heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the cold weather and the beautiful clear waters did not disappoint. "Very nice condo and stay - This was a beautiful condo in a nice property. The unit was clean, beds comfortable, and it was well supplied with high end furnishings and kitchen appliances, dishes, cooking tools etc. A lot of rental units cheap out on these and this condo did not, we appreciated the quality of all the supplied items. The resort itself has very nice pools, and a poolside bar for yummy drinks. Staff was constantly at work mopping wet floors in common areas and keeping everything nice. They work hard. One thing to note, there is a bar across the street that plays very loud music at night. The back bedroom with the twin beds faces the street and it is very loud in that room until quite late at night. If you don't need to use that bedroom, this won't be a problem as you cannot hear that noise from the water side bedrooms. We would choose this condo again in the future."

"Clean spacious condo with a great view - This condo was the cleanest we have stayed in! We loved how big and nice the bathrooms are. That was a big bonus for us. Plenty of room for the kids to play. The balcony has very comfortable furniture and a great view. Hardly heard the noise from the pool being so high. Storage in the kitchen and large fridge. You do have to be very careful with the doors. If they are open longer than a couple minutes the air shuts off and has to be reset. That was the only problem we had in the condo but staff was just a text away and easily walked us through the fix. There was a beach umbrella, some sand toys and chairs in the closet. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows as well. We really enjoyed this condo it was perfect for our family of 4 plus my mom. TVs were nice and updated as well. The resort pools are very nice and leads out onto the beach. The rental chairs that are included are easy to ask for and simple process. There are stairs that lead down to the beach so if you are bringing a beach wagon that is a bit of a pain. We just carried ours up and down them. Live music some nights. Nice little pool side bar for snacks, drinks, and the bartender made our daughter a little drink as well which was sweet. The location is perfect. It's right behind pier park so quick access to shopping, restaurants, Walmart, and Target. Any hiccup we had the resort staff took care of very quickly. The parking garage is very easy to get in and out of and the breezeway is air conditioned. Overall it's great place to stay, the rental company is very easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Excellent condo - The condo is beautiful and very well equipped with anything a person may need during their stay. There are only a few things that we felt could be different. There needs to be more towels readily available and even though this isn’t the condo owners fault .. the elevator issue is a big deal. Towards the end of our stay on that Thursday , we were down to 1 working elevator for 23 floors to use. We were on floor 21 so due to the fact that we had a lot of things that needed to be taken back home , we decided out of fear of having to walk down 21 floors of steps if the other elevator went out.. we left & checked out a day early. There is no way we could’ve walked down the steps . We were having a great time & loved our condo but just could see with how much the elevators are used , that the last elevator would be going out soon."

The elevator issue at Aqua during your stay was definitely the pits, and we apologize for that and something beyond our control.
Fortunately, they now have the elevators all repaired and running smoothly. Regarding the towels, we put in one and a half the max occupancy of towels into a condo.. In this condo that sleeps 8, we put in 12 towels (4 per bath). BUT, if you needed more, we were a phone call away. Next trip definitely let us know if you need anything. We are always happy to help.

"Exceeded Expectations - Warren Beach Rentals were great. They answered all our questions immediately. The booking, check In and check out process was easy. They went so far as to call us the day before our arrival with suggestions on how to make the check in process go smoother. The condo was as advertised in the photo's and description. The appliances are high quality and the kitchen is well stocked with all necessary items. The two master bedrooms worked well for us. Separate bathrooms for all three bedrooms was convenient. "Exceeded Expectations Warren Beach Rentals were great. They answered all our questions immediately. The booking, check In and check out process was easy. They went so far as to call us the day before our arrival with suggestions on how to make the check in process go smoother. The condo was as advertised in the photo's and description. The appliances are high quality and the kitchen is well stocked with all necessary items. The two master bedrooms worked well for us. Separate bathrooms for all three bedrooms was convenient. The balcony furniture is sturdy and comfortable. The two sets of beach chairs was a plus. Location is convenient to Pier Park . All four tv's had the same remote which was handy."

"Amazing Condo!!!! - In our many stays in Panama City Beach, this by far was the best!!!! This Condo is amazing!!! The view is EVERYTHING!!! My entire family was so comfortable here. The unit is very clean. They have everything that you would need inside and the quality of it all was unbelievable. I was very impressed with the dishes, silverware, etc. The decor was also beautiful! We will definitely be staying here again. The pools were great and being right on the beach is so convenient especially with a toddler. This is my new favorite place to stay."

"Perfect Stay , everything was great - Property was exactly as described, everything was clean, rooms are perfect. Kitchen is great full of all the tools and gadgets I need , since we decided to cook at the home during our stay.
Location was perfect, close to many places.

"Family Fun - We loved our stay at this condo and it was perfect for our family. The posting was accurate and exceeded our expectations. We loved the added sand toys and boogie boards; the kids spent hours on the beach using them. Warren Beach company was very friendly and responsive, they made our trip a breeze. The location of this resort was perfect. We were a quick walk to Pier Park and spent a morning fishing off of the near by pier. Highly recommend booking with Warren Beach, they will make sure that you have a great stay."

"Pcb - family vacation - We LOVED this condo!! Will definitely come back. It is so close to everything. The elevator to the pool/beach/street was right outside the door to make everything so easy (no packed areas, waiting for elevators, walking across a large property). The 4 beach chairs and service was wonderful too. Location is right Across from shuckums with food and karaoke. Quick walk to pier park, sharkys, etc. Inside the condo was decorated beautifully, all appliances worked, no issues. Anytime I emailed warren asking any questions they had such a quick and helpful response. Other than the weather (rainy 3 days) everything else was so easy and wonderful!"

Plenty of top quality restaurants and Pier Park within walking distance was enjoyable. The staff at Aqua kept everything cleaned and parking was never an issue. "Very Nice Space - Property is very nice everything is as pictured. Located close to Pier Park was a plus for shopping and dining. Only problem we encountered was that the access information provided for parking and to access the condo was inaccurate therefore we could not get in. This was frustrating since we got in late at night after a long drive and couldn't get it. The hot tub was great since it was pretty cold. My son enjoyed the indoor pool."

"Lovely Condo - We always stay at this property when we come to PCB. This unit was excellent and was fully stocked with everything we needed. Lots of kitchen utensils and tools. Our only issue was there were two days of construction in the unit just above us that started at 8am which consisted of breaking up the tile floor with a drill. It was very loud and unpleasant."

"The beach is my happy place - We love the location of the condo. You have the beach on one side and shopping and restaurants on the other. We are the type that love to park the car when we arrive and only get back in when we have to leave. We are able to do that with this condo. The only downside I would say is there is not privacy in the balcony. The people to the left or right of you can not only see you on your balcony, but the can see right into the master bedroom. I'm not going to say it was a deal breaker but it was definitely a negative. I will say though that the overall experience was a great one and the contact with the owners was phenomenal. If there was an issue, they were very easy to get ahold of and responded very quickly responded."

"This was a well appointed condo and our check in process was on point. - Excellent property we would definitely stay at again. Loved the deck furniture and the interior appointments. We had an issue one night with the air conditioner that was handled efficiently, with an apologetic attitude and a tech was on site within the hour. "Fantastic place. - Incredible place to spend a week. The floor plan is spacious and well laid out. The view from the 21st floor is just amazing. Fast elevators, great staff at Aqua. Easy walk to some good restaurants. The four large smart TVs were a nice feature. Was awesome to have two sets of beach chairs (4 total) included for the week. We happened to meet the owner on the first day as he was finishing up some quick AC upgrades. Couldn’t have been kinder...even dropped off a bottle of wine for us to thank us for staying. Couldn’t recommend more highly!"

Pre- communication via email on what to expect, how to check-in etc was clear and timely. "4-guy golf trip - View was great. Place is spacious. The bunk bed is not workable for an adult, but the master bedrooms are big and very nice. Bathroom vent fans are VERY LOUD. Could easily be fixed. And it would have been nice to disclose that there was construction going on during our stay. It turned out to only be a minor inconvenience (not worth complaining about), but I'd warn other renters to inquire. Overall very good. Place was very nice inside, comfortable, roomy, well appointed."

"Great place - This was our second stay in the unit and it’s very well taken care of. Nicely equipped. Has a nice new refrigerator since our last stay. Love that it comes with 2 sets of beach loungers/umbrellas. Our AC was struggling the first day so we gave the rental company a call and they were right out the next morning and got it all fixed. "Aqua is THE place to stay!! - Wow! This was the best condo we’ve stayed in out of 3 visits!! The management was efficient in their communication, the condo was stunning and true to all pictures and descriptions! Air conditioning was the best of any condo we’ve stayed in, having a garbage disposer was a huge plus, and the washer/dryer was large capacity and dried large loads well. Roomy, beautifully appointed, beds all comfy, loved having TWO sets of sliding doors to patio! Super easy check in, parking was easy and convenient! Loved the location!! If you are thinking of coming to PCB, Spend the dough and rent here with this group!! Well worth the money!"
