"We had the BEST week in Aqua 408. It is perfect. Just like the pics. The CLEANEST condo I have ever stayed in by far! I swept on the 3rd day-and nothing was on the floor! It’s a beautiful condo and the cleaning team does a fantastic job. Love the fridge-it’s big and holds a ton! The balcony is great-we could all 4 sit outside comfortably. **When we checked in, they even had little creatures made with the towels on the beds to show the room was cleaned. It’s the details that matter!!**Aqua’s property as a whole is beautiful! The pools are kept clean every morning. The beach in front is great-not packed and has nice, CLEAN people staying here. We loved that no one was smoking at the resort so there weren’t cigarette butts everywhere. The elevators were not super slow-& we loved the fact there were several of them so if there was a line for one elevator you could always walk to another end and go up a different one. We never waited over a couple minutes for an elevator. Parking was great in the parking garage-you never get in a hot car! It is literally the most convenient location. You have Walmart, Pier Park, so many eating places within just a few miles either way you go. Any time I needed anything I just text the mgmt company and they replied asap. Aqua 408/Warren Beach Rentals will be our only PCB option from now on!"

"Loved our time here. Right on the beach is always great. The balcony was amazing. Great communication with the hosts when we needed anything. We came during the off season so all the nearby restaurants and shops were not crowded. Beach chairs and umbrella being included was so nice. Heated pool was advertised but it was still pretty chilly! Overall, great place to stay."

"The condo is beautifully decorated and was extremely clean. The host gave very clear directions for an easy check in and stay. He also followed up to check in and make sure our stay smoothly. The view from the balcony is fantastic with plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Panama City Beach!"

The check in was a breeze, the condo was clean (so clean!) and the decor was tasteful! The view was a 10 and the most surprising out of everything was the fact that we were never really waiting for the elevator. I think it was because we were on the 4th floor. The area was great and easy to get to all the hot spots. Overall a great experience!"

"Great condo Aqua 408 is a great place to stay. We've stayed twice, ‘23 & ‘24. The communication was great; the condo is clean and furnished just right for the two of us. There's a large balcony that is perfect for catching the sun rise with a cup of coffee and watching the sunset with a glass of wine. 408 is very close to the elevators which makes getting to the garage very convenient! You can't go wrong!!!"

The unit was very clean and had all of the amenities as listed; we couldn't ask for anything else for our 6 night stay. Check in/check out was smooth with an elevator close by.
The large balcony with furniture was perfect for morning coffee, to watch the sunset or just people watching those on the beach or to take in the scenery of the Gulf of Mexico.
We had no complaints and hope to return same time next year!"

"Great ocean getaway - This really is a perfect location and everything is new and updated in the condo! Just beautiful. It had everything in there that we needed. Large balcony. View of ocean and sunset is amazing! As with some Airbb there isn’t any left over spices etc - but we did not require any.

Here is my only negative comment in an otherwise perfect unit. The king size bed is amazing as already stated, however, the sheets they put on it are not fitted or big enough or long enough. They laid one sheet on the bare mattress that only went to the piping around the top of the mattress, and then they put another sheet the same size on top of that! That’s it under the comforter. Not fitted or able to tuck in. So while you are sleeping, the sheets move around and you end up part on the bare mattress. That was quite aggravating to me, but we survived!
So if you are expecting a bed made the normal way, just be aware they make it differently here…but WHY?!"

"Summer vacation getaway August 2023 - The property was just as beautiful as described and it was so clean and welcoming when we arrived. Beds were comfortable,and view was amazing! Location is awesome as u can walk to almost any type of restaurant and that made it so easy because you didn’t have to constantly get in the car and deal with traffic. The owners were super responsive and always quick, never more than a few hours and when we first arrived I had a few questions and they were answered immediately. I would definitely use them again for my stays in Florida.

"Easter Break Vacation - We booked this property last minute and it was great! Everything was exactly as stated in the description. These are some beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys in the front closet that we used (probably left from another renter). We left a volleyball for future renters too. Master bed was very comfortable- probably better than my bed at home! Furniture was great and the place was decorated very nicely. We were close to all the action and walked to Pier Park every night. A+ for this property! This is the place to rent if you want to be on Panama City beach!"
