"This property is listed as a two bedroom/bath, which is not accurate in my opinion. The bedroom with the bunks doesn’t have closet or door for privacy. It does sleep 6 comfortably and we enjoyed our stay, but this is not a true 2 bedroom. Also, we couldn’t open the glass door in the family room from the outside; therefore, it is very easy to get locked out unless the door in master bedroom is left unlocked. Maybe, this is by design, but the renters should be made aware."

"Fun in the sun - I highly recommend Warren Beach Rentals our room was very clean super nice for the price had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing the room had a awesome view on the 4th floor we ate breakfast an drank coffee every morning on the balcony to see dolphins swimming around. "Great 4th of July vacation - We stayed here on the week of the 4th. PCB is a little crowded during that time, but this condo was in the perfect location. We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and pier park. The condo was awesome and had plenty of amenities. It also included beach chairs for the whole week which was nice. "Perfect trip - We enjoyed everything about this condo and staying at Aqua. It was across the street from surf shops/restaurants/bar/liquor store. It’s a short walk from the parking garage to the actual condo. The grocery store was a quick 2-3 minute drive with no traffic. We will definitely be back next year. "

"As good as advertised! - The unit was clean, well stocked, and the bed slept well. Great views from the 4th floor. We have vacationed at Aqua many times over the years, this unit was one of our favorites. If I had anything to complain about, it would be with the chair service. It was a fight every morning to get the chairs closer to the water than guests with their own chairs. And they stack them elbow to elbow with umbrellas touching. No compaints whatsoever with the unit, it was great and the Warren’s are great to rent from."

"Beautiful condo - Beautiful condo, very clean and inviting. Loved being 4 floors away from the beach (2 broken elevators so we were very thankful) and so close to shopping and dining options. The dryer was broken but I am sure they will have it working for the next visitors. The construction next door was a bummer but was also interesting to watch and of course wasn’t the condo owners fault. We would love to stay again!"

"Spring Break at PCB - We had a great time staying at Aqua 410. The accommodations were perfect for our party of 4. We appreciated the beach chairs too! The only one issue we had was the elevator wait time, but nothing the condo owners could take care of...they were damaged during a recent tornado according to the sign. Lucky for us, we were just 4 floors up and took the stairs most of the time. Thanks for this very well appointed condo, it had everything we needed!"

This unit was perfect. The unit was very clean, well kept, and decorated nicely. The king bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. It will sleep six, but would be absolutely perfect for a family with two kids. I have to also give 5***** to the management company for their communication with me about the rental.
