"Exceptional location. Condo was well stocked and extremely clean. Many restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Wal-Mart is a short 2 min drive and can be seen from complex. Parking garage is in opposite side of building but a covered elevated walkway so no outside elements when going to or from your vehicle.
Condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Primary suite bathroom is updated and big enough for 2.
Mitch was responsive and answered all inquiries without delay.

"Our stay was great, and we would definitely recommend it! We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again in the future.
The location was perfect, within walking distance to Pier Park, Topgolf, and plenty of restaurants. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were such a nice added bonus! We also really enjoyed the pools, especially on days when we wanted a break from the sand or when the ocean waters were a little unsettled. We also loved having the extra ice machine, it was a small touch that came in handy!
My only complaint was that we noticed some sand on the kitchen utensils when we arrived. However, the host responded very quickly when I reached out. We simply ran everything through the dishwasher and cleaned out the drawer, and it wasn’t an issue after that.
Overall, we had a great stay, appreciated how responsive the host was, and would happily return!"

"The Aqua Condominium we rented was beautiful. It was very clean and the rental company was very helpful. They answered all of our questions before and during our visit. The area of Panama City Beach was absolutely amazing. Everything was within walking distance. The 4th of July firework displays from the piers were the best we've ever seen. We will definitely return."

"Views on views on views - This place is as exactly described!!! The place was clean and comfy huge balcony door that slide open and let the sounds and wind of the gulf come thru and the balcony does face the gulf as well and the beds were comfy too. Really good hot water and no one had a cold shower if we all showered one after another. Easy check in. The parking kinda had me turned around but I figured it.out. And it’s in a great area, a lot of restaurants and pier park was a short walk away"

"All very nice, - It would be nice if the bedrooms were more toward the interior instead of right off the entrance. The kitchen faucet is loose, Instructions about expectations at departure would be nice, in hard copy in the unit instead of the email just before departure. "Rooms with a great view. We really enjoyed our stay at Aqua room 705. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us who traveled to PCB for a few days. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but they were resolved very quickly and did not affect our stay. We would highly recommend staying at Aqua and particularly room 705 as we were just high enough to have a great view, but not too high that we had to spend much time on the elevators. When we go back to PCB, we will look at booking this resort/room again."

"Great time! - The unit was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. They do include two chairs and an umbrella with the rental, so we didn’t have to pay any rental fee on the beach. The location of the condo is convenient and close to shopping and entertainment. We did have a small issue with the air conditioner which was resolved very quickly by a responsive maintenance staff. I would definitely book with Warren Beach Rentals again!"

"Great unit, great stay We stayed at Aqua 705 in April 2024 and the unit was wonderful. It was just as advertised, very clean, we had one minor issue that maintenance came out and fixed in less than an hour. The check in/ out process was seamless and easy and Warren Beach Rentals was very patient with me and my endless questions during the process😎.
