"The home was beautiful and very well designed! Excellent choices of furnishings, technology, and materials which made it very upscale while being user friendly. The porches and outdoor furnishings were also so great! We spent a lot of family time on all of them even when it rained they were deep enough to use them regardless of the weather. The golf cart and amenities in the garage were very much a big plus. We appreciated having the elevator since one of us was recovering from foot surgery and there are a lot of stairs."

"We had 8 adults and 2 babies stay for a week during spring break. The home is brand new! Gorgeous decor and functional layout, perfect for large families. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and a very short drive to the pier and restaurants/bars. We were able to take the golf cart to eat and carry gear to the beach. Mitch and the property managers were excellent hosts, very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. I HIGHLY recommend this place for families, who want a quiet, safe place to escape."

"Mitch's place is a very beautiful new home! It was very clean, and well stocked! The elevator and golf cart included with the house were an awesome addition. We loved how close it was to the beach! "We stayed 4-nights and loved every moment. The house is brand new and clean. The rooms are spacious and the living areas are large with lots of seating. The elevator is helpful for those who are unable to climb the stairs. The community is quiet and close to the public access beach. The golf cart is a great way to get around locally. Mitch is very helpful, friendly and responds quickly. Overall a great stay! Highly recommend and we will be coming back for sure!"

"Amazing!! - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! It’s even better than the pictures. Beautiful, clean, and plenty of space for our family! Nothing was overlooked and amenities were beyond what was listed. Huge spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area. Easy access to the beach, we drove because we take a lot of stuff. Steps to the pool, and a personal balcony for everyone! The kitchen was our favorite! Everything you need to cook and eat in! Owners were extremely responsive & quick. Will definitely book again in the future! We loved Navarre because of the non-commercial atmosphere and they have done a great job keeping it a little beach town."

"The house was brand new and amazing. As it was new few things were missing but Mitch tried his best to get it resolved as fast as he could considering it was a holiday weekend. If you are traveling with someone that might have a hard time climbing stairs just check ahead of time if the elevator is working. Was not working when we were there. Made it tough for couple of the people in our party to keep climbing up and down. Other than that it’s a really quick drive to a public beach and the house was immaculate."
