"Family vacation 2025 - Beautiful property! Enough room for 21 of us, 10 adults, 11 children. We had everything we could possibly need. The kids loved going from the beach to our own private pool. The pool was on the small side, but they all fit just fine. We totally enjoyed staying at this beach house."

"Perfect spot for a Sedona Weekend! We appreciated the location of this well-appointed home. We were able to walk to the Cathedral Rock Trail and the Little Horse Trail thus avoiding the crowds. A quiet neighborhood just south of downtown. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much! This was first time to stay in the west area of PC and it was great. Overall the house was as described and also the pictures were accurate. The house was clean and in an area that was easy to get in and out of. Loved the theatre room, perfect for a cozy date night or a family fun night watching a movie. The outside patio area was nice and roomy with plenty of seating and entertainment. The only issues we had with the house was (1) the elevator did not work half the time and when it did it was extremely slow, we used the stairs except for unloading and loading. I got stuck one time but the property manager came out and showed us what to do if it happened again. (2) whenever you opened the door to the ice machine in the kitchen, ice spilled out in the floor. (3) We paid the optional fee for the hot tub/pool heating but the property manager had to be sent a message each time you wanted the hot tub turned on or off or the temperature changed, otherwise the hot tub came on automatically at 5 PM and ran a few hours before shutting off. "

"The Best Beach Experience....EVER! - Words cannot describe how wonderful this house was and that it was an ideal fit for our family.
We have vacationed on 30A for years, but the price and crowds ran us out. This year i spoke with Mitch and he assured me I would LOVE this home, and boy was he right.
There are so many amenities with the home we just felt like we were at a resort, the home was elegant and spacious and tremendously functional.
The star of the show was the huge, uncrowded beach on the West end of PCB about 5 miles from Inlet Beach, so we were close enough to go over and do all of the restaurants that we enjoy in our annual beach pilgrimage.
The heated pool, and the outdoor space was just a blessing. The kids were up early (never happens on a school day) to hit it hard for the day.
This home was BY FAR the best beach vacation we have had to the area, and we are sold on this home and the area. ALREADY on the books for 2026!"

"Beautiful Beach House! - We had a great stay at Beach Buzz. There was so much to do outside that the kids enjoyed it and it made life more convenient for us adults. Lots of sleeping space, held our 3 families fine and would hold more easily. The kids loved the pirate ship bunk room upstairs. The master is HUGE, and the bar and fridge downstairs by the pool saved us lots of trips. Elevator for luggage which was nice. It was one of the cleaner and more well maintained beach properties we have vacationed at. Will be back for sure! "

"Absolutely gorgeous! My extended family had the best time for 4 days over the Thanksgiving holidays. The bonfire on the beach was the best. We were fortunate that the weather cooperated that night with lows, perfect temp (68F) and perfectly clear skies. The house itself is immaculate! Definitely a 5-star stay."

"A Wonderful time If you are looking for a true beach vacation the Beach Buzz is absolutely perfect. First- the location is great. Situated right on the beautiful deep white sand beach and since it is down just a bit from the large hotels/condo complexs there is plenty of room on the sand to share. But just a 3 minute drive down the road gets you to several restaurants, shopping etc.As to the home itself. It is fantastic.The first level is made for beach living with a small kitchen, theater room and a great outdoor hangout area. The second floor has a perfectly appointed kitchen which we used several times. There is also indoor and outdoor dining areas which is great. A nice touch is the hang out/lounging area by the kitchen. The top two floors were primarily dedicated to bedrooms, and what incredible views we had from the balconies. All of the bedrooms are well appointed with great mattresses, large bathrooms and TVs.Everything has been thought of to make your stay a fun, relaxing and easy one. Special touches like two sets of washers and dryers as well as two dishwashers. Huuugge refrigerator and an ice maker. For the kids(and adults) foosball, pool, and old school video games. And dont worry about the 4 stories as there is an elevator to connect it all for those who may need it.The Beach Buzz is the perfect place for your next beach vacation."

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning ocean views and pristine white sand. The house itself was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect girls weekend away. But the best part of all was the outdoor space- the pool, hot tub, and bed swing were perfection. Not to mention it was merely steps away from the emerald green water. Overall, I would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway."

"Perfect Vacation Spot Beach Buzz was the perfect location for our family getaway! The views of the beach from the balconies were the perfect backdrop to family time. The heated pool & hot tub, corn hole, pingpong, and putting area ensured everyone had an entertainment option outside.The house was beautiful and very clean. We filled 6 out of the 7 bedrooms. All the rooms were spacious, gorgeous, and felt very cozy. Personally, my favorite parts of the house was the pool area and theater room. We will definitely be booking it again!"

Extremely clean throughout, lots of refrigerator space (there are two). Outside area is spacious and comfortable, complete with pool, jacuzzi, TV, lounge chairs and breathtaking views of sunsets. I could not dream of a better spot for vacation. Cannot wait to go back."

Its right smack on the beach with private boardwalk, hot tub, swimming pool, full width decks on every floor, billiards, classic arcade center, theater room, expansive kitchen with plenty of quality cookware and dishes (So often overlooked at rental properties. Thank you !). Now lets talk about the bunk room where all the kids stayed. Parents dream! And so clean... You will not be disappointed staying here.
