"My family and I stayed at Mitch’s listing for Memorial Day weekend. We’ve been to Destin many times but never stayed on this side of town. What a treat! It was close to the wharf with live music and great food. The beach was in our backyard and the pool was too! Mitch and team were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Had a great stay!"

"Five Star R & R! - We had a great week! This comfy oasis has a beautiful backyard lake view, gorgeous, lush surroundings, all the comforts of home & is still soooo convenient to everything! Squeaky clean & inviting spaces like great “book nook” overstuffed chairs, plenty of room for eating in, little touches like cute gift bags of toiletries in the baths, fluffy towels, kitchen supplies & even some games & books make you feel welcomed & at home. Loved it - we’d def book again & tell our friends the same!"

"My family decided to travel to the Destin area for the weekend on a whim and I booked Mitch’s place while en route. I was a bit nervous because I’m usually a planner, but the hosts quick response and quick confirmation of the reservation was a major stress relief. The unit was ready upon arrival and had keyless entry for self check in which was great for my family. Very short walk to the pool and convenient to all of the resort’s amenities. My family of 6 enjoyed our stay and everything about the property was as described. I would book again!"

"Spacious ground floor villa within walking distance to the white sand beach We loved our stay at Sand Destin's Beach Walk villa. The seafoam green and light grey or white wooden tables felt inviting and cheery. Sofa and chairs in the main TV room were comfortable and accommodated another couple visiting. A new, up to date floor had just been installed also. Overlooking an eighteen-acre lake, full of five- and eight-pound bass, became my husband's pass time when we weren't golfing or at the beach. Everything in Sand Destin, shopping, heated pools, 4 golf courses, bars, restaurants are all easily accessed from this villa. There is also a shuttle bus to take you where you need to go on the property. We also can't say enough about the Sand Destin maintenance people. They were very responsive and friendly, coming always within the day."

"We love this location and the unit is quite nice. It's more spacious than we thought from the pictures. The upper floor has a small bedroom (with two small single beds) and a little loft as well as the master bedroom. Since this is an end unit you get a bit more light from windows on the side. Overall it's very nice. It's great that you can walk right over to the market shops and restaurants which are (literally) only about 100 yards away. But, don't worry, it's still far enough that there aren't noise issues. (It's very quiet.)"

"Perfect Family Beach Trip - This villa was perfect for our family of 6 (4 teenagers). Plenty of space for everyone. It was clean and equipped with the basic essentials. Easy access to the beach and Baytowne Wharf. The pool is right around the corner from the villa and Ben and Jerry's or a couple breakfast options are just steps away! Also an easy drive to Scenic 98 and Destin Boardwalk. The Property Manager, Emily was extremely helpful as well. She personally text to make sure we were all set and was available to answer any questions that may come up throughout our stay."
