"Fabulous home on a quiet street in walking distance to the beach - This home is perfect for family vacations. It has an open floor plan (with high ceilings in the living area) and private bedrooms. Two driveways make is easy to have multiple vehicles. The private neighborhood beach is close by and a perfect place to see the beautiful sunsets. The home has a well equipped kitchen and the beds are all very comfortable. We have stayed here twice so far and will definitely come again!"

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and very well equipped. The kitchen literally has everything you need to cook amazing meals. They even had Tupperware to store leftovers. Each bathroom was stocked with everything you needed including spa like soaps and lotions. The individual labeled makeup wash cloths in each bathroom was chefs kiss. Every bedroom had a smart tv in them which was great as we started settling down for the night. The patio was by far my favorite place to unwind in the evening with my family or to start my morning with a cup of coffee. Having the private beach in walking distance was so amazing. Not having to fight with people on the public beach alone was worth the money spent. My family had decided this home will be our family’s go to home when visiting PCB in the future. Mitch thank you for your hospitality, we cannot wait to come back!"

"Great Stay. Fun and Easy Trip. Our stay at the Belaire Bungalow in PCB was nothing short of amazing! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. It's just a short walk to the beach, and we loved sipping coffee on the cozy front porch each morning. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, perfect for families or couples. "Fantastic Location! Santa Monica is a HIDDEN GEM! - Belaire Bungalow in Panama City Beach was absolutely perfect for our vacation! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful, cozy atmosphere. The bungalow is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The private beach access was a huge plus, making it easy to enjoy the sand and waves whenever we wanted. The location is ideal—close to amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet still tucked away enough for peace and privacy. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Perfect off beach location - If you’re not wanting beach front, but the next best thing - this is it. The walk was not long whatsoever. The private beach made the whole experience 10x better. We were the only people on the beach all but the last day (which was the beginning of Memorial Day weekend) and yet there was still only 2 other families on the beach that day. The place was mostly clean, and the people before us left us a lot of things to use such as tide pods, a boogy board, and dish washer pods. If we ever come back to Panama and choose not to stay beach front again, we will definitely be back. We also had 11 people in our group (5couples and one single) and there was PLENTY of space for everybody. 5 stars for this house we whole heartedly recommend."
