"The home is lovely and exactly what my family needed for the week while visiting with my Grandmother who cannot walk many stairs. The elevator to take her to the main floor and ramp down to the sand were key in making our trip enjoyable for her. Plus my 3yr old loved the pool and wanted to be in it from the moment she woke up every day. We did have an issue with the AC unit on the 2nd floor but the team got someone out quickly to fix it. There’s a couple minor items needing to be fixed (some shower handles/faucets loose etc) but nothing that changed our enjoyment of the house. We would absolutely stay again!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t be any better- the beach just a few steps away all to ourself. We were a party of 15, age ranging from 8-89 yo but it never felt crowded. We were comfortably accommodated and the girls loved their bunk beds. The elevator was a huge blessing as well as the pool especially when Tropical depression Bertha paid us a visit. It was one of the favorite places to gather and dip in. The air conditioning worked flawlessly despite the summer heat. Having groceries delivered to the rental on our arrival was a plus! I highly recommend Blessing on the Beach and will not hesitate to go back given the chance."

"This house is made for a wonderful family vacation. Just steps to the beach. We loved that the beach wasn’t overly crowded. When the kids got tired of the beach the private pool was the perfect size for our grandkids to enjoy. (Ages5-1) The house was immaculately clean upon arrival. Check-in was easy with a coded lock box. Communication with host was just a text message away. The elevator was such a convenience for moving groceries and luggage to the higher floors. After recent knee replacement surgery I couldn’t imagine having to make as many trips up and down the stairs as it would have taken without the elevator. This whole experience (the house, communication with host, ease of transaction) was top notch and I would highly recommend to anyone. We will definitely book again."

"This house is great! The proximity to the beach is what makes it spectacular! The house was very clean. Each bedroom having a bathroom was so nice when you have multiple families. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials for cooking. The pool was a blast, on the smaller side but still so fun! We would for sure stay there again."

"We took 6 adults and 5 kids and the house was perfect for us. We could have easily had 3 more with sleeping arrangements for 14. The 3 separate floors gave privacy for the 3 different families and the elevator was a huge plus for my mother in law who has a hard time with stairs. The pool looks small in pictures but it was absolutely perfect for our kids after a long day at the beach. The home is located right between 30A and PCB so we could easily get to restaurants and activities quickly. The Publix grocery store was also less than 10 minutes away. Communication was top notch with the management company who gave us all the information we needed 10 days prior to check in. We were even able to get into the house at 12p for a small additional fee that was well worth it!I highly recommend this home for anybody wanting to wake up right on the beach in a beautifully maintained and clean home. 10 out of 10 across the board!!"
