It was so convenient to grab meals and snacks. We loved the lively environment and all the shopping options. The front desk and tiki bar staff were incredibly friendly. We will definitely be back!"

"Our stay at Calypso Resort 108 East with Mitch was absolutely wonderful. Mitch was incredibly responsive and helpful when we made our last-minute booking for a family trip. He answered all of my questions quickly and even worked with me to make sure I could check in and get settled in time for a work call shortly after we arrived, which I truly appreciated. The moment we walked into the condo, I immediately felt a sense of peace. The space is beautifully decorated with a warm, beachy feel that makes it feel both relaxing and welcoming. The location is unbeatable—right on the ocean and directly across the street from Pier Park, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Being on the first floor was an unexpected bonus. It made getting out the door to start our beach days quick and easy, especially with kids. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, and they made our family feel genuinely welcome rather than like we were inconveniencing anyone."

"This condo was nice, clean, & in a great location! What we loved the most is not having to wait in line to get on the elevators. At first we were kinda of worried about being on the 1st floor but it ended up working out perfectly! The location is awesome! There's so many places that you can walk to which was super convenient. Mitch was very responsive & helpful anytime I contacted him. We definitely recommend this place & will stay here again if we're back in the area!"

Upon arrival, we had a small issue with the room, but their team responded immediately and sent someone out to help—no stress at all. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and perfectly set up for an easy, comfortable stay. Even when a water main break occurred nearby, we were kept fully updated and in constant communication. "Calypso 108-1 - The property has beautiful views and is a really nice condo. It’s convenient to Pier Park and many good restaurants. The beds were really comfortable. We had a couple of small issues with the 108-1 condo. The shower curtain liner had black mold on the bottom of it. "Family vacation also baseball tournament - This was our youngest 1st time to the beach and she had a blast staying here. Walmart/Target/mall just a couple minutes away for groceries and anything you forgot to bring.
