"This is the 3rd time my family and I have been to PCB and this was by far our best stay. This unit is close to the beach and pool and on the ground floor. The condo is within in walking distance of pretty much everything you need. The host was very responsive and addressed any needs we had quickly. "Our new favorite in Panama City - We loved this location the best of all stays in Panama City. Condo was perfect exactly as described. My first time staying on the first floor. I was worried we wouldn’t have a great view. As soon as we walked in it was a stunning view. I loved the ease of the first floor, no elevators was a treat. Condo was very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We loved the parking spot underneath. The only minor complaint I had was there was no soap to wash your hands in the kitchen. They were pods for dishwasher. It would’ve been nice to have a little bottle of dish soap or hand soap. Just a minor detail that goes a long way. Would highly recommend!"

It is in walking distance to Pier Park and Shuckums which was very helpful. "New Years family get away - This is an awesome condo. Loved being able to walk to Pier Park for shopping, eating and the New Years Eve festivities. The views are spectacular. Couldn't of asked for a better place. We will be back!!
(Couple complaints, garbage shoot was over flowing bags sitting all around. When we were sweeping floor, found a pair of shorts and baby wipes under bed, that should of been found by housekeeping.)

Send 2 emails with problems we had nothing major 1 lanyard broken and the remote in 2nd bedroom had the center piece missing but could still use it. "Very Pleasant Experience and Great Place to Stay - We were extremely pleased with our rental at Calypso Unit 108 West. Warren Beach Rentals communicated via email with us everything that was needed and in a timely manner. They even emailed us while we were there about some alarm testing that would be taking place at Calypso so we were informed. The unit was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The cost was exactly what was quoted. Typically, I don't do first floor units but was swayed by the VIP parking, inclusion of umbrellas/beach chair rentals, plus no elevator use would be needed during these crazy "pandemic" times. We could see the ocean from the chairs on the balcony even though it was a 1st floor unit. Easy walk to Pier Park and not having to deal with traffic was great. I will book this unit again!!!! Oh, the parking garage was right there where our unit was so no long way to have to carry luggage. Check-out was extremely easy. No stripping the beds!!! We loved our vacation!!!!!"

Calypso HOA did everyone a tremendous disservice by not disclosing this construction to the rental agencies, owners, or anyone. We had absolutely no notice, we could only apologize for the construction and the inconvenience. Their decision to do this during spring break defies any reason or logic. But, hopefully this will be done within the next week or so.
