"We enjoyed our stay! The unit was gorgeous and right off the elevator which was nice when loading and unloading for the week. The floor was calm for the most part. We noticed so many intentional storage and organization pieces that really helped keep all of our things off the floor and organized. We noticed a sandy, sticky floor when we entered the unit that required everyone to keep their shoes on. I mentioned this to Mitch and he immediately sent the cleaning team back out and made it so much better. This was our second year staying at Calypso and the amenities are great. The traffic on the main road seems to get worse each year but that is unavoidable with how many places are off beachfront road. Also that’s not the renter’s fault just wanted to mention for any future guests! We loved the stay!"

"Mitch’s place was in a great location! We were able to walk to multiple places to eat or shop. The view was great from the balcony. He was very quick with responses when we had questions. We drove a very large van and were unable to park in the parking garage, but the parking around the garage was not a hassle at all."

"We decided on Mitch's place for our Christmas getaway as a family. The place was very clean and the view was beautiful. It was very spacious and there is a lot to do around. We had a beach day on Christmas with the kid, walking distance very convenient. Mitch and his team was very responsive and helped out with whatever we needed even having maintenance sent over. I would recommend 100 percent and would stay again."

"Beautiful Condo - This was an absolutely beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. The balcony has a walkout from the master bedroom and the living room. The view is directly over the pool with a view of the beach and the crystal blue gulf. I thought the closest in the master bedroom was the cutest thing. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans. I would definitely search for this unit the next time I’m heading to Panama City Beach."

"We stayed here on our honeymoon! Unconventionally, we had our siblings (2 other couples) join us and we have a great time! The condo is beautiful with thoughtful touches and beautiful upgrades! The view was spectacular. Super close (walkable) to Pier Park. The chair and umbrella service was a great bonus! The ONLY thing that I would be cognizant of is that the pool rules/security are extremely strict. They were not allowing children to even play with beachballs in the pool. We were a group of 6 adults and attempted to move a few chairs around to be closer to each other (nothing crazy) and we were reprimanded and told to place them back. If you’re brining kiddos I would stick to the beach!"

"Beautiful place to stay! Right on the beach, walking distance to some of the main restaurants in PCB, tiki bar on site, complimentary beach chairs/umbrella, right next to jet skis/banana boats! There is a little convenience store/gift shop for any little thing you may need. We literally did not need to drive anywhere beside to pick up groceries which was 3 min drive! The only thing that kind of confused us was you don’t have luggage carts/check in desk on main lobby floor like most places, you go park first then luggage carts are on level 3 of garage(must leave ID and info with attendant) then go across walkway of level 3 to get to towers 1&2 find your room then return cart to get ID back."

Everything you need is sent to you prior to arrival so no lines to wait in when you get there, you just go straight to your room! The room was beautiful. Clean, updated, and the most comfortable beds we have ever had on a vacation! Elevators didn’t have a long wait and the walk to the beach was easy. Leaving was super easy as well and made our early morning departure uneventful.

"This condo is just like the photos. Can’t beat this location! Close to everything. Beautiful in every way. Our family of 5 had the best vacation here. The balcony view alone is amazing. Pier Park was a family favorite and we went there nightly. Beautiful shops and restaurants within walking distance. Mini golf across the street. We ate most of our meals in and we had everything we needed. If you eat out, I’d say don’t waste your money on Pompano Joes Seafood or Back Porch. Pretty much have the same menu, high prices and food is very disappointing. Do make your way to Captain Andrews. Amazing food and atmosphere. Get there early! The workout facility is clean and provides a great workout. It had dumbbells up to 75lbs which my husband appreciated. Overall, this was a 5 star experience for us. We had a blast and made core memories. Thank you, Mitch."
