"This place is truly 10/10! You cant beat the location, so much to do only minutes away (walking). Plenty of beach chairs available in the unit, a beach wagon, there was even a pack n play! Which we had planned on renting one from a local place, so it was a pleasant surprise that there was one in the unit. I cannot say enough good things about the kitchen! This was the BEST equipped kitchen I've ever had in an airbnb! Had absolutely everything we needed to cook meals for our family, and quality cookware, not just the cheap stuff that is usually in these places. The unit was very clean, beds were very comfortable and had good pillows (which is usually something im worried about lol). The extra large balcony was so nice! I will definitely be staying here again!"

"My wife and I were in town for a long weekend. This location far exceeded our expectation. The condo was beautifully decorated. Large rooms. "This was the best condo we've ever stayed. Upon check-in everything was clean, and excellently decorated, which was the easiest place ever to check-in. Communication was top notch from the first day we even booked. Any questions we might have had were answered before we could even think to ask. The two beach chairs and umbrella already set up for us each day was a very nice included perk. The location couldn't be beat, because everything was within walking distance. Oh, and the wrap around balcony and ocean front views were amazing. We hope to say in this unit many times to come."

"Beautiful & spacious condo - The property is in a great location! We walked to Pier Park multiple days/nights to eat & shop. This was ideal for us since we didn’t want to battle traffic as much as possible. Check-in was super easy. Our trip was during a busy time so the parking deck stayed pretty full, but we were always able to get parking just on a higher level than the convenient 3rd floor. We only really had to wait for elevators on the usual check in & out days/times. The condo was very spacious & beautifully decorated. It was well cleaned when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful condo If there was a 4.5 option I would have rated it at that. It's a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom. It's one of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in. The mattresses were comfy. The outdoor space is great. The downfall is the indoor furniture is overdue to be updated. Very uncomfortable which was important to us during a December stay. 10/10 on cleanliness!"

The host: Great communication and simple instruction on who, what, when and where. I never had to reach out for help during the stay, it was all laid out for us.
The condo: Beautiful. Period. Comfortable accommodations with all the amenities you would need to make a home away feel like a home stay. The views from the balcony are wonderful and the furniture allows you to sit in comfort for hours to enjoy.
The property: I have to say this is the first property we have stayed that provided everything we could possibly need without having to leave. The pools are great, the tiki bar is great, the food from the cafe is great. I think the thing that stood out to my wife and I the most was the cleanliness of the facilities. There was always someone cleaning.
Overall: 5 stars are not enough. We will be booking again. Maybe twice a year now!"

"Gorgeous Yet Comfortable - Pier Pressure at Calypso will not disappoint! The location is perfect as it is near the Pier, shopping, restaurants and of course, right on the beach! This was our 4th trip to PCB and our favorite condo of all the others! Views are spectacular - we saw dolphins a few times and stingray’s. One group of baby dolphins stayed and played in the gulf for quite awhile. The condo is newly renovated and everything feels brand new. It smelled so good when we entered and it was spotless! The kitchen seemed sparse at first but it had everything we needed! We cooked breakfast and lunch each day in between trips to the pool and beach. I was amazed at how the cleaning crew was on-site at the bathrooms and hallway leading to the pool! It made it nice and easy to go to the pool. I very much appreciated the excellent communication from Mitch and his team. We had everything we needed and all questions were answered in the cover email and closing email. It made it so easy to check in and out! The only thing I did not love (but I can see why other people might) is the chair service at the beach. You much go to the group handling the chairs and get assigned a chair for the entire stay. If your entire group is not together the first time you go there, you will not get seated together. Personally, I would prefer if the chairs were placed and people could just use them as they wished each day. Otherwise, there were a ton of chairs not being used but others could not use them either. I’m sure this costs extra - I would get rid of this annoyance!"

"Beautiful Unit This unit was top of the line. The owners were very thoughtful in their provisions from first aid kit, to sand toys and beach chairs and boogie boards to board games. This unit is wonderful for families or 2 couples. The master bath is amazing with corner shower, full soaking tub, 2 sinks, walk in closet and private stool area. The kitchen had everything we needed from Keurig to regular coffee pot, to blender, pots and pans, storage containers for leftovers and a pantry for food storage. We will be returning!"

The condo itself was clean with a fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/measuring cups/glasswear for leftovers etc) and the king bed was fantastic! We were there for Ironman and it was a perfect location. Right at the swim start, right on the first km of the run and a 10 minute walk to the finishers chute. Check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely be back one day!"

"Slice of paradise - This property was gorgeous. It is literally right on the beach and the view is spectacular. We had a small hiccup of checking in, however Mitch got back to us quickly and it was smooth sailing from there. Shopping , restaurants and things to do are all within walking distance. Wal-mart is close so we could shop for what we needed for the condo as well. The condo smelled good and was comfy! We had a blast and cannot wait to return!"

"Nice Location - We chose this location because we did not rent a car. A lot of restaurants with in walking distance. We did rent an over priced golf cart for a couple of days to get to some locations we wanted to see outside of walking distance. You can get parking to use for the golf cart so that was a plus. Owner was easy to work with. Had a little hiccup in first getting access. Owner responded promptly, and saved the wife from going into Karen mode. Overall nice condo with great views."

"Clean and Roomy - I read a lot of reviews about condos in this complex and they all had concerns about cleanliness. I am a very clean person and picky about where I stay. I was so happy when we walked in this condo. It was clean and well decorated. The owners had a couple of beach chairs and a wagon in the complex for use. The patio furniture was very comfy as well. The only negative I can think of is the couches were not that comfy but I think it was because they were sleeper sofas. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, I almost forgot the location is spot on if you have teenagers. They could walk to Pier Park."

It was newly redecorated, beautiful, organized, and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The beach is always clean. The water was beautiful. A great stay!"

"Will stay again! - Out stay was great. The condo was exactly as seen on VRBO. Very clean, nicely decorated. Communication was great and access was so easy. Quiet on the ocean side but plenty to do in walking distance. The car condo was well stocked and also had a Kurig. We will definitely stay here again."

"Gorgeous unit with 180 degree views! - This was a last minute getaway before school begins and we were so lucky to find this gem of a unit. It was our first time in Panama City Beach so we had no expectations. The unit was immaculate and as photographed. Loved the wrap around lanai and patio furniture - perfect place to enjoy the sunsets! The unit was well equipped and we enjoyed using the provided beach chairs and umbrellas when spending time on the beach. Beds were comfy and the overall decor modern, fresh and relaxing. The management company was super easy to work with and accommodating. The building was without AC for close to 18 hrs and they brought fans in to help keep the air moving inside on a warm summer day. The location of the building is great for those that want to be in the mix of things. A very short walk to pier plaza and the scenic helicopter helipad (those suckers be aware fly by every 4 minutes or so until sunset and Use the calypso property as the approach and landing flight plan). Also walking distance to Gulf World and many restaurants and bars along Front street. Parking was easy in the dedicated parking garage across the street. Walmart is also super close. The complex does seem to have a high turnover on Saturdays so I’d recommend arriving on a different day to avoid the elevator congestion at checkin. But the view and comfort of this unit is incomparable! We will definitely return on our next trip to Panama City beach!"

"Surrounded by beauty - We loved staying in this beautifully decorated condo on the beach. The condo is prettier than the pictures. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, lots of room, great seating with sunset views on the balcony.
We were there on spring break in March 2019. It was cool and overcast but the beauty and comfort of the condo made for a great time.

"Wonderful Vacation! - We recently stayed at this amazing condo for six weeks and had a wonderful time. Pride of ownership - attention to detail - all very evident. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. Lots of seating on the balcony for watching those colourful sunsets! "Fabulous Condo! - Cannot begin to describe how perfect this condo is. The decor is tasteful and "beach-themed". There was plenty of room for a family of 4. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything to prepare meals. The bedrooms were large and the king bed in the master bedroom may be the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. T.V.'s in every room that were easy to operate. The Calypso's location is perfect, being within a few hundred yards of Pier Park. This unit will be our choice when we return to PCB!"

"Magnificent get-away - This unit is blissful. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and welcoming. Everything there is beautiful. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is great. The balcony was delightful. It is the first time I actually stayed inside as much as I did just because the room was so inviting and relaxing. We definitely plan on picking this unit again. Marcy was phenomenal with communicating with us as well. Anything that I needed, I just text her and she answered me right away. We have stayed at Calypso at least 5 or 7 times and this unit, by far, has been our favorite. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!"

"Very clean, comfortable, updated unit. Equipped with everything you will need. - My family and I stayed at this condo the last week in June and it was wonderful! The condo is very spacious and well maintained. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It has a beautiful view of the ocean with a wrap around balcony. The property manager was very quick to respond to any question I had, and was so kind and friendly. "Wonderful Mother's Day weekend at Calypso Beach Resort - We traveled to PCB for a quick getaway to celebrate Mother's Day. The condo has just been listed after recent renovations. The furnishings were beautiful giving the condo such a serene and peaceful feeling. Everything in the condo was brand new top to bottom. We were very happy with our stay and the experience we had dealing with the property manager. Definitely will be staying at this condo again when we return to PCB."
