"This is the absolute perfect condo! The inside was very nice, clean and stocked. You cannot ask for a better location. You can walk to Pier Park for shopping, food and fun and Walmart is also close by for groceries.Everything else included made this condo even better. The VIP parking was such a timesaver. We paid for an additional spot in the garage and it was also easy to access and we never had issues waiting for elevators to get back to our room or to the beach or street.The pools were very nice and building staff were always walking around to make sure things were taken care of and in good order.We will absolutely stay here on our next trip to PCB!"

"We had a wonderful time. The condo was nice and clean, the VIP parking was so convenient and the beach view was perfect. We just happened to book during the air show and we enjoyed it so much that we even booked an extra night! We had a front row seat at the balcony and the pool for the air show! We had a couple of minor issues and they were taken care of very quickly by our host. He was amazing to work out things for us for the extra night! We always had a quick response. My kids loved the pier, the pools, the beach, and close proximity to shopping, dinners, and karaoke. The condo itself was everything we would ask for. "We love Calypso and Warren Beach rentals!!!! We had a wonderful time staying at Calypso as usual!!! Love the pools! Love how close it is to pier park. The condo was clean and well kept,has everything you need. We love staying on lower floors so we can just access steps if we want. This was our first time staying in 206 but not at Calypso. Also the VIP parking is a game changer!!! I don't know that we could ever go back 😂. You can get in and out of complex super easy and quick which is so helpful when have several kids. We will only book with Warren rental service as they have never disappointed!! They were the very first company we booked with our first time at PBC. Very easy,clear, great to work with. Which makes a huge difference. We tried a few other places several years back after that and one was horrible and the next was just ok. That's when I remembered to look up where we stayed our first time and we have stayed booking with Warren Rentals ever since. Thank you so much for a great vacation!!! 🏖️❤️"

"Great condo for our family of 6! - The condo was just as described. Very clean and neat. Great view and great location. The parking space that was provided with our room was nice and convenient! The chair service for the beach was nice to have everyday! We were comfortable in our condo for 6 nights and enjoyed the pool and tiki hut. It was the 4th of July during our stay, so it was busy, but still very manageable. No really long waits for elevators, no ruckus or loud noises after 10:00. The store inside Calypso was also nice for things we needed like ice, sunscreen, sunglasses, snacks etc. Being on the 2nd floor was really nice and it was easy to get all of our stuff to the beach and back everyday. Our refrigerator went out the first day we were there and once I contacted the owner we had a new refrigerator within a couple of hours and they also reimbursed us for our spoiled groceries! Communication was fantastic and they were very helpful! The fireworks were a great way to end the week and we had the perfect view! We would stay here again for sure!!"

"We arrived and parked in the parking garage directly under where we where staying, the access from this room to the parking garage was very easy and accessible. We had a hard time getting in the room when we first arrived but it was not mich’s fault we did not catch the # before the code and when we messaged we had quick responses and got in settled in went off to enjoy the beach that was directly infront of our room… just for the view I’d give this a 10 star rating we even had the pleasure of seeing dolphins swimming directly outside our window in the ocean one morning… truly an amazing stay all the way around any questions or concerns where answered in a fast manner and we could not have booked a better stay for our family. Best first experience than you Mitch we will be back for sure!"

"New furniture is comfortable and a beautiful beach - The new couches and beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. A few kitchen items could use replacing (can opener, a couple of broken knives), but we don’t cook a lot so it wasn’t a big inconvenience for us. Our 5 and 3 year olds enjoyed the bunk beds. We had a wonderful and relaxing trip! We plan to go back to Calypso next year and would happily stay in this comfortable unit again."

"3 adults and 4 teenage boys - This condo was perfect for our group. It was close to the pier so we could walk to dinning and shopping. The 2nd close overlooked the pool so the younger boys could go to the pool and we could still watch them. We would stay there again. We would recommend this condo."

"Great Vacation! - This unit was clean and as expected, based on photos on the website. I really loved staying on the 2nd floor and being able to watch the kids swim below from my balcony. I loved the easy walk to dinner every night at Pier Park. We hardly had to drive at all, as everything was so close within walking distance. The condo itself was great. My only suggestion (if you are a family of 6 or more) is to bring some extra towels. We had to wash them every night to have enough for the next day. Also, bring makeup remover wipes or some darker washcloths because the towels in the unit were all white and showed stains easily. Also, there was no pizza pan or baking sheet. That’s my only other suggestion. Otherwise, the unit had anything else we needed for food prep/cooking. It was a great stay!"

"PERFECT LOCATION AS FAR A LOCATION, AND CONDO ON 2ND FLOOR. - Perfect for our family, location on 2nd floor was a win for us as elevators on Saturdays all day and everyday between 5 and 7pm are quite a wait time. This condo had the most comfortable mattress in all rooms including the bunk. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, however we think it would be nice to provide a griddle and more Tupperware, it is our experience over the years no condo really provide this so I bring my own, but it would be a nice added feature in the kitchen, and a 4 toast toaster for a condo that size. There were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, throws and towels, which were nice to have. This was our first time at this resort, and the location sold us, pool not so much we didn't even use it, Shores of Panama Pool is the best, but location won. We will look at staying here again next year and as nice as the condo was it is our experience that a 3rd bathroom is a big plus for our family, so we will try to find a 2 bedroom, with bunk room and 3 full baths, on 1st to 3rd floor."

"Fantastic Summer getaway - This was our first time staying in this unit but second time renting from this owner. As expected the unit was wonderful. Our vacation consisted of 3 teens and 3 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. The unit was everything advertised and more. The balcony was great to be able to enjoy sunsets and to have a vantage to watch the kids in the pool or on the beach. I would recommned this unit to anyone looking for summer beach getaway."

"Great trip! - We have stayed at Calypso several times and this was our favorite condo. A few things we especially appreciated was the large tile master shower, the huge kitchen sink, the bunk bedroom having a larger bed on the lower bunk, the TVs in every room and that it was located on the 2nd floor. We love Calypso in general because of it’s proximity to the pools, beach, pier, and pier park. We can walk to everything so quickly and never have to get back in our car unless we just want to. It was a great trip and we would definitely book this condo again."

"Exceptional Unit, Best Location in Town - Let me first start with the housekeeping. The unit was spotless, and no detail was overlooked. Little items such as having coffee for the first day, soap and shampoo, and spare remote batteries so I don't have to bother the owner when batteries run down. The sheets and towels were all high-quality and new. There were new flat-panel televisions in all of the bedrooms, and the mattresses were gel. The beach-like theme provided a fun atmosphere for the family. The kitchen was also well-stocked and had all of the utensils we needed. The second-floor balcony was PERFECT. You could see well and were low enough to see all of the activity on the beach. We enjoyed sitting in the bar-height chairs and table in the evening which allowed us to have a fantastic view of the ocean without the railing blocking the view. Pool noise? None, unless you were sitting outside during the afternoon. Finally, location! We parked the car and that was it. There were grocery delivery services in the area that we took advantage of. We could walk to the pier and fish with bait and tackle from a shop next to the pier! We saw rays one evening during sunset! We also walked to Pier Park and enjoyed shopping along with the restaurants there. Then of course, the beach! The free beach chair service was awesome, and we used it every day. We were able to take the stairs while everyone else waited for the elevators. We LOVED this unit! We have found a new go-to spot for Panama City Beach!"

"Great Vacation... perfect condo!!! - Our stay in Calypso 206 was fabulous! The unit was very well equipped with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. Nice flat panel tv's in every room. The views from the second floor were wonderful and the beach chairs were a nice amenity. No waiting for the elevators with this second floor unit. Finally, location, location, location! Across the street from the shopping and restaurants of Pier Park! We are looking forward to coming back to this unit! "

"Great Condo!!! - The condo was very nice, well kept, modern decor, bright colors that made you feel like you were "at the beach." and the view of the ocean was so relaxing and awesome. It's 2nd floor location was so convenient that we didn't have to take the elevators every time we went out and so conveniently located across the street from Pier Park!! The owner happened to be in town at the same time and was very pleasant to talk to when he called to see if everything was ok with the condo. The "Beach Guys" Kyle and Trent at Keller Williams were great to work with too. I am so particular where I stay and I always a little leery renting from private sources but I would definitely recommend these people if you are looking to rent. The whole experience from renting the until until arrival was superb!!!

"Beautiful and comfortable! - Really beautiful, relaxing area and condo!! The beach couldn't be any closer and the pool with tiki bar was awesome! We arrived late in the evening and just went right to the condo, no check in needed which was really convenient after dealing with multiple flight delays all day. I would highly recommend the condo and can't wait to come back next year!! The pier and Pier Park are within walking distance and offer so much to do. Great local restaurants also!"

The beds were awesome and comfortable and it was great to see large flatscreen t.v.'s throughout the condo instead of the old, boxy type we are used to seeing. It was great to have the ocean view from the master bedroom as well as the living room on one side and then to be able to just walk across the street for dinner with at least 10-15 places to chose from.
