"This place was exactly as described. Mitch and his team were incredibly responsive and always had the right answer. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to tons of restaurants, stores and more. The beach is literally just steps away. You open the door, turn left, go down the stairs, and you walk to the sand. You really can’t get any closer. We were lucky with perfect weather all week. The water was warm and beautifully clear, a mix of green and blue. I had been checking the conditions beforehand since the beach had red and even double‑red flags earlier in the week, but everything was great once we arrived. We had an awesome time and will definitely be returning to this same place. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We had a very nice vacation. The unit was as pictured and described. One of the best conveniences for our family was location to stairs and not having to wait for the elevator. It is walkable to Pier Park and the amenities were great. The weather wasn’t all that great (red flag every day) so having such a nice pool was wonderful and my granddaughter enjoyed it every day of our stay. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to be back for another stay soon!"

The large balcony was absolutely awesome, giving you that perfect mix of being part of the beach scene while still feeling tucked away and private. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was incredible. The resort amenities were excellent without ever feeling crowded, and the VIP parking was a huge bonus—honestly one of the best perks of the stay. "Room was very clean. Exactly as shown in pictures. Very close to all kinds of restaurants. Balcony view was good but is blocked a little by palm trees. Washer and dryers worked great. Elevators were a little busy but being the second floor it was no problem taking the stairs. The VIP parking spot was great. Lowest A/C would go to is 70 degrees. Would definitely vacation here again. Internet was not the greatest but on vaca we weren’t looking to need it much at all. Check-in and check out process was flawless and simple."
