And since it's a corner room, you also have other window views of Pier Park, the ocean, and the pier. Warren is great to work with as they deliver everything as promised. Communication is great. The rental price is reasonable and we always feel safe there. We love being up high as you don't have noise from the pool and you can see for miles. Sunsets are stunning! We love the Calypso! We take the elevator down and walk out the back door where you are steps away from the beach. Or the front door where we walk to Pier Park for great shops, restaurants, or a state of the art movie theater. Highly recommend!"

So nice to be able to walk to pier park and the pier. Room 2109W was beautiful. The beds were all very comfortable. Being up high was so nice to be able to look out over the ocean while on the balcony. Would definitely stay in this room again! Warren beach rentals was so easy to book through and contact! They were great to work with start to finish. Checkout was very easy also. Love that you only had to have dishwasher started upon checkout. This helped us be able to enjoy our coffee before departing at 5am. Also gave us confidence that the dishes in cabinet were clean rather than someone just throwing them back in the cabinets cause they didn't have time to get the dishes ran through dishwasher and unloaded. "Amazing Condo and Spectacular Views - This condo was absolutely wonderful for our 4-day beach vacation! To start with, the views from the balcony and all the windows in this end-unit condo were just spectacular. We had an amazing view of the gulf, the pier, the beach, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
The location of this condo was perfect – very easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. There was a little bit of noise from the Pier Park area that we could hear on the balcony, but nothing that went late into the evening or was too distracting/annoying.
The condo itself was extremely clean. As noted in some other reviews, there is some minor wear and tear, but nothing you would not expect in a beach condo that is very heavily booked throughout the year. That said, the unit was very, very clean and comfortable and those minor issues in no way detracted from the beautiful unit and lovely decor. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable, and it was the perfect place to put our feet up and relax after a long day at the beach. The condo was well appointed with everything you need, and I did appreciate the information provided in the days prior to check-in informing us of what we needed to supply vs. what would be available in the unit (paper towels, toilet paper, etc). We cooked a little bit in the unit and had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc for our meals. We also had all the information and very detailed instructions we needed ahead of time for a very smooth check-in and check-out process.
We utilized the provided beach service for chairs/umbrellas on each day of our trip which was an amazing amenity. The pool areas and tiki bar area were clean and provided a nice area to step away from the beach at times. Overall, the entire property was clean and a generally great place to stay.
We did experience one minor maintenance issue during our stay. I contacted the maintenance team and received a prompt reply, and someone was sent to our condo within a very short amount of time. He was able to apply a temporary fix for our issue. The temporary solution worked perfectly and there were no other issues during our stay. I was very pleased with the communication and response to the issue.//
Overall, I would highly recommend this condo and renting with Warren Beach Rentals - the entire experience was perfect and made our vacation that much easier and stress-free. I look forward to staying in this unit again during a future stay."

"Mostly great - I am that person who reads all the reviews and truly appreciates when people are honest. As both a allopathic and homeopathic professional I am including some health issues as well. First for the positives:
This condo is decorated beautifully. Beds are comfortable (except for master which has two depressions and a small hump in middle, my husband and I are tall and thin so weight was not a factor-mattress needs replacing) Kitchen has everything you need but you will want to bring essential seasonings as the cleaning crew takes anything that was left by previous tenants and this is necessary with all the germs among us right now. Plenty of left over containers if you prefer to cook in. Both nonstick and stainless cookware are available if you are careful about aluminum. If you prefer to wash dishes by hand you will need to bring what you need but there are two dishwasher packets available. Also, bring coffee filters and coffee but there is also a Keurig. Views of both the town and beach are spectacular. If you have any issues with fear of heights, this is not the place for you as the lanai is very narrow and then there is the obvious 21st floor location. The staff at this property is very friendly and helpful and the management company was responsive on a Sunday morning, A+!!
For the not-so-positives, there is a moldy smell in the master bathroom (not just from humidity) and anyone with a mold allergy would become quite ill in this unit. I do not mean to offend anyone but it is important to mention that the hallway is narrow and the unit is tight so if you are a large person this may not be comfortable for you. As previous reviews have mentioned the pictures are dated and there is staining on all the furniture cushions, however, it is still very nice! There are only 2 bar stools, not 3 as pictured and there is no bench at the foot of the master bed."

This unit is spectacular, and stays at 100% occupancy nearly all year.
When you have that many guests pass through, there will be some stains on sofas and furniture and we do have these deep cleaned thoroughly throughout the year.
To your comment about mold smell. There is absolutely NO mold in this unit, visible or otherwise. All of our units offer dehumidifiers and we have Servpro inspect and treat our units as an extra measure of protection. This owner, and our staff go to great lengths to ensure that our properties are safe, clean, and sanitary for every guest. That is why we have over 3000 5 star reviews in the past year alone. We pay attention to all of the details that truly matter during a stay. Passes that you have to pay an extra $20 per vehicle DID NOT WORK HALF THE TIME! Some of the security guards that had to help when passes didn't work were nice, then others were extremely rude. We can't help their parking system is horrible. But some acted like we didn't know what we were doing. They seriously need to get a different parking system!!"

The unit was pristine with everything they advertised. The condo is gorgeous and offers stunning sunset views from either the balcony or from inside. The extra boogie boards were well used, as well. Warren Beach Rentals made the process of renting and getting checked in effortless! Their payment system is wicked easy and the check-in/check-out instructions were flawless. There is nothing better than leaving home for vacation and walking into a rental that anyone would be comfortable to call home. We will DEFINITELY use Warren Beach Rentals for our future Panama City rentals."

"Home away from home - We have stayed at Calypso several times before. Condo 2109W is our favorite so far. Every room has its own bathroom! Well stocked kitchen, everything works and it’s clean. The full size bunk beds were great for our teenage sons. The kids enjoyed walking to Pier Park most evening. We always enjoy all the great Resturant’s close by."

"Heaven!!!! 2109-W - From the point of booking, to the 1000 questions I had in between, Warren Beach rentals made my vacation so easy! And the property was a 5 star, top notch resort property. It was clean, the views were beautiful, the pool was CLEAN, the beach was clean, and the tiki bar was NIIIICE! Loved the staff at the tiki bar. Upon arrival, a very generous maintenance man gave us step by step instructions on where to park, and where to get a luggage cart (because I failed to read all of the very detailed instructions sent by Warren Beach Rental). Nothing was left out of the instructions for my arrival and departure. It truly was one of the easiest rentals I have ever done. And we travel a LOT! I will never use anyone but Warren Beach Rentals again!"

"Loved It!! - We absolutely loved this staying here. The view was spectacular. It had everything we needed. We felt at home which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We want to stay here every time we come to PCB!! There were only a couple of things that we feel may need attention from the owner. The toilet in the master bath was not bolted down and lifted if it was leaned on, so that may need to be looked at. The other was the shower curtain in the 3rd bathroom had some mold on it, so the "cleaning crew" may want to look at that as well. Other than those small issues everything else was as close to perfection as we could have asked for."

There were six of us and the unit worked great with two teenages having their own room and bathroom, and two 21-year olds having their own room and bathroom. When we contacted management about things (either in email or text), they responded ASAP and took care of our issues. One was our own stupidity. Another was a clogged sink and beeping smoke detector. They sent someone out right away. We walked to Pier Park every day and even the teenagers felt safe walking to and fro by themselves. The two beach chairs included in the cost were a nice benefit and the tiki bar was an added bonus. There are sand chairs in the unit as well. I will definitely look at Warren Beach Rentals for our next vacation."
