"We had a wonderful stay. The view is incredible. Nothing beats sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset while listening to the sound of the waves. We were there over New Years. We could see the ball drop from the front balcony and had the best view of the fireworks. PCB puts on a great show. We’d return in a heartbeat!"

"We had a fantastic stay here. Condo was really nice. Communication was quick and consistent. Loved the location. We walked to most places, but when we did leave in the car the parking was a breeze. Loved that there were 2 sets of chairs on the beach and beach toys inside the condo. Elevators were quick and never really busy. "

"We had such a wonderful time at this condo. The space was so beautiful and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was amazing. My only complaint would be that there's no salt or pepper or any seasonings so you have to go to the store and buy all of that which is a bummer. Other than that everything was great."

"Great place! - Perfect location. The condo was very nice. The size is great. So cute. We really enjoyed staying here.
Just a few things to add:
1. It would have been extremely helpful to know the # goes in front of the key code. I didn't see that anywhere in the instructions.
2. There were no hand towels. Not a deal breaker. But had I known, I would have brought my own.
3. Having to scan our phone/pass, to get OUT OF PARKING is very annoying, inconvenient and sure does seem like a fire code violation.
4. It would be helpful to know the buggies are only parked on level 3. It should say that in the elevators & instructions.
5. Be patient. Moving in day is always stressful. It does take time to figure out the different elevators.
6. We liked that there were no rules on the beach about where you can & can't put chairs & tents.
7. During our week, the place was infested with teenagers & kids. So if you don't like them, you may want to avoid this place. They did get loud every night on the beach. Cops were called 2 nights. Nothing major. Just noise.
8. Loved the fire pits by the pools.
9. Maintenance alert: kitchen sink drops & master bath drain is broken/doesn't work, there are no globes in master fan lights. Non issues. We don't like to be disturbed by strangers. 🙂
10. Side note: Ascension Sacred Hearts ER is just 10 minutes away. Absolutely wonderful people & location. Up to date facility. I had to go twice this week for kidney stones. 🙁 "

"Feels like home - We’ve been to many condos before. This condo was like no other. It felt like home. So nice and clean. Fully stocked with dishes and utensils. They had games, no Uno tho. The beds were so comfortable. Every room had a TV that worked. The couches and chair were comfortable. The outside balcony seating was great. They even had extra beach chairs. The washer and dryer worked well. We will be staying here again. "

-4 beach chairs in the front row, huge bonus!!! Easy to book for the week.
-Plenty of space and beds for 6 person family
-Clean and modern space
-Nice view from property balcony
-One of the cleanest beaches, especially on the property
-Didn’t need to contact owners or anyone on property, good directions left for us
-walking distance to decent restaurants and shopping Notes:
-We booked unknowingly about Gulf Coast Jam concert. Property was busy!!! but the traffic was worst part. Nothing we or owners could have done about that.
-Hallways are TIGHT especially when checking in or out or going to beach with lot of stuff
-Wear your wristband at all times, I saw so many people kicked out of gym or pool for not wearing it."

"Wonderful stay! We rented Calypso Unit 2201 E the week of 3/30-4/6. Our unit was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean. Warren Beach rentals always got right back to me with any questions I had. During our stay, our dryer broke and our door lock stopped working. Maintenance was in prompt communication via text and both issues were fixed within a reasonable timeframe. I'd like to mention, this is the first time we've ever had our family spring break at the same time as college spring break. The security at Calypso was amazing, they were everywhere and incredibly attentive. We escalated any concerns and they were immediately addressed. They truly made our week great! Thank you!!!"

"Great PCB condo! - We enjoyed our week in this nice unit! Location is ideal, decor is attractive, and space was just right for our group of seven (4 adults and 3 teens). The lounge chairs / umbrellas waiting down on the sand each day are a huge plus! And the Dole Whip sold right across the street was an unexpected bonus. 😀 Our only constructive feedback is that the description of the unit is a bit misleading… All 3 bedrooms have attached bathrooms, but we definitely do NOT consider the middle bedroom to be a “second master” by any stretch. The king bed fills the entire space AND its headboard blocks the window almost completely. So there’s no ocean view as advertised. (This isn’t a deal-breaker, but groups expecting to have “two masters” will be sorely disappointed. We now understand why no photo of that bedroom was included in the listing.)"

"Birthday Getaway - Excellent energy. Open floor spacious layout with 3 generous bedrooms. Relaxing balcony overlooking the ocean. There is two large pools one is heated. Walking distance to restaurants. Parking is across the street but there is a walkway with carts to transport luggage. You must show your parking pass to enter & leave the lit, so print or screenshot to your phone. There is a small store & coffee shop on site. We stayed in bldg 1 of calypso. Bldg 1 & 2 are on the beach. The 3rd bldg is across a busy road. No alcohol on the beach permitted 3/1 till 4/1 to prevent spring breakers from vacationing in Panama City. The beach was beautiful. Highly recommend this place."

"Excellent, 5+ Star Rating! - This condo is tastefully designed and very comfortable, which made our very first stay on Panama City Beach absolutely amazing. The condo was very clean, balcony views were amazing – this is a corner unit, views of sunrises and sunsets were truly breathtaking. This location is so close to many great restaurants, attractions and shopping. We did not have a vehicle due to the walkability of the area and rented a golf cart for a day (just a block away from the condo) to explore more of PCB. Overall we would highly recommend this unit and Warren Beach Rentals, they were very responsive with our questions. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!"

"Pretty apartment and view - Didn’t leave enough supplies like toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels.
No laundry detergent.
Also the leaving room furniture were not clean properly. Under the seating cushions and some stains on the sides.

"September Vacation - This was a beautiful condo, nicely decorated on the 22nd floor so the view was amazing!! My boys whose ages are 12 and 16 enjoyed having their own rooms with their own bathrooms. I personally loved the paint color and how it flowed throughout the condo giving it such a relaxing ambiance. The couch and chair in the living room was very comfortable and looked great from a distance....I mean it's white so there are a few little stains.
Location was perfect, straight across from Pier Park!! Honestly after we parked in the Calypso garage we never had to get in the car to go anywhere, everything we needed was within walking distance. We would definitely stay again! Great condo, great location and great vacation."

"Great trip! - We had a wonderful time. Amazing location and very clean condo. The only thing negative I have to say is they need to add some new pans to cook in bc theirs are old and everything sticks to them. They need a née can opener and a few drinking glasses. They give you tons of beach chairs and stuff. Beds are very comfortable and the ac works very well. Make sure to go eat at Diego’s for Mexican food, Dusty’s oyster bar, Sharky’s and Hooked. All of these are in walking distance. We will definitely will stay there again."

"Property was perfect for our spring break trip! - This condo is so nice!!! Lots of shops and restaurants to chose from and everything is within walking distance. I messaged the owner with arrival questions and he responded within minutes! Golf cart rentals, Walmart, liquor store, Pier Park, The fishing pier all very easy to get to without even having to drive! The views from this condo are amazing and the double set of beach chairs were an added bonus! We will be staying g at this property again!!!"

"Wonderful 3 bedroom/3 bath condo! - Just got back from PCB! We have stayed at Calypso the last 5+ years and this is by far the best condo we’ve ever rented! It was perfect and met the needs of our family. We loved the set up of the 3 bedrooms/baths; the beds were so comfy and slept the bed! We also enjoyed hanging out in the spacious living room and lounging on the comfortable sectional. We cooked breakfast every morning and the only drawback is we could have used more cookware and coffee mugs but other than that this condo was PERFECT! I would highly recommend this condo! We will definitely be booking this condo again!"

"Awesome surprise 65th Birthday celebration!! - I rented this condo for my husbands 65th birthday surprise celebration. "Great vacation! - This condo was very clean and was exactly as promised. It was in a great location across from Pier Park and we were able to easily walk around the many stores during the evening without worrying about finding a parking spot. The unit was very nice and the entire building was very clean. The only negative was that it was pretty busy on the beach since it is such a large condo complex, but that is to be expected at that location and at the time of year that we went. I would definitely rent this unit again!"

"Amazing property - We vacationed in this beautiful unit with our 4 teenagers. We loved the unit, serene view and comfortable furnishings. The unit decor is gorgeous and the bedding is super comfortable. The condo is very clean and kitchen is stocked with most essentials. We enjoyed the included beach chairs and umbrella service daily and refreshed in the pool. It is within walking distance to Pier Park and a short drive to most anything desired. "Nice condo, plenty of room for large family or two, nice amenities - This condo seemed to be one of the best in the building! We traveled with a softball team and some of the other condos did not compare. Large space compared to some of the others and being on the 22nd floor made it seem really quiet, not a lot of foot traffic or traffic noise from the street and gorgeous views from the balconies!! Inside of condo is beautiful and has everything you need with two large beds for adults. Only negative thing to say is that the dryer is a little outdated and takes two cycles to completely dry a load of clothes"

"Best place on the beach!!!!! - This condo was very nice. We were in PCB for 10 days with our adult children for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for all and great that there was 3 bathrooms. The view was very nice. We will be staying here again. Only one complaint wish it had a queen over queen in one room so all had a bed to sleep in instead of the couch bed which isn't very comfortable or a blow up mattress which is what we used. The owner is very easy to work with and very helpful if you need anything. "

"Awesome! - My husband and I had a wonderful time. Our condo looked out over the ocean in the front and out over the city on the side. The views were spectacular. I watched the sun rise every morning and set every afternoon. We saw dolphins and schools of fish traveling through the water. This condo has all the comforts of home. My husband and I agreed that we could have easily stayed longer than a month. Pier Park, right across the street, offered fun shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater....and you can walk there! Our daughter's family visited us for 5 days, and we had plenty of room for everyone. Her kids, 1, 3, and 5, enjoyed the heated pool and collecting shells on the beach. "Great views at the penthouse - We are actually staying at the condo right now writing this review, The views on the 23rd floor are spectacular! The condo is very clean and spacious. If coming to Panama City Beach I highly recommend this condo. You are in the center of everything!!"

"GORGIOUS VIEW! GREAT VACATION CONDO! - We recently stayed at Calypso and had a wonderful time! The condo is on the TOP floor of this great highrise and the view is incredible since you have a 180* PLUS of the oean/beach and pier. We enjoyed the beach each day and the convenience of the location of Calypso. WALK to Pier Park, shop and eat and never have to move the car! The condo itself is nicely decorated and has all the comforts of home for your vacation. But with everything else so nearby and so much to do, you won't spend much time there in the first place!"

"Great time, fntastic view - We will definitely be back. Great condo, great view, great service. I was especially glad to be so close to Pier Park. Entertainment for everyone; amusement park for the kids, cinema, fine shops and many great restaurants to choose from. Vacation could not have been better."

"superior views. nice unit. - stayed at calypso several times. this unit has tremendous views. the living area was good, the 10 foot ceilings are much roomier feeling than the lower floor units, plus, not having anyone above you was nice The living room has plenty of room and tons of windows. Deann just took over this rental and they are in the process of upgrading much of the interior. the place is clean, and the furniture is newer. Beds were comfortable and we liked having the 2 queen bedrooms and the king bedroom. all in all a fantastic value on the beach. these units were several hundred less than others we looked at and we were happy to save the money and stay in the penthouse corner unit.
we love renting from Deann, she is awesome to work with. highly recommend these units."
