"Mitch’s condo was absolutely gorgeous, clean, spacious, and comfortable! I had messages at check in as well as through the week making sure everything was to our satisfaction. We had never been to Panama City beach before so the crowd around the condo was our only complaint (and tropical storm Bertha!) but the condo was convenient to food, shopping and activities."

"Mitch's place was just perfect! I went with my daughter, and her two friends for their last Spring Break as high schoolers! The views are breathless, and the patios from both the living room and bedroom made the ocean even more special to enjoy! The beach had white sand, and there were beach chairs and umbrellas there to use! There are numerous restaurants and shops all within walking distance, which were very good! It was also very easy to travel to cute seaside "towns, or beaches" such as: Seaside (we loved the cute boutiques and shopping!), Carillion Beach, and Rosemary Beach to name just a few. The space was spotless and extremely clean, and everything you could ever want was available for your use! Thank you for sharing your home! We were able to make many memories!"

"I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. The place was absolutely incredible—from the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the stunning beachfront view. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset right from the balcony felt like something out of a dream. The space itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. But the real highlight was the location. Being steps away from the beach made it so easy to unwind, take long walks, and just enjoy the ocean whenever I wanted. On top of that, the area had so many amazing food options nearby. Whether I was in the mood for fresh seafood, cozy cafés, or something quick and casual, everything was just a short walk or drive away—and every place I tried was fantastic. Overall, this stay exceeded all my expectations. Perfect views, perfect location, and incredible food all around. I’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!"

"We loved this place! The views were spectacular and it felt like home. Our unit was very clean and modern. It was stocked with everything we needed. The VIP parking was so convenient, it was just steps from the elevators and our room was just a few steps as well. The whole resort was very clean and well kept and the elevators were quick as well. The location of the resort was excellent. There was so much to do in walking distance. The host always responded quickly. Check in and check out were very simple and clear. "The place was gorgeous and so much room! We had everything we needed to feel at home cooking meals, relaxing in the living room playing games at the table, showering and sleeping. We had beach chairs with an umbrella everyday and it didn’t matter if we were on the front row or last row, it was perfect. The workers were friendly down by the beach, at the Tiki Hut and the guest services. Everything was always so clean inside and outside the room. Also, being within walking distance of shopping and restaurants was priceless! It was truly an amazing experience that I would highly recommend and would again anytime!"

The instructions also need to include the fact that a # is needed when entering the front door code. The instructions only included the numeric code and did not mention the need for a beginning # before entering the numeric code."

"Amazing, great view, refreshing home vibe, close to everything - To start off im picky, this place was amazing. We had an issue with a light bulb needing replaced and the k cup machine not able to be used and they responded and replaced it quick. Upon walking in you felt like you was at home, the place was refreshing. The beds in all areas was very comfortable. Had everything we needed plus more for cooking. The view from the balcony we got to see dolphins playing every morning. With being on the top floor i was worried about elevator, they was very fast no issue of having to wait forever like other places we have stayed. We had 7 of us in the unit and still had plenty of room. We had 2 teen girls 2 10 yr old boys and a 4mth old and 2 adults. We all could still separate in the rooms and have our own peace. We brought a pack n play that fit nicley in the master. The place is in walking distance to peir park and pier, no issue with a bunch of noise, also some places offeres beach chairs with rental i would hands down take the vip parking over the chairs anyday we brought canopy but there was a few umbrellas in the room. The parking is a hair tight but they had a bumper on the wall to help from dinging the doors that was nice as others didnt have it. We will be staying her again."
