"We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was beautiful, and the view was even better than we expected. The location was perfect, close to the pier and within easy reach of lots of great restaurants. "You cannot beat the location of this property! We were able to look out of our balcony and watch dolphins 2 of the days we were there. The condo was very clean and accommodating to our group. Walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, and you step off the resort and on to the beach. We would 100% come back to this specific condo! The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had. 10/10"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It was clean, spacious, and had the best views. We had five kids in our party (ages 4-9) who loved the bunk room and it was great for them to have their own space. Check-in was a breeze and I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the rental company…they were very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Mitch’s place was perfect for our group! We have one teen daughter and one tween daughter and we let them each bring a friend along this year! The tweens loved the bunk beds and the teens loved having their own space with the Jack and Jill bathroom. The master was beautiful and we enjoyed having access to the balcony. The condo was very clean! We were able to walk to Pier Park. We enjoyed having the added bonus with the beach chairs that come with the room. The elevators were quick. The pools were great! Keep in mind that you will need to remember to buy toilet paper, salt and pepper if you cook, and coffee filters if you use the coffee pot, but they have a wonderful coffee shop right across the street connected to the garage. We had no hassle with parking. We made great memories at Mitch’s place and highly recommend! We cannot wait to book our next stay!"

The views, the quality, price, and easy in and out process with Warren Beach Rentals made a customer for life. The owner of this unit clearly puts a lot of his earnings back into the home, it looked, smelled, and felt brand new. "Perfect for our family - We brought our children for spring break and had a wonderful time! I wish I had read reviews a head of time better it would have saved me on packing beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and board for the kids that the condo had. Lots of games for the one rainy day we had. The kid bunk room was a hit. My one and only complaint and suggestion would be, the condo does not have a lock on the inside or a latch to flip on the door. Our 3,5, & 7 year olds slept in the kid bunk room which is closest to the door. They were also able to open the door. Each night I’d put our big wagon in front of the door but would definitely suggest an inside latch to flip so they would not be able to escape."

"AMAZING! Highly Recommend. Having stayed at PCB in 2022 in a condo that left much to be desired, this place was almost perfect. The pros: - Clean and well-appointed. Everything worked (except the cable, which was a bit spotty in getting remotes to work). The inclusion of a light vacuum was very appreciated! - High ceilings - this made the loft bed comfortable, and that entire room, although small, was perfect for my two younger kids. I'm guessing being on the top floor allows those high ceilings (I did not see the insides of any lower-floor units), and if so, the minor inconvenience of being on the top floor is well worth it. - Location. I couldn't ask for more, being a short walk away from the pier park. Cons:
- Could use some small area rugs next to the beds so you can wipe your feet off before bedtime. - Could use some larger bathmat towels. - We had the AC go out and it was difficult to figure out who to deal with, and once I narrowed it down to Warren, it was hard to get an update on fixing it (other than that, though, Warren was very professional and responsive and a joy to work with). Turned out it was a Building issue, and not a condo issue. All in all - If we stay in PCB again, we will definitely look for this specific unit. It was a joy and we are thankful that the owners and Warren seem to care for this unit."

I was concerned about the wait time for an elevator since we were on the 23rd floor. However, we NEVER had a long wait time. My only recommendation would be putting a dead bolt on inside of the door. The room with the bunk beds is closest to the door to exit the condo. We were traveling with young kids and I was nervous they would venture out. My two year old was able to open the door with little effort. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Again, you can't beat that view!!"

"Nice condo - The condo was beautifully furnished. There was sand in the bunk beds, under the covers, but all others were clean. The location of the condo is very close to pier park, which is nice to walk over for shopping, but can get very loud at night. There were several nights we were woken up after midnight by people yelling or playing loud music. The property itself is pretty nice. All elevators worked while we were there. There are two areas to by drinks on the property, on at tower 3 and one at towers 1 & 2. They even had live music by the pool some nights. They were very strict about having passes for everyone at the pool, even though it said small children didn’t need them. Also, there are several sets of stairs leading down to the beach, which can be a pain if you have a wagon to tote your items. Finally, the parking garage is a bit tight, but there were usually plenty of spaces."

Kinda loud cars/music at pier park but that’s what comes with PCB. Oh and one suggestion would be to bring a bottle opener! I could not find one in the condo. Otherwise amazing place. Rainbow the last two mornings while having coffee with my twin sister! We had a great time with no long wait for the elevators! Checking in and out of the room and parking was so nice! "This condo is the place to stay in PCB. 3br, 2-bath. We have stayed many places but none as good as this one. Its well worth the little extra you will spend. We walked next door to Pier Park every day for shopping and dinner. The garage is located across the street and is connected by an enclosed walkway. The condo was practically new or newly remodeled. Here is a hidden benefit, if you have ever stayed in one of these type high rises before, you know that jockeying for an elevator is frustrating. This condo is on the top floor. Very few times will there ever be anyone on the elevator when you get on or off from up there. What a bonus! The view from the balcony is breathtaking, literally. Warren Beach sent informative emails detailing everything we needed to know about our stay before we traveled. The garage has hotel luggage carts on the third level to aid in transporting luggage to the room. Carts are no charge. Parking pass for the week was a nominal charge, not bad or unexpected. I know this review is skipping around, but I will end by saying that you will mot be disappointed if you book this condo. Cheers."
