"Amazing honeymoon stay - When we booked at the Calypso, this actually wasn't where we chose to stay. Our original booking was pulled out by its owner. Mitch from Warren Beach Rentals worked quickly to make sure we secured a like property. He even got the other owner to agree to let us keep our original place, we chose to move to this location (803 W) and it was perfect for us. The beach service was awesome and super convenient. The place was very clean. When we had to stay in due to a storm that rolled thru, we kept busy with the TV. Instructions we sent and easy to follow. What you see in the online photos is exactly what you get. The furniture and decor was super nice. The cleaning crew did a great job. "LOVED THE CONDO - We have been staying at the Calypso for about 15 years now. We love the location. We can park our vehicle and not have to drive anywhere. I had mistakenly thought I had booked our stay from Saturday to Saturday and was disappointed to realize I didn't include the last night. "Beautiful unit! - Our family had a great trip! Unit was clean, nicely decorated and had a beautiful view! The chair and umbrella service was also a nice bonus we that was included in the price. It could be a little loud at times with the highway noise and foot traffic, but this is a family resort at Calypso and was somewhat expected. Wish we would’ve booked a few more days. "Perfect place! - We loved this condo. It was perfectly decorated and had everything we could possibly need to use. My son loved his bunk bed and the location is perfect. We walked to pier park, the pier , and shuckums from here. Everything was so clean when we arrived we could smell it. Will definitely stay here again."

It was perfect on the 8th floor. Didn’t have to many issues with the elevators. Loved that this condo had Keurig in it as well! Will look to book here again!"

"AT the Top of My List - Have stayed in Calypso several times and this unit was one of the nicest. Decor, furnitire, cleanliness, wi-fi and cable, larger TVs and a well stocked kitchen for any cooking needs made it tops. As far as the grounds, new parking procedure was a breeze and minimal, if any, wait on the elevators. Literally don't need a vehicle when staying at Calypso - walking distance to Pier Park for everyrhing!"

"Perfect condo! - Over the past 23 years my Husband and I have stayed with our family in many beach condos. This was the best stocked condo by far. Any cooking utensil I needed was there. The appliances were very nice, not the usual cheap ones you find in most condos. It is beautifully decorated just like you see in the photos. My teenage daughter was most pleased with the location. She walked to pier park every evening. Even the elevators were cooperative. No long waits. I would definitely stay in this condo again."

"Beautiful and relaxing! - I enjoyed coming into a nice calming atmosphere after being on the go all day while on vacation. Spacious kitchen to cook in and very nice appliances. Very clean and fresh inside. King size bed is comfortable with clean sheets, towels and wash cloths. Quiet floor without hallway noise. Very pleased with my stay and would love to book again. Location is on point! I parked my car and never moved it until time to check out. Plenty of shopping, movies and good places to grab a bite. Owners were available to answer any questions and able to solve any problems within an hour of my request. WiFi, cable and stunning views from the balcony. This is the place to be while on vacation. I wish I had another week. Thanks Mitch and thank you Teresa for your help."

"Great condo! Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Open atmosphere and great beach house vibe. - The bedroom and 2 bathrooms are spacious and shiny. Everything is decorated just right to have a beach vibe, yet clean and shiny. We stayed as 2 adults with 2 children and there is enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The balcony is a nice size with comfortable chairs and spectacular view! The pools are nice, one is heated. There is room to lay out at both, & both have pretty view of the ocean. The ocean water looks just like it does in the pictures...beautiful! The Calypso complex is nice. The check-in/check-out process is simple, simply follow the instructions on your paperwork. It's located one block from huge shopping mall w/restaurants and movie theater. Your room also comes with 2 reserved beach chairs & umbrella. We found nothing to complain about. Perfect for a family of four. Also, great mom & pop restaurant nearby is called 'Muy Wayne-os' Tex Mex style. The service is very fast and friendly. Prices are very reasonable, and the food is great with assortment of Tex-Mex choices and great kids menu for the picky eaters. It's nicely decorated with indoor and outdoor seating. If you like smoked meats, definitely go there - the experience is much better than you'll get at the large chain restaurants where the servers can't wait to get off work."

"Beautiful condo, amazing location! - We stayed 4 nights in March for a short get away, we haven’t stayed at the Calypso before, we were fortunate to find this gem! The condo was beautiful and clean and plenty of room for the two of us! The best part about the condo was the location, we could walk to Pier Park and several other places. The thing we most appreciated was being able to contact the owner for any concerns or needs, in fact we needed an iron during our stay and the owner had one delivered to our room! We cannot say enough great things about this condo and owner, and we will definitely be renting again!! Thanks!"

"Christina - We had a great time at this unit! The unit was so nicely decorated and I felt at home as soon as I stepped foot in the condo. Being on the 8th floor was nice, you had the view of the ocean, but could walk the stairs if you still wanted. They have the cutest outdoor furniture which I loved sipping on my coffee and enjoying the view. It did rain when we were there, but the condo owners stocked the place with all kinds of board games which was great when we didn't want to leave, but still wanted family time. The beds were comfy and our family of 4 always felt as if there was plenty of room! The kitchen was stocked with a lot of applicances for cooking and making drinks. It truly was a perfect place to relax! This will be our go to unit."

We loved being on the 8th floor with the beautiful beach and sunset view. The complex itself is very well maintained with fabulous beach and pools. We also enjoyed not having to use our car as everything we needed was within walking distance and that was a huge blessing as we didn't have to sit in traffic to get to shopping and restaurants. "WOW - BEACHFRONT, VERY CLEAN, WELL APPOINTED, WALKING DISTANCE TO PIER PARK - We will be back! This Condo was very clean, spacious, truly a high end unit. The king pillow top mattress was so comfortable, bunk bed mattresses and sleeper sofa mattress were equally comfortable. The linens, comforters, towels, kitchen utensils and small kitchen appliances, were obviously new, as well as the microwave, you can tell this unit was recently renovated, and it shows. The new Keurig Coffee Maker is a nice addition too. The Unit also had two large smart TV's with upgraded internet/ cable, so you can watch HBO, Cinemax, etc. Having access to board games and beach chairs/toys was a plus. The view is breathtaking and you notice the view the minute you enter the unit. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning/evening watching the sunrise/sunset, totally priceless. This unit is so convenient being right across from Pier Park. We parked our car and never used it once during our stay. The management company was so easy to work with, Trent did a fantastic job, it was an easy check in/check out and Trent was available to answer any questions we had, he also recommended restaurants/activities, etc for us. This is our new unit of choice in Calypso."
