"Calypso 909W - We had the best time during our stay at the Calypso 909W. Our unit was on the west end of the building so our view was perfect. Everything went very smoothly from arriving to departure. We didn't have any issues. It was great because the elevators were very timely too. We've stayed at places where you would have to wait several minutes for an elevator. We loved the frozen drinks at the tiki hut. The firepits were very nice also after a night swim."

"Peaceful Easy Feeling What a beautiful place! I have been going to PCB for over 15 years and this was one of the best condo's we have rented. The decor with the white walls and blue pictures and the colors of the ocean coming through the windows was so peaceful. The condo was extremely clean and was just the perfect amount of space. Shout out ot Warren Beach response team when our washer was making a loud sound. Once I emailed, they had a new washer and dryer installed within 3 hours. I couldn't believe the quick turnaround. Best in the business!!! I would definitely rent this space in the future - it is the perfect spot on 9th floor not to low and just high enough to see dolphins swimming in the morning. Thanks for making our vacation super special!"

"Wonderful comfortable stay! - Beautifully decorated condo! Location was ideal to the beach and pier park. Many restaurants within walking distance. Loved having a corner unit making it really bright and sunny. Comfortable furniture all placed optimizing amazing views. From the living room the water and beach. From the dining area the street to pier park, the pier and beach. Comfortable beds with plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Having laundry facilities was great. The unit was clean and kitchen stocked with everything we needed along with some cleaning supplies. Really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony socking up the sun. Warren Beach rentals communicated promptly answering any questions I had and let us know checking in and out processes well in advance. Using keypads to get in condo was great. No worries of losing keys. They were friendly and wonderful to work with.
There were no surprises on costs, no hidden additional fees.

"Next to perfect - The condo was almost near perfect in every way. Real quick, the only reason I say “almost near” is a few mishaps that happened. Probably due to more of our bad luck but just to note the minor negatives: one of the chairs on the balcony was broke (didn’t matter as there were enough good ones for all of us), another lounge type chair on the balcony was dry rotted and broke as I sat on it (again probably due to my bad luck and still had plenty enough other chairs to use) and the ice maker in the freezer did not work (WBR gave us $25 credit to spend on ice). None of these mishaps were really a big deal but I listed them to say how well the WBR representatives responded to all of the issues. If you rent this condo and have an issue, rest assured that someone will get with you quickly. Everything else was perfect. If you are staying in PCB then I have to say that this is the absolute best condo to stay in. First off the location is walking distance to Pier Park where we visited nightly. I can’t imagine driving to Pier Park as the traffic was horrendous. Cars and cops everywhere. When we would get back to the condo, I would sit on my balcony and just watch the traffic move at a snails pace to and from the park. The location of this condo is perfect. Then the condo itself is beautiful on the inside. The den could use more sofa/lounge chair seating if you have a crew of 6 or more but it’s really no big deal. It’s a corner unit which allows you to view the beach behind you as well as all of the nightlife going in around Pier Park on the side of you. Being on the 9th floor is perfect for sightseeing and also not having to wait on elevators. I would highly suggest staying at this condo if going to PCB. Honesty if we do end up coming back next year and I cannot rent this condo I may not go anywhere else. It really was the absolute best located condo there."

"Calypso is freshly updated with pretty blues and nicer furniture. And because it’s a corner listing, so much beautiful light. There were plenty of bath towels and it’s nice to have the washer and dryer available in the unit. The master has a big shower and tub! In the main area, there was a nicer tv with a nice sound bar set up! We didn’t have to walk far to dispose of trash. The chute was right outside our room. A little dust here and there, but overall quite clean! The small con for our young family was that calypso puts four or five rows (deep) of chairs the entire length of the condo. You have the use of the chairs with the condo. But, it makes the beach seem packed and leaves just a little room between the chairs and the ocean to set up. And you cannot have a tent set up. Ours was no bigger than two umbrellas put together, but because it was classified as a tent, the HOA doesn’t allow the use of them so as not to block the chairs. You have to go park yourself in front of a different condo. Our recommendation to the owner would be to update their listing with a picture of the beach (with the chairs set up) from the balcony so the renter understands the view. Otherwise, happy with our stay!"

Calypso is a very popular resort. There is a mile of private beach just to the west of the condo that you can set up whatever you like. Tents block everyones views and noone wants to have that happen. This is done so that everyone can enjoy a beach view.

"Five Star Condo - This place is incredible. The floor plan, furnishings, decor, and views are top notch. It looks exactly like the pictures. I’ve stayed in two other units at calypso and this is by far the nicest. And spend the extra money on early check in - well worth it."
