"Great service from the property managers communicating up front about what to expect and they were very understanding of helping me work through a payment issue. Condo is very close to the beach and nearby cafes & shopping in Carillon. Had almost no cell service at all in the condo, which could have been a function of location, or my own cell service so it’s best to check that ahead of time if you consider this condo. Also had a few bugs here and there, but nothing major. Great place to stay!"

"Perfect Stay for a Family Getaway - The Carillon Sunset condo was an awesome spot for our end of summer vacation. It had everything we needed and was a great layout. It was the perfect home away from home.
The Carillon Beach community was perfect with a pool just steps away and the beach a short walk away. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. In addition, I can't say enough about Rich and the Warren Beach Rental team. I had several questions and they immediately responded. They even came over to help us when we had an issue getting the sound to work on the TV. They did everything to make our stay the best it could be! It was a great experience!"

"Great for family with young kids - The condo was perfect for our family. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach with a wagon and two toddlers. Being on the first floor made it ultra convenient for getting in and out with everything. Parking was always close and available. One of our favorite things was sitting on the porch overlooking the lake and enjoying a nice meal. Plenty of space, closets were a good size for pack & plays, showers and bathrooms are really nice. Overall, very pleasantly surprised with our stay at the sunset condo!"

"Beautiful condo with a large kitchen and gathering space for the whole family. Easy 5 minute walk to the private beach without having to cross any roads. The beach was beautiful, the family said it was the best beach vacation we've had. Great area with lots of activities."
