"This was easily my favorite vacation rental stay to date. The property was even better than described. So convenient to park right out front by the elevator and it drops you right at your condo front door. The place is gigantic and beautiful with a perfect patio for grilling and eating or having morning coffee. We rented a golf cart, which was seamless and fun, but definitely not a necessity. The beach access was close. The entire Carillon property is gorgeous and convenient. One of our favorite amenities is the uncrowded, resort size pool and spas steps from the building. If you’re on the fence-don’t be. The stay is worth every penny!"

"We had a wonderul family vacation. Perfect for 2-3 families. The condo was clean, well equipped, and the appliances and furnishings were top notch. Easy drive to Panama City and 30A if looking for something to do. We enjoyed an arcade and putt-putt in Panama City and dinner and shopping in 30A. The pools were clean and conveniently located. The beach was a short 5 minute walk. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Honestly, we loved everything about it and it was a great stay. We highly recommend it and plan to go back."

There were eight of us in total, and not once did we feel crowded. The view from the 3rd-floor balcony overlooking the private lake was so peaceful, and the short walk to the beach made it even better! "We loved the spacious condo where everyone in the family could spread out. The kitchen had plenty of room and plenty of storage for food. Since we had a toddler, a huge plus was having the trash chute conveniently outside our condo to easily dispose of diapers. We loved having the separate ice maker for beach coolers and iced drinks after getting in from the beach and pool. The walk to the beach wasn't bad - even with 4 kids in tow - and we loved that the beach didn't feel overcrowded like many other beaches along 30A. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and were impressed with Carillon Beach. Our kids loved the large pool just outside the condo, and our family enjoyed the large balcony daily."
