"Mitch’s place was amazing! So beautiful and well stocked with everything we could need. The pool was extremely cloudy when we arrived, but he sent someone out to treat it and it cleared up quickly. We walked to Black Bear Bread Co in seaside every morning - love how convenient it is to everything! Definitely recommend for your 30a stay!"

"The house was exactly what we were looking for. With our crazy schedules it was our first family vacation that all of our children and grandchildren could be together. The house was beautiful. I loved the layout and the kitchen had every appliance you would need. I only had two questions and they replied within a few minutes. The golf cart was a nice addition and with such a big group we were able to shuttle our family and the last person could easily walk to the beach whenever there wasn’t a parking spot available. The house and pool were very clean and the air conditioners worked great. We didn’t have any issues at all. I highly recommend staying here. It was a great experience and our favorite vacation yet."

"The home was beautiful and we had plenty of room. It was close to the beach, Seaside, Seagrove, plenty of restaurants, and things to do. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, even a countertop ice maker! The pool was perfect for us! The beds were super comfy as well! The backyard was also nice but unfortunately there was standing water in it our entire stay, so we didn’t get to take advantage of it! The host was outstanding and we had a great vacation!"

"Great location. Tucked away just off the main road 30A. So it was peaceful with no traffic. Pool was great to watch the football games.House is modern and new. The 30A area is little different. It is a tourist town where they promote golfcarts.Yet in some towns( Rosemary Beach I believe) golfcarts are illegal to sitesee the neighboring streets and park to shop around. Parking is a challenge whevever you go."

"This place was amazing for our annual family trip
to 30A. The area was nice and quiet but still very close to Seaside and a 2 mins ride to the public access beach. Traveling with young children we appreciated the security of the alarm on the doors to the pool. The host was responsive when we got lost upon arrival you definitely need to use google maps and not apple to find this beautiful retreat. We hope to stay her again next year!!"

"Clean, nice house! Had a great time. The only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the back door to the pool required you to push a button to enter and exit or an alarm went off. With a baby on our trip it wasn’t the greatest thing if someone forgot to press it. However, I believe it is in place for safety reasons due to the pool being close.

"in awe!! simply perfect I've waited a couple days to write this review, because I am still in awe of this vacation! We had a last minute cancellation for our vacation (no fault of LaVie, it was due to owner of the condo) and LaVie placed us in a beautiful home with a private pool that made our vacation one for the books! Cannot say enough about how wonderful these people were and how much they checked up on us to make sure everything was perfect! This property is a dream! Loved every minute of our vacation.
