"We absolutely loved our stay here! The multiple balconies were amazing and gave everyone space to relax while enjoying the beautiful views. The location is PRIME — you walk straight out of the townhouse onto the patio and directly to the white sand beach. The beach area felt much more private than large crowded resorts, and having a designated area was a huge plus. It was perfect and super convenient for families with kids. The property is also close to restaurants and local stores, which made everything easy. Checkout was simple with very easy instructions. One thing future renters should know: the bunk bed room is not accessible from inside the townhouse. It has a completely separate entrance from the lower balcony level with its own key. This actually works great for teenagers, older kids, or extended family wanting extra privacy. Overall, we loved our trip and would absolutely stay again!"

The home itself is a bit dated BUT CLEAN- for the price for direct ocean front I feel was a great deal- no need for elevator in a crowed condo unit- direct walk out (one flight of steps)to the white sands and not overcrowded!
Lack of privacy on the deck due to all town home decks in line with no privacy screen but honestly I still enjoyed my am coffee there anyway!"

"This house is a dream! Is a wonderful place to rest and at the same time is a perfect spot for having fun with the family. Is in the beach so is perfect for having fun in the water with the kids. "Our absolute main thing when renting a place for vacation is cleanliness. I am the one to knit pick at every little thing. I would say that this place was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed throughout our stay. Our first time staying right on the beach. Definitely a different experience vs staying across the street. Told my wife that we are never staying across the street again. This home had a very well equipped kitchen and there was everything we needed to prepare meals. Enjoyed having breakfast with a view on the beach front porch. We did not have to fight for a spot on the beach and all the families were respectful of each other. "Had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as described and had all the amenities one would expect. Mitch was a great host, very responsive and easy to deal with. The best part of the condo is, and this cannot be overstated, is how close it was from deck to the water…literally 20 meters at most. Absolutely incredible! Will definitely stay again!"
