"Loved our stay here. Felt like home. Beach was close. If you have kids or need to use a wagon be aware no ramp to go down to the beach. You need to go down two flight of stairs. Condo was spacious and had enough room for our family of 7. Never felt too small. Decorated very nicely. Will definitely return."

"Crescent - Crescent was nothing short of amazing. The location was more than I could have dreamed of. The pool was large and clean, not overly crowded. The beach access was perfect. The only hiccups we had was the bedding didn’t seem to be clean. I had to wash them before use, there was a bathroom with out toilet paper so we had to buy our own. We had to buy dishwasher soap as well for they only provided 2 for our entire stay. I don’t think this was the owners fault, but rather the cleaning crew. We would 100% come back! Book it just knowing you may have to spend extra money on the necessities"

"Very nice and comfortable place - We have been staying at the Crescent for years now and love it! This was our first for this unit because we needed more suitable for our kids. The way the owners remodeled the unit was ingenious. They were able to put sleeping space in places and ways not common, but work great! Highly recommend."

"Nice place - The place was nice but you need to know. The bunk rooms are tight quarters with no storage for clothes and very little air conditioning. Two of the bathrooms are elevated and take some getting used to, any small children will struggle. You need to b willing to share everything. The kitchen area is good, but no chairs at the kitchen island only bar stools and tall ones at that. The outdoor seating area is the best feature, it is nice."

"Best vacation ever !! - Just returned from the best vacation at the Crescent in Miramar Beach. The condo is very tidy and equipped with everything you need. It was my Home Away From Home. Very spacious and overlooking Miramar Beach ... literally steps away to the white powdery sand. Chuck was a great host and only a phone call away. Very nice and recommended some great restaurants and shopping in the area. There’s actually a beach bar located right on site that was super fun with fantastic food and drinks. The best part of the evening was sitting on the very large deck and watching the beautiful sunset. My family and I are already talking our trip next year !!

We were able to stay here after another owner cancelled out from under us.
Mitch and his staff put us in this condo (#upgrade) and it was incredible. Much roomier than most, and the pool was just what the Dr ordered to get out of the cold Michigan Winter. Loved the location, we loved the surf hut restaurant next door and walked over to silver sands mall a few times when the boys were out playing golf. Just could not have asked for a better trip, or a better experience than we got from Warren Beach Rentals.. You guys truly saved the day."
