"We were really impressed with this house! The rooms, the pool, and the overall layout were perfect for our group. We had two families staying together, and honestly, we all left a little sad because no one wanted to leave! Mitch's place is absolutely beautiful. The décor, the furniture, and all the little details made it feel so welcoming. From the moment we walked in, the house smelled fresh, looked spotless, and felt incredibly clean. We truly enjoyed our entire stay and would absolutely love to come back. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful home with us!"

"We had a great stay here! The kids loved it and it was really close to the beach! The only thing was that in the description it says complimentary golf cart and when we had asked about it we were told we had to pay $275.00 for the whole stay. This was the only issue we had for our entire stay and the shower water didn’t stay hot, but at room temperature. (Water heater was turned on but still wasn’t hot for the children) Other than that the home was clean, Mitch was super responsive and helpful when we needed him. I definitely recommend this place."

"Booked Dancing Heron for a quick family getaway. It was perfect for our family of four and friends. The space and amenities were amazing! The communication for assistance was 100% on point. Had some minor questions, and we got our answer in minutes. The location and its proximity to the beach were definitely a plus. We didn't have to fight over parking spaces. We will definitely book this place again next time we're in the area."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Dancing Heron. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and it was the perfect place to do it! The home was spotless, beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked. There were lots of bath towels and when we asked for extra hangers, the management brought them right away. The layout was perfect for our family. People could be watching TV and others playing Euchre and we were all still together. Being so close to the beach was the best and the private pool was a highlight, especially at night when it lit up in different colors. There was plenty of seating for all six of us around the pool, whether we wanted to lounge or gather around the fire in the evening. Renting the golf cart made it easy to get to the beach or head out for dinner nearby. The owners were incredibly responsive, checking in to make sure everything was okay and recommending places to eat. Thank you for your hospitality and we would love to stay at your home again!"

"Mitch’s place was the perfect balance of relaxing and convenient. We walked to the beach multiple days (only 5 minutes), but also spent a considerable amount of time just hanging around the house or in the backyard, grilling and enjoying the heated pool. The house is also walking distance to multiple grocery stories, and only a short drive to the main PCB pier. Would recommend this to anyone who comes across it! We’ll definitely be back."

"I highly recommend staying here. I brought my family of 6, and everybody loved it. Downstairs is a great communal space but still big enough for everyone to have their own space. The bedrooms were fantastic. Lots of space and lots of restrooms in the house. Very easy 4 minute walk to the beach. Quick drive to the restaurants and shops in PCB while still far enough to avoid the crowds. Also drivable to Destin. Would stay again!"

"Beautiful Beach Vaca - The Dancing Heron was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. It was immaculate The 2 large bathrooms were spacious and lovely. The master bed was very comfortable but just had a sheet and blanket on it. A little more cover would have been appreciated. The other two beds were adequate The third bathroom was a bit small on floor space but had a roomy shower. The living are has 2 large lovely sofas and 2 nice chairs with a big tv. All the bedrooms had their on tvs which the men in our party appreciated The kitchen was spacious the fridge was cold and clean. We enjoyed the pool after a day on the beach. It was well maintained and clean The beach was beautiful and it was less than 10 min from front door to beachside. That said I would recommend a golf cart for that as parking to unload at the beach is a little difficult. Warren Beach Rentals was top notch and answered all my questions promptly and were very lovely to work with. We would totally recommend and look forward to future visits."
