"We have eyed this property for years and finally got to book here. It was a cozy spot for our family of 3 generations. My 82 year old mother in law was with us and the elevator was a nice bonus to help her get to the second floor where the kitchen and living area was. There was plenty of room, nice bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. I was on the top floor and my bed was so comfy! It was bike week in PCB and it was loud on the strip, but the west end where we stayed was peaceful. The short walk to the beach was easy and the view from the 3rd floor was beautiful. I sat outside every morning and enjoyed reading and drink hot tea. Perfect for the crisp October mornings. The property could use some fresh paint and outside cleaning by the shared pool, but considering a hurricane went through two weeks ago, it looked great. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when in PCB."

"Mitch was a very courteous, responsive, and hospitable host, was always on top of everything. The house was very nice,great location, pictures were right on cue. The neighborhood was wonderful. People were so friendly, courteous, and helpful. It was very nice having certain places to go within walking distance, such as the Beach, Thomas’s donuts, and the Carousel Market! I do recommend this as a Vacay stay home, I would definitely stay here again. I just have a problem with the check-in checkout times, just wish check-in was early morning and check out in the afternoon."
