"This is a nice property that is reasonably priced. The place was delivered spotless and with all basic necessities in the kitchen, rooms, and bathrooms.
The communication with property management was simple and all completed through texting. The stay was uneventful so there was no need to text or communicate beyond arrival and departure."

"Great location, View and Patio - We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Panama. This unit was very spacious and had a great patio, lots of space and a great view. The pool was very good, the pool bar was also very good. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants, lots to do. The unit was clean and comfortable. We cooked several days during our stay, kitchen was well stocked. The condo is dog friendly, our little guy enjoyed many naps on the patio. Beach is not dog friendly but there is a small dog section about 3 miles down the road."

"Fantastic! - I doubt that you can find a better place to stay while visiting Panama City Beach. The unit was super clean and well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and relax. It offers convenient parking and access to the pool and beach. The views from the large balcony are amazing! The resort itself is very nice, laid back and secure. It's conveniently located to everything the area has to offer, but is not in the busiest/party areas of the beach. Communication with our host was terrific, and everything about renting this property was seamless. We highly recommend!!"

"Awesome property - Awesome property. Very accurate description. Unit looked exactly like the pictures. Booking and check in process were super easy. Parking passes super easy. Ample parking even though there were multiple spaces blocked off and not available for parking. could use more luggage carts. Elevators were great. Pool area great. Only complaint and it really had nothing to do with this unit - but couldnt sit out on the balcony and enjoy the views because of the heavy smell of weed. Everytime we went outside - thats all you smelled. again = that isnt the fault of the unit itself - more of an entire property problem - would definitely stay there again"

"I can't say enough good things about our stay. The condo will not disappoint and the location is second to none. This was the first time I had ever stayed in a tower in PCB, so the parking situation took a little getting used to but even that felt second nature by day two. Parking is $30 for the entire stay and the parking garage is across the street. There is a covered walkway that goes from tower #1 to tower #2 on the fifth floor and there are luggage carts literally everywhere. Again, I can't say enough about the condo - it was updated, clean, and very comfortable. The pictures speak for themselves and are spot on accurate. Our host Mitch was very responsive via the Air BNB messaging app for the couple of questions we had during the week. We will 100% stay at this property again."

"Very nice place, high pet fee. - Great place. Would stay again. Only complaint is the pet fee is pretty excessive. $225 plus tax nonrefundable fee for a 1lb dog is a lot. Also $30 parking fee is required that I didn't know about. I may have missed it in the listing. The place was really nice though."

"Incredible and highly recommended. - Highly recommend this condo at Panama City Beach! You can tell the furniture is new and well taken care of. The patio was our favorite part of the place, the patio was much larger than all of the other condos in the condominium. We spent morning coffees and evening card nights out on the patio. The ocean view was incredible! We loved just watching the ocean from the condo. GREAT LOCATION, the amenities left in the condo to use as in the chairs and umbrella to take down to the beach was so convenient. It was so easy to get down to the beach and find a spot for the day. We also loved being able to go back and forth to the condo and the beach all day as needed. The owners also left out beach toys and activities for the guests to use! The Condo was also sooo very clean, all of the rooms were in great condition. The condo was more of a modern beach vibe. We loved everything about this location and the condo. We will absolutely come back to stay multiple times a year!"

This unit had everything we needed and more. The furniture and finishes were incredible. The kitchen was fully stocked. The large Roku TVs were nice for the very little time we had them on.
We didn’t expect to find beach supplies for our use. It was so nice to not have to purchase chairs, umbrellas, boards and sand toys.
The larger patio was great! We will definitely return."

"Will stay longer next time! - The property was perfect. We loved the condo! It's so well equipped with great bedding and furnishings. We cooked in a couple times and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view on the large balcony was fabulous. Easy beach access with wonderful pool area. The Tiki Bar sure came in handy when hungry or thirsty. A great place for family including a pet too. Will request this condo again! Just need to stay longer next time!"
