Grand Panama is one of the few Gulf-front resorts in Panama City Beach that welcomes your four-legged family members, making it easy to enjoy a beach getaway without leaving them behind.
Pet Policy: • Dogs only • Maximum of 2 dogs permitted • Maximum weight: 25 lbs per dog • Non-refundable pet fee: $225 + tax per dog
HOA Registration Requirements: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.
Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.
If you're planning to bring your dog, please let us know at the time of booking so we can help guide you through the registration process before your arrival.

"The beach access was great! Being on the first floor you have your own gate to the pool that leads to the beach. Very convenient when you’ve been in the sun all day and want to get to a cooler environment quickly. The decor matched the atmosphere well and the layout of the condo was also nice. We felt safe on the property and enjoyed the surroundings. In my opinion, other than the communal dog area needing some upkeep, it seems very dog friendly. I noticed many guests with dogs who seemed to enjoy themselves as well."

"This was BY FAR our favorite condo we have stayed in at PCB. The comfort and ease of this first floor is like nothing else!! So easy to come on and off thr beach and leave all your sand on the patio! We had 8 people and never felt crowded at all! Hope to be able to come back and enjoy it again! Very clean, up to date, and easy to access! Thanks for having us!!"

"Condo was beautiful and loved the beachfront! Kitchen had everything that I needed. Location was perfect. Would stay here again. The two ladies at the tiki bar were very friendly as well as the evening front desk person. Beware if you take your pet you have to pay the facility. I paid $50. We also paid the parking fee (maybe I didn’t read the additional fees). Thank you, Mitch!"

The balcony gate opens up to walk right out, so you simply cannot get a better location.

"First floor makes everything easier Very clean and exactly as pictured. We don't usually do a first floor but glad we did this time. It's like 6 steps to the pool gate, 10 steps to the Tiki Bar and maybe 25 steps to the sand. If you are going to spend most of your time at the beach or the pool, it's a no brainer. Your patio ocean view is slightly obstructed by the pool area but why sit on the patio when the pool, tiki bar and beach are right outside your patio gate."

"Love the first floor walk out-beautifully decorated-well maintained- This room is the best one we have ever stayed in at Grand Panama (been coming here for 12 summers). The condo is well maintained, beautifully decorated, clean, and easy access to the pool and beach. The only negative is the limited beach view. The condo definitely makes up for that and the convenience being on the first floor. We loved it so much that we have booked again for next year. Warren Beach Rentals is definitely the best company we have rented through. They were quick to respond and come out when we had a minor concern. I would rate the condo and Warren Rentals a 10/10."

"My husband (who’s cheap) wasn’t pleased with me when I booked because he felt it was too much money but when we arrived he was very happy and wanted me to save this for our next trip. The price is average to all other condos and the condo was lovely! It’s on the bottom floor across from the pool and walkway to the beach yet we felt at home on the patio. Everything was nicely decorated not too old and not too flashy just enough to make y feel at home. Everything was clean and perfect. We ended up not bringing our dogs but I did see people walking their dogs in the dogs walk area and my only suggestion would be to cut the grass (which has nothing to do with our host or stay) because some of the smaller dogs had difficulty walking around. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!"

"My family really enjoyed Mitch’s condo! We brought our 86 year old Grandmother so the ground level was perfect. Once you open the patio gate you’re right by the pool and tiki bar which had great food. Small walk down the ramp to the ocean. We went during busy spring break so it was nice to not have to wait on the elevators. The inside was beautiful and had everything we needed. You will need to pick up laundry soap if you plan to use the washer & dryer, dish pods for the dish washer, toilet paper, and extra trash bags. That is pretty common though, especially if you have a family of 8 going. Mitch was very responsive when I had questions. Additional things to know: Parking is across the street at Tower 2. They do have parking spots at Tower 1 to unload your bags and groceries (15min parking). They have security walking around which I liked. Armbands are required to wear for Adults while on property. I can’t wait to go back to this condo. Thanks, Mitch!"

"Vacation with the Grandkids - WE LOVED IT! The room was on the first floor, with the balcony leading straight to the pool with a very short walk to the beach. Which was great with the little ones we had with us. the bunk beds worked out great for the kids, they loved it

We loved the access to the pool deck right off the condo patio the most. Also the owners went above and beyond with the mattresses in both bedrooms! The unit is very spacious and well maintained. I loved that we could preregister before we got there and just pick up packet and go straight to the condo.
The property was kept clean and you could see employees cleaning at all times.
Loved that I could text with any questions and they would respond quickly.
