Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00. The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00(only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit.

Garage Clearance: Main garage – 7'6"; Standalone 2-story garage – 9'.

Rental Policies:

• Seasonal Stays: Weekend-to-weekend rentals required from Memorial Day through the first weekend of August.
• Monthly stays available January through mid-March; contact Warren Beach Rentals staff for special pricing on stays longer than 3 weeks.
• Pet Policy: This unit is NOT pet friendly.
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to book, and the primary renter must be present throughout the stay.
• No Parties or Smoking: No college or high school groups, party groups, or smoking/vaping of any kind.
