HOA Registration Requirements:
All pets must be registered with the Grand Panama HOA prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn while on the property.
Important: Current vaccination records are required as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Guests who arrive without the required documentation may not be permitted to bring their pet onto the property.

We were actually very impressed with The entire grand panama resort, every area was so clean and well maintained from the pet friendly area, the pool deck, elevators, parking garage, just every part of the resort is so clean. Super nice place! The pool at tower one and tiki bar were awesome! Tiki bar serves food as well! Loved having the ice machine to get bagged ice at tower two everyday for our coolers for beach! There's even a little general store on bottom level of tower two if u needed something and didn't want to run to the store. Also a little shop to the left of store that had sandwiches/pizza/donuts/and ice cream. Can't say enough about this resort but I know we will most definitely book here next time we are in pcb!"

"Great place and location in PCB! - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Panama in PCB. 1204 was comfortable, clean, and had a great view of the beach! It’s high up enough to drown out most of the pool noise (which was not bad most nights). The bed in the master was soooooo comfortable. I’m definitely going to miss that. The convenience of being right on the beach was great. Chair rental wasn’t overpriced for what I’ve seen elsewhere ($50/day for 2), and one of the less crowded beach areas in PCB. Still very easy to get to all the fun areas in town!"

"Nice beach getaway with beautiful view from 12 th floor. - Great time in the condo. There were some holes in the bathroom walls and one of the hand towels rings was coming out of wall. For what this condo costs it would have been nice to have extra to, paper towel and garbage bags. Make sure you bring your own. Other than that, a nice place and very beach."

"Great location with a great view - We loved this location. It was very central to all things we like doing. The place was just as described. My 6 year old loved the bunk beds. Bathrooms were large and kitchen had everything we needed. Only complaint was that the sheets were not changed before we arrived. The beds were made but BOTH bedrooms had hair on the sheets. We aren't complainers so we just washed them and went on. That's just a cleaning agency issue. Pool was great and so was the beach! At night there were people playing and singing by the Tiki Bar area....very nice. We also liked that you could order drinks/food from the tiki bar."

Upon arrival two worked but by the end of the week we were down to one and had to wait for 30 mins at times. Pool was huge and the snow cone bar was a favorite of the kids. We will definitely stay again!"

"Our Stay - Great location and communication from Maintenance when needed. Nothing better than waking up and having breakfast everyday on the patio overlooking the ocean. Kitchen had more than expected in terms of cooking/eating utensils. The last 2 days there were pretty windy and beaches were closed. However there was lots of other options to occupy time. Mini golf, golf cart rentals, go carts and tons to eat. We did it all! Plan for dinners though- every location had a waiting list for a minimum of 1-2 hours. It was spring break so pretty crowded- just plan ahead, many of the restaurants would text you when your table was ready so we were able to do other things while we waited."

"Great location: Clean and convenient, amazing view - We had such a great stay at Grand Panama 1204. The view from the balcony can't be beat -- we relaxed there for hours, just watching the water. We even saw dolphins a couple times! Here's what I loved about the condo:
- The unit was very clean. Such a relief to feel like we could relax comfortably without wondering if things had been cleaned.
- We brought our 14-lb maltipoo. He loved being able to sleep in the master bedroom, which is far away from the main entryway so less noise for him to notice. We took him for walks almost every day along the sidewalk that heads east from the resort. It was really convenient to have that walkable space.
- We didn't end up cooking in the unit, but the kitchen was fully stocked for anything I would have needed. We bought basic groceries at Target (mostly snack foods or items for deli sandwiches to keep things easy). The fridge kept all of our food cold. What we loved about the location:
- It was nice having covered parking in the garage (located across the street and accessible via an enclosed walkway on the 5th floor)
- We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked beautiful.
- Beach access couldn't have been easier.
- Super close to everything. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and a short drive to places like Target for groceries."

"Great condo - We all enjoyed our stay at this condo. We brought our little yorkie and she had a fantastic time as well. The condo was very clean and pictures were spot on. No true complaints about the condo but I would warn any pet owners to be careful when letting pups out in the grassy area to the side. There were little prickly stickers that got stuck to my pups fur. About 30 of them, not a fun time picking them all out. But after that we just knew to stay very close to the sidewalk. We will definitely stay at this condo again in the future."

"Perfect Vacation - The weather was a little rough when we first got there. But it finally turned and the sun was shining! We had some seaweed in the ocean and on the beach, but a tropical storm had just came through so it was all expected. As my husband says, your not buying the weather! Haha. But we've stayed at Grand Panama before and loved it so much! Location is great! If you have someone who loves to fish and your so close to the pier, this place is perfect for you! It's not go crowed like some areas. Oh and the elevators are so much better than some places we've stayed!. We will definitely return to Grand Panama in the future!"

Susan was an absolute champ. There are times when guests dont give us the credit we deserve, in this rare case Susan probably gives us too much credit.
Susan, you were an absolute joy to work with, I am sorry for your issues at arrival (we had to relocate her to another unit due to the size of her pet) but hope you enjoyed your stay and that you will consider coming back to see us again in the future. You left the place spotless. Absolutely a great guest.

"Amazing condo! - Everything was perfect!! The condo was spotlessly clean. I didn't worry at all about that!! Bed was super comfortable and appliances were all nice. The condo is decorated perfectly with the beach vibe. We will definitely stay again."
