Grand Panama is one of the few Gulf-front resorts in Panama City Beach that welcomes your four-legged family members, making it easy to enjoy a beach getaway without leaving them behind.
Pet Policy: • Dogs only • Maximum of 2 dogs permitted • Maximum weight: 25 lbs per dog • Non-refundable pet fee: $225 + tax per dog
HOA Registration Requirements: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.
Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.
If you're planning to bring your dog, please let us know at the time of booking so we can help guide you through the registration process before your arrival.

"Great Stay! My husband, my Yorkie and I stayed in 1-1307 from Sept 20 to the 27th, 2025. The pictures of the Condo are an accurate depiction of the unit. I have stayed in some Condos through the years that looked very little like the pictures posted. The balcony was a good size, and we enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings while drinking our coffee, and sitting there in the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Condo was immaculately clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and in a great location in Panama City Beach. There was ample space for our Yorkie to walk around and relieve herself. The parking garage was a plus, as well. The communication with the owners was fantastic, and we will definitely stay here again the next time we come, if at all possible. My kudos to the housekeeping staff for leaving us such a sparkling clean place to stay for the week."

"I’ve stayed at different places at the beach in Florida, but I have to say, this one was by far my favorite place to stay so far. The condo is in a perfect location and I probably enjoyed my time sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and dolphins as much as I did sitting in the beach chairs under the umbrella. Everything was so convenient and the tiki hut by the pool has amazing food and drinks. The condo has amazing mattresses and all of us slept better than we do at home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and the TVs have every channel you could hope for. Parking was super easy and it was nice that it was covered parking. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and we will be back."
