Pet Policy: • Dogs only • Maximum of 2 dogs permitted • Maximum weight: 25 lbs per dog • Non-refundable pet fee: $225 + tax per dog
HOA Registration Requirements: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.
Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.
If you're planning to bring your dog, please let us know at the time of booking so we can help guide you through the registration process before your arrival.

When you book a place that allows pets you always worry if it will be clean. This place exceeded our expectations. My favorite part about the condo was the balcony! The best view in Panama City! Gorgeous sunsets each night and dinner on the balcony! We will definitely try our best to stay here again if we get a chance to come back to PCB!"

"Our July beach trip - Great location. I do recommend having assigned parking as we had to park way over in the back behind the parking garage several times. The condo was nice,just perfect for our family. Loved having a washer and dryer. The only problem we had was with the stove. The oven didn't work and all the eyes on top didn't work. Loved having an ice maker too. We will definitely book this room again."

"Perfect Pet Friendly Beach Trip - We chose this property for a last minute vacation with our two kiddos and dog. It was clean and convenient, and though my dog didn’t like the pet relief areas at the property, there were dog parks and a dog beach nearby. The condo comes with beach service, so we had a home base every day and could go between the pool and beach with ease. The elevators run incredibly slowly and are packed, but I'm guessing that’s common with high rise condos. Just like any vacation stay, bring extra paper products, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. There’s a Publix five minutes away and lots of Door Dash options for when you don’t want to deal with the dinner crowd. We will definitely book with Warren again, and likely at this resort."

There was plenty of space for 5 of us and the outdoor patio was perfect for a cocktail and sunset. Mitch was very responsive to all my questions. "PCB Beach Front - Great Location! - Condo was beach front, had easy access to the beach. Well-stocked with towels & kitchen items/tools. Great location, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy to reach the management office via text. Overall clean. The pictures in the listing do not reflect all the current furniture in condo, some of ones pictured, especially in the living room, are in better condition. Note: No beach towels provided (as listed) and a $30 one time fee for parking is not included in the VRBO booking."
