"Mitch was a great host and so responsive. He provided clear instructions before we arrived and continually checked in throughout our stay. The view from our room was beautiful as I spent most of my time lounging on the balcony. This was our first time to 30A so we didn't know what to expect but it was a quite pleasant and relaxing stay."

"Flawless and relaxing! A great little 2 bedroom condo on the 17th floor. The view was splendid from the oversized balcony. Our little dog was also quite at home. The pool was reasonably warm and the hot tub was very warm. This rental is a true value."

"Yep, this is the one. We stayed a week during off season, and couldn’t be happier with the accommodations. The condo was roomy and comfortable, and the kitchen was the most well-equipped we’ve had anywhere traveling full-time for the last several years.
Note that the WiFi password is all in lowercase, not with an initial uppercase as one of the webpages showed!
If I have a complaint, it would be the amount of the pet fees. But this area seems to have very few pet friendly choices, so we were glad to find a nice place that allowed us to stay with our furry travel companions. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

"The perfect place to relax. - The perfect place! We had a great time watching sunrises and sunsets. The beach was awesome. The pool was super nice and the views were stunning. The place was very clean and was exactly what was represented. Mitch was incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. It was also a great value. Thanks so much will be back."

"The place was great. Views were amazing. Able to see Sunrises and sunsets. Water was clear and emerald green. Lots of restaurants close and convenient. Watching the Fighter jets fly by everyday was awesome. The host is a super host for a reason. He answered any questions within minutues. The place was very relaxing. Would book again. Highly recommend!"

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the location of the condo, and how easy it was to check in. Everything in the listing was exactly as described, all the amenities were there and worked perfectly. Our favorite was the balcony, it was spacious enough for all five of us to sit together and soak in the stunning views.
