"We had the best time. The beach was walkable with our 3 year old and the pool and hot tub were a big plus. We saw so many dolphins every morning. Beautiful place and lots of options to eat and do around there. Parking was also super close and accessible. Wish they allowed dogs on the beach. They did provide an address for a dog friendly beach on the welcome packet."

"Thank you Mitch for a memorable family vacation. Mitch went above and beyond in his efforts to communicate and share his space for our family vacation. It was truly the best time! Everything was as described, clean and everything we needed. We had a fun family game night which was full of laughter. The chairs are a huge deal for me on the beach. Much appreciated. The view from the balcony is perfect for sunrise and sunsets or late night wine under the stars. We loved it so much we didn't want to leave. We will absolutely be back and will be booking with Warren rentals only!"

"We had a wonderful 6-night stay at this condo in PCB! Mitch was excellent at communication and all of our needs were met immediately. The resort location is perfect… right in the middle between west-end luxury and east-end family fun. We were spoiled by heated pools, private beach access (with comfy loungers set out every morning!) and convenient parking. Plus, our sweet pup felt right at home. Our 3 boys had an absolute blast. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!"

"Beautiful view. Easy to get around place with elevators. Parking garage with a breezeway across. Pac-Man game in room was a hit for our family. Several pieces of comfy patio furniture. The telescope 🔭 was unfortunately just for looks. My teenage son did say bottom bunk was very uncomfortable and maybe needs new mattress, then made his way to pull out couch. Needed some form of baking sheets for oven and they brought us some right away!!!!! Mitch was sooo nice and responsive to communicate with !!!!!!"

"Perfect spring getaway - This property is great, very comfortable, clean and with easy access to beach and heated pool, local shops etc. I hesitated about being on the 18th floor, but the view was worth it. Host was amazing too, very responsive and kind. Pay attention to dog sizes, our dogs were planned to travel, however we had to leave them home at the end due to the property HOA policy that is not allowing dogs over 25lbs. Being there we did see quiet a few big dogs, so not sure what is driving the inconsistency...Overall this was amazing trip, and we enjoyed it a lot."

" Such a breath taking view of the ocean was just the getaway we needed. Did not expect the condo to be on the 18th floor which made the view that much better. The condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for a family of 8. Owners supplied beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. Along with board games to stay entertained while indoors. Kitchen area had all of you main basics to cook and eat a meal. I would suggest that if you stay here don’t forget your salt and cooking oil like I did. Other than that I didn’t need a thing. Beds were comfortable and condo temperature was perfect. I would though say that my kid who slept on the hallway bunk bed complained that that area was a bit warmer to sleep at at night. Also Owner responds quick and very helpful. Aside from the condo being great we loved the resort. Pools were clean, tiki bar was a plus since the offered food and beverages. Resort is on point with the rules. Keep your parking tag on or you will get a boot put on your vehicle. Happened to us but they took it off for free. Parking in the garage is first come first serve but they offer next door overage parking. Parking tag is 50 for first vehicle and 30 for second. Also if you’re bringing pets keep in mind resort charges 25 per pet for the pet leash tag. Would add that this condo is not near many attractions so you will have to drive. We didn’t mind since we went for the beach and beach only. "

"Awesome condo for the weekend - My family and our dog visited for an extended weekend and we were very pleased with this condo. Everything was up to par and appeared as the pictures in the listing. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We were sent the door code and a link via text, which was a great resource. This listing was also great because there were beach chairs, toys and umbrellas available for use. We would definitely visit this condo again."

My only complaint is that we found a few fleas crawling on us. Being from Florida, I know that certain bugs are always around (mosquitoes, roaches, and fleas if you have animals staying there). Other than that, it was perfect."

Really easy to go to the beach, has a great entrance to the beach to take your dog. "First Family Vacation to Panama City Beach, FL - From the parking deck, covered walk bridge, elevators, hallways, 2 bed suite, swimming pool and surrounding grounds, cleanliness was of obvious importance during our stay. We weren't sure about being on the 18th floor with a small dog, but there were rare elevator waits and the ocean front view was fantastic. We couldn't see sunrises from the angle of our room, but the sunsets were beautiful. We all felt quite comfortable in this bright, beach-themed condo."

Nice tvs and comfortable beds. My family and I felt safe and secure. Elevators work fast and efficiently. Parking garage across the street always had plenty of parking. Check in was easy but be aware the HOA requires a 12 page online registration completed before you arrive. The Tiki bar closes really early. Be aware that Pets are welcome and if its a service dog the resort will as you in the question section “State the tasks the animal has been
trained to perform to assist with the
legally recognized disability *” but if your animal is not a service dog, there is a non refundable pet fee of $200+. Also you must bring proof of vaccination records when you bring your dog. The condominium was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The pool was nice and spacious."

"Amazing beachfront - We enjoyed the incredible views and location of this property as well as the wide beaches and pool areas. We were there during my high school daughter’s Spring Break and were pleasantly surprised with how quiet the building was and lack of crowds. We stayed in Destin last year during the same week (after Easter) and the traffic and crowds there were terrible. The condo had a great layout and balcony, with a CD well stocked kitchen. My only complaint is our unit could have been cleaner. There was sand on top of the outdoor seating cushions, the rugs by doors were clearly not vacuumed, and it just felt like the cleaning crew did bare minimum to get the condo ready for our stay. It wasn’t terrible, just didn’t feel like a thorough cleaning was done. The building itself was very well maintained and clean though. The pool and common areas were sparkling."

"Amazing views!! - We enjoyed our stay here. The views from the balcony were absolutely amazing. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and other marine life from our room daily. The rooms were clean and kitchen well stocked however some of the silverware and kitchen tools are worn and need to be replaced.
This condo is close to the elevators however, there is a wait during certain times of the day. The parking was aggravating at times due the fact that there are issues with limited spaces but they offer an overflow deck that will require a short walk. We only had to park in overflow once during our stay. Overall we really like staying at this resort and will consider coming back again."

"So fun! - We had such a great time in Panama City. This condo is the place to stay. So clean, updated and I love the beachy colors inside. The arcade games were a fun bonus as the teenagers and my husband wanted some down time. Great area for teenagers! Our kids found other teens to play volleyball and differ t games on the beach with! Pier Park is fun but soooooooo crowded. Hard to get into restaurants with less than an hour wait. The local eateries around grand Panama were faster. We loved the shrimp basket restaurant. Elevators weren’t an issue for us as some
Reviews stated. Parking is no fun, but that might be because we thought we had to park only in the garage under tower 2. Once we figured out you could park outside of it and then also in the additional garage to the side it was so much easier!"

"Fantastic place. Prompt and attentive property manager - We stayed here for spring break. Despite a little cooler weather, we had a fantastic time. This was our first VRBO and we were not disappointed. Mitch the property manager, was very prompt and attentive to all of our questions. Very clean place the heater in the hot tub was broken when we got there but fixed quickly. Steps away from the beach which was very family friendly. We saw pods of dolphins swim by the condo every morning. Would definitely recommend this place."

"Experiencing the Beach Life - Grand Panama 1806 My husband and I decided to take advantage of working remotely due to COVID and take our first stab at snow-birding. We had originally booked a property in another area and found out a month before we were about to leave that they still had hurricane damage. In a mad rush, we looked for another place to stay and reached out to Warren Beach Rentals. They were awesome to work with during the reservation process - communicating details and responsive to our questions. The condo we rented on Grand Panama was more affordable than we anticipated, so we were able to stay longer than we originally intended. The condo was wonderful - clean, attractive, stocked with everything we needed - and with an amazing view, right on the beach. We loved spending time on the balcony, but the view was just as nice from inside. The amenities at Grand Panama were also great - we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. For 6 glorious weeks, we were able to pretend we lived on the beach - and it was a little piece of heaven. We highly recommend Warren Beach Rentals and will definitely work through them again for future rentals!"

"Great place with a great view - The only issue was a mix up with the cleaning staff on when we were arriving and when we checked in the place was not finished being cleaned when we arrived at 10pm. The staff was very helpful and quickly got us a place to stay for the night. Other than that the place was as advertised amd well kept. Beautiful view and worth the stay. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"This was perfect for a long weekend trip. We received detailed directions which were very easy to follow. Very spacious, we loved spending time on the balcony in the mornings. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook meals. Beach was beautiful and we never had trouble finding a spot. Gorgeous place!"

"We had a great time staying here. The view from the balcony was great and the pool was very nice. Warren Beach Rentals was excellent at responding quickly. When we arrived at our unit the door code didn’t work. We had a 5 month old who was hot and getting fussy and I immediately assumed the worst and thought we would be standing out there for at least an hour waiting for a response. They responded within 5 minutes even though it was after hours. I was very impressed with their quick response time!"
