Located directly on the beachfront on the 20th floor, on the Highly coveted East corner, this gulf front unit offers an expansive balcony, with views for miles, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, plus a custom bunk nook for the kids.
The unit also offers VIP daily Beach service from Mid March through October with 2 chairs and umbrella set up daily for the guest
($500 value included in the cost of your rental).

2009 Grand Panama offers a generous living/dining room area with a massive balcony that offers commanding views of the gulf, sand, surf, and sunsets for miles. The unit has additional windows that offer views of the coastline to the east that bathe unit in sunlight and offer views from every angle.

The master bathroom offers a king bed with gulf views, balcony access, and elegantly appointed ensuite bath.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with gulf and coastline views.
The third bedroom offers comfortable twin beds with city and bay views.
There is even a custom bunk in the entry nook for additional sleeping.

Grand Panama offers guests a massive gulf front resort pool, tiki bar, and expansive pool deck as well as a second pool off the beach that is heated in the cooler months. 3 High Speed elevators, and impeccably maintained, Grand Panama is one of the newest condos in PCB and close to Pier Park, and all of the Restaurants and fun.

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of emotional support pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. Only two parking passes are allowed per unit. Guests bringing a pet to a Pet Friendly unit must register the pet in guest registration system. Pet Sleeves are $50.00 per sleeve.
