HOA Registration Requirements: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.
Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.

"Fantastic! No complaint on the property, and will definetely recommend to others, and will return next time. One minor issue is, the description does not mention about Parking Fee assessed from the HOA of property. I think if the property owner update the description and clearly mention this fee, it will be perfect - (I am working with property owner and Air BnB to resolve this minor manner, and this will not affect five star rating of this property, though) Mitch is super host, and very responsive. "This place was a dream come true! The views from the balcony, dining room, and Master bedroom were incredible. It was worth every penny! Would totally go back. It was perfect for our size family with teens and parents. Be prepared for some steps from parking to the condo. We appreciated the karts to load and unload. It was all so worth it. If we weren't out at the beach, we were on the balcony having breakfast and lunch or enjoying dinner at local restaurants. My teens enjoyed the pool as well. We also enjoyed the recommended excursion Dolphin cruise and snorkeling. Thanks again!"

"The condo fit our family perfectly - the little bunk room was a favorite of my two youngest! The view was breathtaking - worth every penny. We saw dolphins and manatees from the balcony! The kitchen had all the dishes/culterly we needed, and the ice maker kept up with an ice loving family of 6. The AC wasn't keeping up, and the host had it repaired within 24 hours so it worked GREAT. We loved being right on the beach. *Not the fault of the host at all, but do be prepared - the building's elevator system left much to be desired. They were slow, inadequate in number, and we found ourselves about once a day just climbing the 20 flights of stairs rather than wait in the long line. It takes 10-15 minutes minimum to go from the condo to the parking garage or down to the beach, and same going up. It was not uncommon for people to wait 30-40 minutes for an open elevator!!! We went the week before 4th of July, so it was very very busy!"

There are views of sunrise/sunset every day which was the highlight of our stay! "Our stay at the Grand Pana was absolutely amazing, except the weather wouldn’t cooperate. The Condo was beautifully decorated and had enough space for our large family. There’s a king bed with en-suite bath with a soaker tub and separate shower, access to the balcony with a sliding door, but oddly no closet at the very back of the condo that walks out to the open living space. At the opposite end near the entrance is a room with a queen, next to a full bathroom that is actually connected to the third bedroom with two twin beds. In the hallway was the bunk alcove with a curtain between the washer/dryer and the entrance to the kitchen. Only the king and queen rooms had TVs, which meant the five kids all fought over the queen room. It was extremely chilly our week there, but the pool was heated and that kept the kids happy. The hot tub was a delightful retreat. The beach was gorgeous and I cant wait to get our photos from Jennifer. She was great. Mitch and Co were great! We’ll return"

"We had a nice stay overall! The property is a great option for a larger family and had plenty of space for everyone. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the Gulf, easy access to the beach, and a lovely pool that we enjoyed during our stay. The home was well stocked with many of the essentials we needed. A few small updates could make it even better—such as refreshing the linens and updating the carpet in the family room—but nothing that took away from the overall experience. One thing to note is that only two beach chairs are provided, so larger groups may want to plan accordingly and bring or rent additional chairs. Mitch was a fabulous host—extremely responsive, communicative, and always available when we had questions or needed details. We really appreciated how easy he was to reach. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location, and we appreciated the beautiful setting and convenient beach access."

"No matter where we vacation to I’ll check to see if Mitch has a rental in that area. The condo was extremely clean and the view of the gulf is spectacular from the 20th floor balcony. Mitch is very responsive and one his suggestions for dining ended up being my favorite place we ate at (Dusty’s). Everything in the condo was spotless when we arrived. We were a party of 8 and everyone felt comfortable and had their own space."

"This place looked EXACTLY like the pics, absolutely beautiful. It was so big and spacious for our group of friends. The view from the windows and balcony were stunning. It was so amazing to be on the 20th floor and watch the Gulf first thing in the morning and see all of the sea turtles, dolphins, manatees, sting rays and other marine life swimming. The condo was very clean and the pool was too! The beach was stunning. It was so convenient to have 2 beach chairs as part of the rental. We absolutely recommend this stay and we will be back!"

"Great for larger families - Although the 20th floor is quite daunting for someone who doesn’t like heights, the view was amazing as long as I didn’t get too close to the railing. All joking aside, the condo was absolutely stunning. I was highly impressed at the cleanliness. We have 3 kids, so having the two private bedrooms was great. We usually have to squeeze them all into one bedroom. There were no fights over someone kicking the other or stealing covers over night. The extra bunk room with the curtain was a nice place for the younger child to have a little imaginative play. The water heater didn’t heat when we arrived but I believe it was a new unit that just wasn’t set to warmer temps. They came the next day and fixed, no more problems! It took some time for the AC to cool the unit down, so I recommend setting your temp as soon as you arrive. The only thing I would complain about would be that I wish there were more dish towels and rags. Make sure you bring laundry detergent with you if you plan on eating in a bit."

"Responsive Management We stayed in unit 2009 at The Grand Panama. This was a corner unit with beautiful views of the beach and gulf. Nicely furnished and we could tell the sofa and chair looked new. So not what you see on line but very nice. Unit itself was clean but had a bit of pet smell to it. We love pets and brought our dog as well so maybe just a little better cleaning. Also the comforter in master bedroom was worn and dingy. In fact we saw some stains on it and had asked for a clean blanket which they promptly brought to us. Also lacked a few things in the kitchen that you would expect to have in a unit that sleeps up to 8 people. We only had 4 coffee mugs (and one was chipped) and 4 stemless wine glasses and no baking sheets. Morning of day two when we realized lack of coffee mugs and no baking sheet which we needed to bake biscuits, we called and they immediately brought us new mugs and a whole set of new baking sheets and kitchen towels. On our last night we ordered in and had some crab legs. To our dismay the unit did not have one crab leg cracker! Not what you expect when staying on the beach. We did not call this in as it was our last night. Warren Rentals was great and very responsive when we called however I would say they just need to have better inventory check when turning unit between guests. We would definitely choose Warren rentals again. Whether we stay at Grand Panama or another property of theirs."

"Beautiful condo! - This condo is exactly as pictured! Very clean and modern! Equipped with full kitchen. Awesome beach views from all rooms on the 20th floor! Master bed was super comfortable and our daughter loved the bunk beds! We will definitely book again!"

"Grand Panama 2009 - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was our second time booking with Warren and it has always been very smooth! They came through for me this time as I was late in booking our fall break trip and traveling with a dog. They found this great condo for us. It was well decorated, well maintained and clean. The pool and beach were awesome. We loved the Tiki Bar - it had a huge selection and reasonable prices. The only downside to the property was elevators - only two were working and there was always quite a wait."

"Awesome mini vacation Condo was just as advertised and we had a wondersful stay. Easy access to the beach for carrying a lot of things. Nice pool and hot tub. Also Warren Beach Rentals was very quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. I would definitely recommend renting through them."

"Great property on the beach with amazing view - We absolutely loved the condo itself. Beautifully decorated with all the essentials for a week long stay. Great view from the balcony. Only downfall is the parking for the condo. Slight inconvenience but not unmanageable."
