"Very cozy 2 bed 2 bath condo with built in bunk beds in a large entryway.The back patio is where it’s at for this property- the ocean and pool right there- Sunsets were phenomenal.The property management stays on top of this place as far as cleanliness and security and that pool couldn’t get any cleaner people are constantly cleaning and all were friendly. Only disappointment was no dogs allowed on the beach per CITY code so we had to drive a bit to a dog friendly area- NOT the fault of this condos owner, they allowed our service dog. Very very nice condo! Again, the view from the deck can’t be beat!"

"The balcony was great! The weather ended up being cooler than we wanted but being able to sit on the balcony and drink coffee watching the dolphins play was great on the days it was too chilly for the beach. They also had a fully stocked kitchen to cook all your means with which was nice. This has nothing to do with this unit or owners but I do wish these places would ban smoking all together, nothing ruins a nice view from the balcony like someone blowing smoke your direction from the balcony next to you. All in all it was nice and I’d recommend this unit! "

"Perfect vacation! This is our 3rd time at the Grand Panama and it was incredible again! This lovely unit was clean and well stocked with what we needed to prepare simple meals. Good coffeepot, comfortable beds, ice and water on the fridge. Netflix on the TV. Right off the elevator made it easy to get to the beach. The pool gets cleaned every single morning. Plenty of patio furniture to enjoy the sunset. Lots of chairs available in the closet by the door to take down to the beach. Bring your own beach towels ! Check in/out extremely easy- very responsive host. I always use Warren Beach Rentals. It is like getting a pm free compared to other rental platforms with all of the extra fees. See you next Nov!"

"AMAZING BEACH FRONT RENTAL - Stayed at many places in PCB.. Staying in this condo was an amazing experience.. Seamless process working with the property management and owners. They were very attentive to any needs or concerns as well as giving immediate responses, giving clear instructions for check in and check out process. "Awesome stay! - We have been going to PCB for 17 years mostly on the West end, this is the first time on this side of Pier Park and at Grand Panama. Condo was excellent, description was on point. Tiki bar drinks and food was great and reasonable for a quick bite. Staff was impeccable from the security, cleaning staff and pool staff. "

"The place was nice and was comparable to the other places I’ve stayed in the area. But there was unexpected fees we got hit with after we arrived. And it’s dog friendly but they don’t tell you that the pool area and the beach is not dog friendly. So if you take your pet it can not go around the pool area nor the walk way around the pool. The only places that you can take them is across the street from the main tower. Other than that it was nice."

"Beautiful condo on the beach - My wife and I really enjoyed our stay for a week. It was just us two at the condo. It was very convenient to the beach and all of the nearby restaurants and shopping. The condo exceeded our expectations and had a really nice sized balcony overlooking the pool and beach. "

"Perfect location & balcony - Grand Panama 205 exceeded our expectations! The balcony is amazing - it really is much larger than the others! The location is easy to get in and out with it being on the 2nd floor and located close to the elevator. Everything in the room was as described and met our needs. Check-in and out was easy and communication was great! There was an issue with one of the tv’s and I received a text letting us know before we even checked in that they were working on it and it was fixed before we even got there. Highly recommend this property!"

We have stayed in many condos at Grand Panama, and this is the nicest condo we have ever rented. We could not get the dishwasher to work (user error) and Warren Beach Rentals had someone out in 3 hours. I highly recommend renting from them. Trish is great to work with!"

The condo was clean and simply yet tastefully decorated. The carpet was plush and appeared to be brand new. This condo made you feel at home until you looked outside. The proximity to the ocean and the pool really set this one apart. I have zero complaints and just one small tiny recommend and that is a cookie sheet:) The kitchen has everything else one could need.
