Pet Policy: • Dogs only • Maximum of 2 dogs permitted • Maximum weight: 25 lbs per dog • Non-refundable pet fee: $225 + tax per dog
HOA Registration Requirements: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.
Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.

The condo was stylishly decorated, relaxing and well stocked ! The balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed the beach and the easy access to it and the pool area. "Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for—peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable from start to finish. The location was perfect, with easy beach access that made morning walks and sunset trips effortless. The condo was spacious enough for everyone in our group to spread out without ever feeling crowded, and the full-size kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy family dinners together. One of our favorite features was the large patio. It was the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning, read a book, or unwind in the evening while taking in the fresh coastal air. Having beach chairs and umbrellas available to use was such a thoughtful touch and made our beach days even more enjoyable. The pool was clean, well maintained, and a great place to relax after the beach, and the fitness center was an added bonus for keeping up with workouts during vacation. Overall, this Airbnb had everything we needed for a stress-free getaway. We would absolutely stay here again."

"Very cozy 2 bed 2 bath condo with built in bunk beds in a large entryway.The back patio is where it’s at for this property- the ocean and pool right there- Sunsets were phenomenal.The property management stays on top of this place as far as cleanliness and security and that pool couldn’t get any cleaner people are constantly cleaning and all were friendly. Only disappointment was no dogs allowed on the beach per CITY code so we had to drive a bit to a dog friendly area- NOT the fault of this condos owner, they allowed our service dog. Very very nice condo! Again, the view from the deck can’t be beat!"

"The balcony was great! The weather ended up being cooler than we wanted but being able to sit on the balcony and drink coffee watching the dolphins play was great on the days it was too chilly for the beach. They also had a fully stocked kitchen to cook all your means with which was nice. This has nothing to do with this unit or owners but I do wish these places would ban smoking all together, nothing ruins a nice view from the balcony like someone blowing smoke your direction from the balcony next to you. All in all it was nice and I’d recommend this unit!"

"Awesome stay! - We have been going to PCB for 17 years mostly on the West end, this is the first time on this side of Pier Park and at Grand Panama. Condo was excellent, description was on point. Tiki bar drinks and food was great and reasonable for a quick bite. Staff was impeccable from the security, cleaning staff and pool staff."

"The place was nice and was comparable to the other places I’ve stayed in the area. But there was unexpected fees we got hit with after we arrived. And it’s dog friendly but they don’t tell you that the pool area and the beach is not dog friendly. So if you take your pet it can not go around the pool area nor the walk way around the pool. The only places that you can take them is across the street from the main tower. Other than that it was nice."

"Perfect location & balcony - Grand Panama 205 exceeded our expectations! The balcony is amazing - it really is much larger than the others! The location is easy to get in and out with it being on the 2nd floor and located close to the elevator. Everything in the room was as described and met our needs. Check-in and out was easy and communication was great! There was an issue with one of the tv’s and I received a text letting us know before we even checked in that they were working on it and it was fixed before we even got there. Highly recommend this property!"
