"Almost everything was perfect!! Warren Beach Rentals was amazing to work with. Any issues that needed to be addressed were do so in a very timely manner. The unit was very clean, kitchen well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that needs to be addressed is the furniture in the living room. It's not very comfortable for a long term stay. The balcony is amazing!!! It has a covered area that gives you shade in the hot afternoon sun and open area well. A GREAT place to sip your morning coffee and have lunch or dinner. Overall it was great experience."

"Loved the location and view. The condo had many nice features with comfortable bedding. The layout of the condo was wonderful and we loved the nice sized balcony. Our biggest complaint was the furniture. The furniture was poor quality, uncomfortable and not clean. We struggled to get comfortable when watching tv or talking with family. All the kitchen chairs had peeling that left black marks on our clothing. We had to buy beach towels to sit on and ended up bringing our camping chairs in from our car for seating. The cost of the condo did not meet the furniture accommodations. Another issue we had was the washing machine had a terrible odor and green/black “goo.” We cleaned it out and bought some washing machine cleaner and that helped a little, but wanted to let you know. We really loved the condo overall and would love to revisit next year if the furniture is replaced. "

"Amazing view This unit is hands down the best balcony at the resort! It has an additional extension uncovered for hanging out in the sun with some very nice furniture. We love being on the 5th floor for the view but also direct access from the parking garage and bridge without having to use an elevator!"

"Great Trip! This was my first experience at Panama City, as we normally go to Fort Walton Beach. We enjoyed the area very much and it was not near as busy as I anticipated. The Condo was nice and would definitely recommend. We loved the balcony and spent alot of our condo time typically out there and we were happy that it could accomodate so many people without feeling too crowded.
We had one plumbing issue and they maintenance team were on it right away

"The room was perfect for the size of our party. Very spacious and comfortable. We lost electricity and A/C one morning, but the owners immediately arranged for us to move units when it was found that the repairs would not be immediate. This was on a Sunday morning, but there were no delays in solving the problem. My family was very impressed with the quick action. This is my third time to stay at Grand Panama, and i will stay here again. "

"Great trip - We were in Panama City for our grand daughter’s dance competition. Location was perfect and condo is as advertised. Very clean, beds comfortable, well stocked and views of beach awesome. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Mitch the host was very responsive and easy to work with. The entire property was well kept and clean. Only thing we didn’t know is you have to pay for parking and wrist bands to use facilities. Cost our group 90.00 total. Other than that we had a great trip. "

"This was our second time staying at one of Mitch’s places and this trip was just as amazing as the last. You can trust the descriptions on any of his properties. When we had a couple TINY issues to message him about (a lock on door was hard to open and a loose shower door handle) he responded almost immediately and had maintenance up in about 10 minutes. It was a super easy fix that took no time. Trust Mitch and know you will be well taken care of and in super good hands! We can’t wait to come back!"

"Nice condo - We enjoyed this condo overall. The beds were comfortable , the washer and dryer were top of the line , and the resort overall was clean and we felt safe. The condo could have been alittle cleaner. Our feet were black after walking on the floors for a short period. There was visible black mold on the ceiling vent in the master bathroom. The living room furniture needs replaced. Bathtub in adjoining bedrooms doesn’t drain well. The door to the condo has a handle/ keypad that needs replaced. Someone has caulked around the edges and it’s very questionable. This needs replaced. Overall we were satisfied. "

"Fantastic Stay! - Grand Panama 501 was fantastic! Our family loved every bit of this beach front condo. It was exactly what was advertised. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and the view was amazing. My elderly parents could not walk the beach so they spent their time on the balcony and loved every minute! "Great condo! - We loved our stay at Grand Panama 501! The location was perfect and loved being on the 5th floor overlooking the pool and beach. We had some cleaning issues upon arrival, but contacted the property manager and the issues were taken care of very quickly. We also called property management regarding tv access/instructions and they were quick to respond and very helpful. Check in and check out were both seamless. We were provided clear and timely instructions for both. All the things we needed for our stay were in the condo (Kleenex were not in the condo and would have been nice to have). Loved sitting out on the deck with a cup of coffee watching the activity on the beach, going to walks on the beach (the sand is perfect for that), or watching the sunset."

"PCB 2024 - We had a wonderful vacation and the location of the condo was great. We did have some issues with the door. Had several people come and try to fix. Bottom line was door needs replaced and there was some wait due to HOA. We felt secure when inside anyway. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. If you are staying an extended length of time maybe bring a small crockpot with you. You get starting supplies for dishwasher and laundry. They had a cute bunk bed area that our granddaughters loved. Beds were very comfortable. Outdoor furniture high quality. Living room furniture and rugs were not great. They had some beach chairs and toys for kids which was nice. Take your beach towels. Beautiful pool and hot tub right below our condo. Many people used facilities despite cooler weather. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation."

Right on the beach, close to a lot of places to eat, drink, shop etc. My only negative is to have more supplies- we didnt have enough dish washer detergent, soaps, and garbage bags for all 5 days we were there so we had to go out and buy some. But overall we had a great stay. Thank you!"

"1-501 - This is unit is a perfect location for sunset views. The beds slept well.
A Huge concern was the main door lock. The upper safety latch is gone and our 3 year old could open the door and run down the hall. We had to rig up a lock. Also the master bathroom door lock wouldn't work. It was old and messed up. The rugs are Very old and dirty. I took 2 rugs with us due to an 8 month old being on the floor. The floors were clean. Just please do something about those nasty rugs.
The washer and dryer worked fine. The kitchen was as advertised. The balcony furniture was nice and sturdy. We would book this unit again because of its perfect location for beach access and plenty of room for us."
