Pet Policy: • Dogs only • Maximum of 2 dogs permitted • Maximum weight: 25 lbs per dog • Non-refundable pet fee: $225 + tax per dog
HOA Registration Requirements: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the Grand Panama HOA requires advance pet registration prior to arrival. A pet license and identification sleeve/tag will be issued and must be worn by your dog while on the property.
Important: Guests must provide current vaccination records as part of the HOA registration process. We strongly recommend obtaining these records from your veterinarian before traveling, as registration cannot be completed without them. Unfortunately, we have had guests arrive after their veterinarian's office was closed and were unable to provide the required documentation, which delayed or prevented pet registration.
If you're planning to bring your dog, please let us know at the time of booking so we can help guide you through the registration process before your arrival.

"The condo is great. It is very clean. The kitchen has all the basics, but a few more utensils and a pitcher could be a great addition. I loved the size of the kitchen table. The entire complex was very dog friendly and located in a good part of PCB. The free beach chair rental was a nice perk. The complex uses a separate company for car and pet registration. The registration process for those things was a bit of a hassle, but not impossible."

Enough appliances and dishes to fully utilize the kitchen without any issue. The washer and dryer came in handy midway through the week. Sitting on the balcony listening to the musician playing near the tiki bar and pool was a highlight as well. Definitely recommend staying in this unit :)"

Our only complaint was that the living room provided little space for us to hang out together. "Wonderful experience!! This is the 2nd property that me and my family have stayed in that is owned by Warren Beach Rentals. The first time was through Airbnb and this time was direct. The process going directly through Warren Beach Rentals was much smoother and it saved us money. I also liked that Warren Beach Rentals broke down every fee, so you know exactly what you're paying. For starters, we had the code to the door when we arrived, so no waiting or frustrating check-in procedure, which is the best part after driving all day. The condo was amazing, as advertised and very clean! I enjoyed having a smart TV in every room with all the streaming app's available to log into. The property where the condo sits is very nice and very close to the beach. It has a tiki bar and grill serving food and drinks. The condo is on the 8th floor which is only 3 floors up from the walkway to the parking garage, which sits directly across the street. Having the ability to register your vehicle ahead of time also saves time. I pulled up, walked in and they already had an envelope ready with car tag and wristbands ready for each person in my family. The main parking garage can get a little full and spaces are tight but manageable. With that said, there is an additional parking garage right next to it also owned by Grand Panama, so really not a problem at all. We will definitely continue to rent from Warren Beach Rentals in the future and would definitely recommend them to others as well."
